Description

PATENTKRAV 1. Kedelstens- og/eller korrosions-inhiberende præparat omfattende: (a) polyasparaginsyre; og (b) et vandopløseligt phosphonat-oligomersalt med den almene formel: H[CHRCHR]n-P03M2, hvor mindst én R-gruppe i hver enhed er en gruppe COOM eller CH2OH eller en phos-phono- sulfono-, sulfato- eller phosphono-gruppe, og den anden R-gruppe, som kan være den samme som eller forskellig fra den første R-gruppe, er hydrogen eller en gruppe COOM eller en hydroxyl-, phosphono- sulfono-, sulfato-, C^-alkyl-, Ci.7-alkenyl-gruppe eller en carboxylat-, phosphono-, sulfono-, sulfato- og/eller hydroxyl-Cw-alkyl-, -C^-alken-yl-gruppe, og hver M er en kation afen sådan art, at den phosphonerede oligomer er vandopløselig, og n er fra 1 til 6, og således at vægtforholdet mellem (b) og (a) er fra 8:1 til 1:12. 2. Præparat ifølge krav 1, hvor den vandopløselige phosphonerede oligomer har formlen: H[CH(C02Na)-CH(C02Na)]"P03Na2 hvor "n" er fra 1 til 5. 3. Præparat ifølge krav 2, hvor polyasparaginsyren er valgt fra gruppen bestående af polyasparaginsyre, salte deraf, derivater deraf og blandinger deraf. 4. Præparat ifølge krav 3, hvor vægtforholdet mellem phosphoneret oligomer og polyasparaginsyre er fra 4:1 til 1:9. 5. Præparat ifølge krav 4, hvor den gennemsnitlige molekylvægt af polyasparaginsyren er fra 500 til 10.000 som bestemt ved gel-permeationskromatografi. 6. Præparat ifølge krav 5, hvilket præparat omfatter mindst én yderligere komponent valgt fra gruppen bestående af acryl-/sulfon-copolymerer, acryl-/malein-copolymerer og blandinger deraf. 7. Præparat ifølge krav 6, hvor vægtforholdet mellem phosphoneret oligomer og polyaspa-raginsyre er fra 1:4 til 1:9. 8. Præparat ifølge krav 7, hvor den gennemsnitlige molekylvægt af polyasparaginsyren er fra 2000 til 4000 som bestemt ved gel-permeationskromatografi. 9. Præparat ifølge krav 8, hvilket præparat omfatter mindst én yderligere komponent valgt fra gruppen bestående af tolyltriazol, benzotriazol, orthophosphat og polyphosphater. 10. Fremgangsmåde til inhibering af dannelse af kedelsten i et vandigt system, hvilken fremgangsmåde omfatter: tilførsel af præparatet ifølge krav 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8 eller 9 til det vandige system i en mængde, der er effektiv til at inhibere dannelsen af kedelsten. 11. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 10, hvor præparatet anvendes i koncentrationer på fra 5 ppm til 200 ppm. 12. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 11, hvor kedelstenen er calciumcarbonat. 13. Fremgangsmåde til inhibering af korrosionsdannelse i et vandigt system, hvilken fremgangsmåde omfatter: tilførsel af præparatet ifølge krav 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8 eller 9 til det vandige system i en korrosionsinhiberende mængde. 14. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 13, hvor præparatet anvendes i koncentrationer på fra 5 ppm til 200 ppm.
