Claims (9)
1. Svovl-holdig katalysatorsammensætning egnet til hydrogenbehandling af car-bonhydridfødestrømme, som omfatter en gruppe-VIB-metalbestanddel valgt blandt molybdæn, wolfram og blandinger deraf, en gruppe-V-metalbestanddel valgt blandt vanadium, niobium, tantalum og blandinger deraf, og en gruppe-VIII-metalbestanddel valgt blandt nikkel, cobalt, jern og blandinger deraf, metalbestanddelene (beregnet som oxider), som udgør mindst 50 vægt-% af katalysatoren, hvor katalysatoren er en svovl-holdig katalysator, hvor molforholdet mellem metalbestanddelene opfylder den følgende formel: (gruppe-VIB + gruppe-V):(gruppe-VIII)=0,35-2:1.
2. Katalysatorsammensætning ifølge krav 1, hvor forholdet mellem den samlede molære mængde af gruppe-VIB og gruppe-V-metal og den molære mængde af gruppe-VIII-metal er mindst 0,6:1, fortrinsvis mindst 0,75:1 og højst 1,5:1.
3. Katalysatorsammensætning ifølge krav 1 eller 2, hvor metalbestanddelene udgør mindst 70 vægt-% af katalysatorsammensætningen, beregnet som oxider, og fortrinsvis mindst 90 vægt-%.
4. Katalysatorsammensætning ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, hvor vanadium og/eller niobium udgør mindst 50 mol-% af de samlede gruppe-V-metalbestanddele, fortrinsvis mindst 70 mol-%, mere fortrinsvis mindst 90 mol-%, mest fortrinsvis i alt væsentligt enhver af gruppe-V-metalbestanddelene.
5. Katalysatorsammensætning ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, hvor cobalt og nikkel udgør mindst 50 mol-% af de samlede af gruppe-VIII-metalbestanddele, fortrinsvis mindst 70 mol-%, mere fortrinsvis mindst 90 mol-%, mest fortrinsvis i alt væsentligt enhver af gruppe-VIII-metalbestanddelene.
6. Katalysatorsammensætning ifølge krav 5, kendetegnet ved, at nikkel udgør i alt væsentligt enhver af gruppe-VIII-metalbestanddelene.
7. Fremgangsmåde til fremstilling af en katalysatorsammensætning, som defineret i et hvilket som helst af krav 1 til 6, som omfatter at kombinere, sekventielt eller samtidigt, en gruppe-VIB-metalbestanddel valgt blandt molybdæn, wolfram og blandinger deraf, en gruppe-V-metalbestanddel valgt blandt vanadium, niobium, tantalum og blandinger deraf, en gruppe-VIII-metalbestanddel valgt blandt nikkel, cobalt, jern eller blandinger deraf og en svovlforbindelse; hvor mængden af gruppe-VIB-, gruppe-V-, og gruppe-VIII-metalbestanddel anvendt, er den mængde, som er virkningsfuld for at fremstille en katalysatorsammensætning, hvor metalbestanddelen (beregnet som oxider) udgør mindst 50 vægt% af katalysatoren og molforholdet blandt gruppe-VIB-, gruppe-V-, og gruppe-VIII-metalbestanddelene opfylder formlen: (gruppe-VIB + gruppe-V): (gruppe-VIII) = 0,35-2:1.
8. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 7, hvor en gruppe-VIB-metalbestanddel, en grup- pe-V-metalbestanddel og en gruppe-VIII-metalbestanddel, i et første trin, kombineres for at danne et oxygen-stabilt produkt efterfulgt af at kombinere det fremkomne produkt med en svovlforbindelse.
9. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 8, hvor trinnet af at kombinere det fremkomne produkt med en svovlforbindelse indbefatter et sulfideringstrin, hvor mindst en del af me-talbestanddelene er omdannet til deres respektive sulfider.
