Claims (5)

  1. FREMGANGSMÅDE TIL HÅRDLODNING AF ARTIKLER AF RUSTFRIT STÅL PATENTKRAV
    1. Fremgangsmåde til hårdlodning afen artikel af rustfrit stål, omfattende dele af rustfrit stål, hvor artiklerne er en varmevekslerpladepakke, hvilken fremgangsmåde omfatter: påføring af et jembaseret hårdlodningstilsatsmateriale på de dele af rustfrit stål, der skal hårdloddes, og samling af delene med hinanden, hvilket jembaseret hårdlodningstilsatsmateriale mindst omfatter 40 vægt-% Fe, 14-21 vægt-% Cr, 5-21 vægt-% Ni, 0-8 vægt-% Mn, 0-2 vægt-% C og 0-15 vægt-% Hf og enten 6-15 vægt-% Si og 0,2-1,5 vægt-% B, eller 4-9 vægt-% Si og 4-9 vægt-% P, kendetegnet ved: at de samlede dele foropvarmes i en ikke-oxiderende atmosfære, en reducerende atmosfære, vakuum eller kombinationer deraf til mindst 500 °C, og ved, at delene henstår ved temperaturen på mindst 500 °C i mindst 15 minutter, ved at temperaturen øges til mindst 1100 °C, og ved, at delene henstår ved temperaturen på mindst 1100 °C i mindst én time for udligning af delenes temperatur, således at temperaturen er ens gennem delene og hårdlodningsmaterialet, hvilke samlede dele derefter opvarmes til en hårdlodningstemperatur på mindst 1200 °C i mindst 30 minutter for at lodde delene, og således at hårdlodningsmaterialet smelter i midten af pladepakken og flyder ind i samlinger, porer, revner, åbninger eller sprækker, der skal udfyldes eller tætnes, ved at sænke varmen til 1100 °C for ca. 30 minutter; og ved at hårdlodningsmaterialet får lov til at hærde for derved i den loddede artikel at danne loddede områder, der har en gennemsnitlig hårdhed, der er mindre end 600 HV1; hvor samlinger, porer, revner, åbninger eller sprækker, der er større end 250 pm, eller kombinationer deraf, er tætnet eller fyldt af hårdlodmngsmaterialel, og de loddede områder har en gennemsnitlig hårdhed på mindre end 350 HV1 målt ved eller tæt på en midterlinje af det loddede område.
  2. 2. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1, hvor det jembaserede hårdlodningsmateriale er opnået ved gasatomisering, ved vandatomisering eller ved knusning af blokke, og det jembaserede hårdlodningsmateriale påføres delene i rustfrit stål som en pasta i stænger eller dråber.
  3. 3. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, hvor de hårdloddede områder af den hårdloddede artikel har en brudstyrke på mindst 110 N/mm2
  4. 4. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, hvor varmeveksleren har en pladepakke på mere end 9 varmevekslerplader, der er hårdloddet sammen.
  5. 5. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 2, hvor det jembaserede hårdlodningsmateriale påføres ved hjælp af kapillærkraftbrydere i form af riller, baner, spor, passager, v- eller u-formede spor, baner, net eller kombinationer deraf, på rustfrit stål, der skal hårdloddes.
