Claims (17)
1. Fremgangsmåde til fremstilling af et bæltekreppet absorberende celluloselag, hvilken fremgangsmåde omfatter: (a) kompakt at afvande et papirfremstillingsråstof for at danne en udgangsbane (44) med en umiddelbart tilfældig fordeling af papirfremstillingsfiber; (b) at påføre den afvandede udgangsbane (44) med den umiddelbart tilfældige fiberfordeling til en forskydende overføringsflade (64) som bevæger sig med en overføringsfladehastighed; (c) at bæltekreppe banen (44) fra overføringsfladen (64) med en konsistens på fra omkring 30 procent til omkring 60 procent anvendende et mønstret krepningsbælte (18), hvor krepningstrinnet sker i en bæltekrepningsspalte (76) defineret mellem overføringsfladen (64) og krepningsbæltet (18), hvor krepningsbæltet (18) bevæger sig med en bæltehastighed som er langsommere end hastigheden af overføringsfladen (64); og (d) at tørre banen (44), kendetegnet ved at bæltekrepningstrinnet sker under tryk i bæltekrepningsspalten (76), således at krepningsbæltet (18) drives i kontakt med overføringsfladen (64) over en spaltelængde ved hjælp af en deformerbar krepningsrulle (70), hvor bæltemønsteret, spalteparametre, hastighedsdelta, og banekonsistens vælges således at banen (44) kreppes fra overføringsfladen (64) og omfordeles på krepningsbæltet (18) for at danne en bane (44) med en sugeevne på mindst omkring 5 g/g.
2. Fremgangsmåden ifølge krav 1, hvor den deformerbare krepningsrulle (70) forsynes med et deformerbart dække med en tykkelse på mindst 25%, fortrinsvis mindst 50%, af spaltelængden.
3. Absorberende lag fremstillet fra et papirfremstillingsråstof udvisende en sugeevne på mindst omkring 5 g/g, en tværmaskinretning (CD) -strækning på mindst omkring 4 procent, og et maskinretning-/tværmaskinretning (MD/CD) -strækbarhedsforhold på mindre end omkring 1,1, hvor laget udviser et maksimalt CD-modul ved en CD-tøjning på mindre end 1 procent, og bevarer et CD-modul på mindst 50 procent af det maksimale CD-modul af laget til en CD-tøjning på mindst omkring 4 procent.
4. Det absorberende lag ifølge krav 3, hvor det absorberende lag bevarer et CD-modul på mindst 75 procent af CD-modul-toppunktet af laget til en CD-tøjning på 2 procent.
5. Det absorberende lag ifølge et af kravene 3 og 4, hvor laget har en sugeevne på fra omkring 5 g/g til omkring 12 g/g.
