Claims (14)
- (a) 폴리아스파르트산, 및(b) 하기 화학식의 수용성 포스폰산염 올리고머를 (b) 대 (a)의 중량비가 8:1 내지 1:12이도록 포함함을 특징으로 하는 스케일 및(또는) 부식 억제 조성물.<화학식 1>H[CHRCHR]n-PO3M2식중, 각각의 단위에서 하나 이상의 R기는 COOM, CH2OH, 술포노 또는 포스포노기이고, 처음 R기와 동일하거나 상이할 수 있는 다른 R기는 수소 또는 COOM, 히드록실, 포스포노, 술포노, 술페이토, C1-7알킬, C1-7알케닐기, 또는 카르복실레이트, 포스포노, 술포노, 술페이토 및(또는) 히드록시 치환된 C1-7알킬 또는 C1-7알케닐기이고, M은 각각 포스폰산염 올리고머가 수용성이도록 하는 양이온이고, n은 1 내지 6, 바람직하게는 1 초과 6 미만이다.
- 제1항에 있어서, 수용성 포스폰산염 올리고머가 하기 화학식 2를 갖는 것인 조성물.<화학식 2>H[CH(CO2Na)-CH(CO2Na)]nPO3Na2여기서, n은 1 내지 5이다.
- 제2항에 있어서, 폴리아스파르트산이 폴리아스파르트산, 그의 염, 그의 유도체 및 이들의 혼합물로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 것인 조성물.
- 제3항에 있어서, 포스폰산염 올리고머 대 폴리아스파르트산의 중량비가 4:1 내지 1:9인 조성물.
- 제4항에 있어서, 폴리아스파르트산의 평균 분자량이 겔투과 크로마토그래피로 측정할 때 500 내지 10,000인 조성물.
- 제5항에 있어서, 아크릴/술폰계 공중합체, 아크릴/말레계 공중합체 및 이들의 혼합물로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 1종 이상의 추가 성분을 포함함을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제6항에 있어서, 포스폰산염 올리고머 대 폴리아스파르트산의 중량비가 1:4 내지 1:9인 조성물.
- 제7항에 있어서, 폴리아스파르트산의 평균 분자량이 겔투과 크로마토그래피로 측정할 때 2,000 내지 4,000인 조성물.
- 제8항에 있어서, 톨릴트리아졸, 벤조트리아졸, 오르토포스폰산염 및 폴리포스폰산염으로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 1종 이상의 추가 성분을 포함함을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 9항 중 어느 한 항의 조성물을 수성 시스템에 스케일의 형성을 억제하기에 유효한 양으로 도입하는 것을 포함함을 특징으로 하는, 수성 시스템에서 스케일 형성의 억제 방법.
- 제10항에 있어서, 상기 조성물이 5 ppm 내지 200 ppm의 농도로 사용되는 방법.
- 제11항에 있어서, 상기 스케일이 탄산칼슘인 방법.
- 제1항 내지 9항 중 어느 한 항의 조성물을 수성 시스템에 부식 억제량으로 도입하는 것을 포함함을 특징으로 하는, 수성 시스템에서 부식의 억제 방법.
- 제13항에 있어서, 상기 조성물이 5 ppm 내지 200 ppm의 농도로 사용되는 방법.
