Description
PATENTKRAV· 1. Fremgangsmåde til behandling af et vandsystem indeholdende eller i kontakt med en metalsulfid-afsætning, hvilken fremgangsmåde omfatter tilsætning til systemet, særskilt eller sammen, af tilstrækkeligt af en phosphorforbindelse valgt blandt THP og THP+-salte og tilstrækkeligt af et aminocarboxylat- eller aminophosphonat-chelate-ringsmiddel til at give en opløsning indeholdende fra 0,1 til 50 vægt-% tris(hydroxy-organo)phosphin (THP) og 0,1-50% chelateringsmiddel, kontakt af opløsningen med afsætningen, hvorved i det mindste en del af afsætningen bringes i opløsning i opløsningen, og fjernelse af det opløste metalsulfid fra systemet. 2. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1, hvor metalsulfidafsætningen er jernsulfid. 3. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1, hvor metalsulfidet er blysulfid eller zinksulfid. 4. Fremgangsmåde ifølge ethvert af kravene 1 til 3, hvor metalsulfidet er en kombination afjern- eller zink- eller blysulfid. 5. Fremgangsmåde ifølge ethvert af kravene 1 til 4, hvor chelateringsmidlet har ét eller flere amin-nitrogenatomer. 6. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 5, hvor chelateringsmidlet har én eller flere carboxy- eller phosphonogrupper. 7. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 5 eller 6, hvor chelateringsmidlet er et aminophospho-nat. 8. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 5, 6 eller 7, hvor chelateringsmidlet er en forbindelse med formlen R1RZNCH2P03X2 hvori hvert af R1 og R2, som kan være ens eller forskellige, er en organisk gruppe, og X er hydrogen eller en kation, således at aminophos-phonatet er vandopløseligt. 9. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 8, hvor mindst én af R1 og R2 er en gruppe -CH2PO3X2, og den anden er valgt blandt CH2PO3X2, (CH2)nOH eller [(CH2)nNCH2P03X2]mCH2P03X 2, hvori hvert n uafhængigt er 2 eller 3, og m er fra 1 til 5. 10. Fremgangsmåde ifølge ethvert af kravene 5, 6, 7, 8, hvor aminophosphonatet er diethylentriaminpentakis(methylenphosphonsyre). 11. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 5 eller 6, hvor chelateringsmidlet er en aminosubsti-tueret carboxylsyre. 12. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 11, hvor aminocarboxylsyren er nitrilotrieddikesyre eller ethylendiamintetraeddikesyre. 13. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 8 eller 9, hvor X er et alkalimetal. 14. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 13, hvor alkalimetallet er natrium, kalium, rubidium eller cæsium. 15. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 8 eller 9, hvor X er en organisk base valgt blandt al-kylaminer og alkanolamin med op til 6 carbonatomer. 16. Fremgangsmåde ifølge ethvert af de foregående krav, hvorved vægtforholdet mellem THP og chelateringsmiddel er fra 1:40 til 40:1. 17. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 16, hvorved vægtforholdet mellem THP og chelateringsmiddel er ca. 1:1. 18. Fremgangsmåde ifølge ethvert af de foregående krav, hvorved THP og chelateringsmiddel er til stede sammen med en puffer, hvor pufferen er et vandopløseligt carboxylatsalt af en stærk base. 19. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 18, hvorved det vandopløselige carboxylatsalt er valgt blandt formiat, acetat, propionat, lactat, tartrat, maleat, fumarat, acrylat, citrat, oxalat, malat, succinat, adipat, malonat, caprat, suberat, azelaat, pimelat, aconitat, citraconat, itaconat, anchelat, tiglat, crotonat, isocrotonat, salicylat, phthalat, phenylacetat eller benzoat. 20. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 18 eller 19, hvor den stærke base er en ammonium-ion eller alkalimetal. 21. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 20, hvor alkalimetallet er natrium, kalium, rubidium eller cæsium. 22. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 18 eller 19, hvorved vægtforholdet mellem carboxylat-salt og THP er fra 1:30 til 1:1. 23. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 22, hvorved vægtforholdet mellem carboxylatsalt og THP er fra 1:7 til 1:5. 24. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 18, hvorved blandingen af THP og chelateringsmiddel sættes til vandsystemet ved en temperatur over 40°C. 25. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 24, hvorved blandingen af THP og chelateringsmiddel tilsættes ved en temperatur mellem 60 og 150°C. 26. Fremgangsmåde ifølge ethvert af de foregående krav, hvorved koncentrationen af THP og chelateringsmiddel i systemet er fra 0,1 til 50 vægt-%. 27. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 26, hvorved koncentrationen af THP og chelateringsmiddel i systemet er fra 3 til 10 vægt-%. 28. Fremgangsmåde ifølge ethvert af de foregående krav, hvorved THP, aminophos-phonat eller -carboxylat og carboxylsyre sættes til systemet som en fast blanding. 29. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 28, hvorved den faste blanding er absorberet i eller blandet med en indifferent fast bærer eller fortyndingsmiddel omfattende silica, talkum, zeolit, bentonit, natriumsulfat, en fast carboxylsyre eller porøse keramiske perler. 30. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 31, hvorved den faste carboxylsyre er adipinsyre. 31. Fremgangsmåde ifølge ethvert af de foregående krav, hvorved opløsningen yderligere indeholder et overfladeaktivt middel. 32. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 31, hvorved det overfladeaktive middel er et anionisk overfladeaktivt middel. 33. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 31, hvorved det overfladeaktive middel er et ikke-ionisk overfladeaktivt middel. 34. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 31, hvorved det overfladeaktive middel er et amfotert overfladeaktivt middel. 35. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 32, hvorved det overfladeaktive middel er et kationisk overfladeaktivt middel. 36. Fremgangsmåde ifølge ethvert af kravene 31 til 35, hvorved det overfladeaktive middel omfatter en blanding af to eller flere anioniske, ikke-ioniske, kationiske og/eller amfotere overfladeaktive midler. 37. Fremgangsmåde ifølge ethvert af kravene 31 til 36, hvorved THP og det overfladeaktive middel er til stede i en relativ vægtkoncentration fra 1:1000 til 1000:1. 38. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 37, hvorved THP og det overfladeaktive middel er til stede i en relativ vægtkoncentration fra 2:1 til 15:1. 39. Fremgangsmåde ifølge ethvert af de foregående krav, hvorved opløsningen yderligere kan indeholde biocider, vand-dispergeringsmidler, emulsionsbrydende midler, skumdæmpende midler, opløsningsmidler, afsætningsinhibitorer, korrosionsinhibitorer, oxygenbindende midler, flokkuleringsmidler og/eller ikke-overfladeaktive biopenetran-ter. 40. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 39, hvorved den ikke-overfladeaktive biopenetrant er en kvaternær ammoniumpolymer eller -copolymer. 41. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 39, hvorved den ikke-overfladeaktive biopenetrant er en hydrotrop. 42. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 3, hvorved korrosionsinhibitoren er 1-hydroxyethan-1,1 -diphosphonsyre. 43. Fremgangsmåde ifølge ethvert af kravene 39 til 42, hvorved den ikke-overflade-aktive biopenetrant er til stede i en andel på mindre end 50 vægt-%, baseret på vægten af THP. 44. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 43, hvorved den ikke-overfladeaktive biopenetrant er til stede i en andel på mindre end 5 vægt-%, baseret på vægten af THP. 45. Fremgangsmåde ifølge ethvert af de foregående krav, hvorved phosphorforbindel-sen er et THP+-salt. 46. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 45, hvorved THP+-saltet er THP-chlorid, THP-phos-phat eller THP-sulfat.
