Den foreliggende opfindelse angår et middel til behandling af sår. Midler til behandling åf betændte sår kendes allerede. Således anvendes der foruden de konventionelle tekstilforbindinger blandt andet et produkt på dextranbasis ved 5 behandlingen af sår (US-patentskrift nr. 4.225.580). Dette stof har imidlertid den ulempe, at det er forholdsvis vanskeligt at anbringe, og specielt den ulempe, at det er forholdsvis vanskeligt at fjerne fra såret, da de små dextrankorn let sammenklæbes med sårskorperne.
1C Det har nu vist sig, at et middel til sårbehandling, son er ejendommeligt ved, at det består af 1 - 4 vægt% af et podecopolymerisat af stivelse og hydrolyseret polyacrylnitril, hvis carboxygruppe-hydrogen for 5 - 90%'s vedkommende er substitueret med aluminium, i en 2 - 50 vægt% vandig di- eller polyhy® 15 droxyalkanopløsning, har væsentligt gunstigere egenskaber i sammenligning med de til samme anvendelse bestemte hidtil .kendte midler.
Det til midlet ifølge opfindelsen anvendte pode-copolymeri= sat af stivelse og hydrolyseret polyacrylnitril, hvis car= 20 boxygruppe-hydrogen for 5 - 90%'s vedkommende er substitueret med aluminium, kan f.eks. fremstilles ifølge det i US-patentskrift nr. 4.302.369 anførte, idet man under de deri anførte betingelser omsætter en stivelsessuspension med acetonitril i nærværelse af en kemisk initiator såsom 25 cerammoniumnitrat, hydrolyserer den dannede pode-copoly= mer med kraftige baser og derpå omsætter med aluminiumsalte.
Det resulterende produkt kan derpå tørres, vaskes med alkoholisk ammoniakopløsning og med saltsyre indstilles til den ønskede pH-værdi på 6,0 - 7,5. På den anden side er 30 det imidlertid også muligt at købe dette produkt, f.eks. fra Henkel Corporation, Minneapolis f.eks. under betegnelsen SGP 157 M.

sig sådanne pode-copolymerisater, som har følgende kendetegn. Forholdet mellem stivelseskomponent og acrylat- og acrylamidkomponent er fortrinsvis li3 - 10:0,9. Forholdet af carboxylgrupper til amidgrupper er fortrinsvis 2:1 -5 9:1. I polymerisatet er fortrinsvis 25 - 75% af carboxyl- grupperne substitueret med aluminium.
Dihydroxyalkaner med 2-6 carbonatomer, som egner sig til fremstillingen af midlet ifølge opfindelsen,er f.eks.
1,2-dihydroxyethan, 1,2-dihydroxypropan, 2,3-dihydroxybutan 10 og 3,4-dihydroxyhexan.
Til fremstillingen af midlet ifølge opfindelsen egnede polyhydroxyalkaner med den almene formel
CnH(2n+2)°n ' hvori n betegner tallene 3 - 6f er f.eks. glycerol, sor= 15 bitol, mannitol, adonitol, ribitol, dulcitol, erythritol og xylitol,
Polyethylenglycol, som er egnet til fremstillingen af midlet ifølge opfindelsen, er en polyethylenglycol med en molekylvægt på 200 - 600. Den til midlet anvendelige polypropylenglycol har fortrinsvis en molekylvægt på 200 -20 450.
Di- eller polyalkanen anvendes i midlet ifølge opfindelsen i en maksimal koncentration på 50 vsgt% og fortrinsvis i en koncentration på 10 - 30 vægt%. Fortyndingen af diol eller polyol sker fortrinsvis ved hjælp af demineraliseret 25 vand.
Til fremstillingen af midlet bliver komponenterne f.eks. blandet ensartet ved hjælp af en omrører og steriliseret ved hjælp af varme.

Midlet ifølge opfindelsen til behandling af sår er, hvad angår dets formålsbestemmelse, ikke blot egnet til behandlingen af sår i snæver betydning, men ligesom de i den af Bundesverband der pharmazeutischen Industrie e.V., D-6000 5 Frankfurt/Main anførte "Rote Liste - 1980" anførte sårbehandlingsmidler egnet til behandling af talrige med en sekretudskilning forbundne betændelser eller beskadigelser af hud eller slimhinde. Sådanne sygdomme eller beskadigelser er f.eks* snitsår, stødsår, sårflænger, kvæstelser, 10 brandsår, frostsår, afskrabninger, solskoldning, eksemer, hæmorrider etc.
Midlet ifølge opfindelsen til behandling af sår kan yderligere indeholde de i forbindelse med sådanne midler sædvanlige tilsætningsstoffer og hjælpestoffer (f.eks.
15 duftstoffer).
Midlet anbringes det sted på legemet, der skal behandles, og tildækkes eventuelt med gaze.
Midlet ifølge opfindelsen udmærker sig ved en usædvanlig sugeevne og begunstiger som følge heraf, at sårene på 20 grund af vandafledning heler hurtigt.
Ved hjælp af de i midlet ifølge opfindelsen indeholdte dieller polyhydroxyalkaner hammes .hurtig..heling ikke. . Disse polyvalente alkoholér bevirker en reduktion af damptrykket, således at midlet ifølge opfindelsen ikke udtørrer. Herved 25 undgås en sammenklæbning med sår- eller sårskorpe , således 4

at dette middel kan fjernes igen uden problemer. Desuden bevirker disse polyvalente alkoholer at gelpræparatet bliver mere pastaagtigt og således lettere kan påføres. Gelen i formuleringerne ifølge opfindelsen kan steriliseres på 5 sædvanlig mådej dets pH-værdi indstilles således/ at den ligger inden for det terapeutisk særligt gunstige interval mellem 6,0 og 7,5.

Fremgangsmåde til bestemmelse af sugetryk 1. Forsøgsopstilling
En skematisk tegning af det apparatur, som anvendes til bestemmelse af sugetrykket, er vist i nedenstående fig. 1. Et lodret anbragt U-10 rar med en grenlangde på ea. 70 cm blev fyldt med så meget kviksølv, at højden deraf udgjorde ca. 30 cm.
U-rørets ene gren er åben og noget lengere end den anden gren, som barer en monteringsanordning for en med en frittebund forsynet tragt.
Oven på kviksølvsøjlen blev der derefter i begge rerhalvdele anbragt 15 så meget vand, at frittepladen lige netop blev fyldt med vand. Til gennemførelse af målingen blev en nøjagtigt afvejet mengde polymer-materiale (5 g) anbragt på fritten dakket ned et filter. Under kvald-ning optager polymeren så meget vand, indtil differencen i det hydrostatiske tryk i de to rørgrene er lig ned sugetrykket.

Som det fremgår af forsøgsopstillingen, måles augetrykket (SP) ved en kraftsammenligning. 1 ligevagtstilstand er forskellen i hydrostatisk tryk i de to rørgrene nøjagtig lig augetrykket.

Claims (4)
1. Middel til behandling af sårr kendetegnet ved, at det består af 1-4 vægt% af et pode-copolymeri-sat af stivelse og hydrolyseret polyacrylnitril, hvis car-boxylgruppe-hydrogen for 5 - 90%'s vedkommende er substi- 5 tueret med aluminium, i en 2 - 50 vægt% vandig di- eller polyhydroxyalkanopløsning.
2. Middel til sårbehandling ifølge krav 1, kendetegnet ved, at det som dihydroxyalkan indeholder en glycol med 2-6 carbonatomer.
3. Middel til behandling af sår ifølge krav 1, ken detegnet ved, at det som polyhydroxyalkan indeholder en polyol med den almene formel CnH(2n+2)°n ' hvori n er et tal mellem 3 og 6.
4. Middel til behandling af sår ifølge krav 1, ken detegnet ved, at det som polyhydroxyalkan indeholder en vandopløselig polyethylenglycol eller -propylen= glycol.
