Valmiste haavojen käsittelyyn
Haavojen tulehdusten käsittelyyn tarkoitetut valmisteet ovat tunnettuja. Tavanomaisten tekstiilisitei-5 den ohella käytetään mm. dekstraaniin perustuvaa tuotet ta haavojen käsittelyyn (US-patenttijulkaisu 4 225 580). Tämän materiaalin haittana on kuitenkin sen suhteellisen vaikea levitettävyys ja varsinkin se, että se on suhteellisen vaikea poistaa haavasta, koska pienet dekstraani-10 hiukkaset liimautuvat helposti haavan reunoihin.
Nyt on keksitty, että haavojen käsittelyyn tarkoitettu valmiste, joka sisältää 1-4 paino-% tärkkelyksestä ja hydrolysoidusta polyakryylinitriilistä, jonka karboksi-ryhmien vetyatomeista 5-90 % on korvattu aluminiumilla, 15 koostuvaa oksaskopolymeeria 2-50 paino-%:isessa di- tai polyhydroksialkaanivesiliuoksessa, on ominaisuuksiltaan olennaisesti edullisempi kuin samaan käyttöön tarkoitetut aikaisemmin tunnetut valmisteet.
Keksinnön mukaisessa valmisteessa käytettävä tärk-20 kelyksestä ja hydrolysoidusta polyakryylinitriilistä, jon ka karboksiryhmien vetyatomeista 5-90 % on korvattu aluminiumilla, koostuva oksaskopolymeeri voidaan valmistaa esimerkiksi US-patenttijulkaisussa 4 302 369 kuvatulla tavalla saattamalla tässä julkaisussa ilmoitetuissa olosuh-25 teissä tärkkelyssuspensio reagoimaan asetonitriilin kans sa kemiallisen initiaattorin läsnäollessa, kuten cerium-ammoniumnitraatin läsnäollessa, hydrolysoimalla syntynyt oksaskopolymeeri vahvalla emäksellä ja saattamalla se sitten reagoimaan aluminiumsuolojen kanssa. Saatu 30 tuote voidaan sitten kuivata, pestä ammoniakin alkoholi- liuoksella ja säätää kloorivetyhapolla haluttuun pH-ar-voon 6,0-7,5. Toisaalta on kuitenkin myös mahdollista hankkia tämä tuote, jonka kauppanimi on SGP 157 M firmasta Henkel Corporation, Minneapolis.
35 Keksinnön mukaisten valmisteiden tuottamiseen so veltuvat oksaskopolymeerit, joilla on seuraavat ominaisuudet tärkkelyskomponentin suhde akrylaatti- ja akryyli- 2 78618 amidikomponenttiin on on edullisesti 1:3-1:0,9, karbok-syyliryhmien suhde amidiryhmiin on edullisesti 2:1-9:1, ja polymerisaatissa on edullisesti 25-75 % karboksyyli-ryhmistä substituoitu alumiinilla.
5 Keksinnön mukaisten valmisteiden valmistuksessa käytettäviksi sopivia 2-6 hiiliatomia sisältäviä dihydrok-sialkaaneja ovat esimerkiksi 1,2-dihydroksietaani, 1,2-dihydroksipropaani, 2,3-dihydroksibutaani ja 3,4-dihydrok-siheksaani.
10 Keksinnön mukaisten valmisteiden valmistuksessa käytettäviksi sopivat polyhydroksialkaanit, joiden yleinen kaava on

n (2n+2) n jossa n on luku 3-6; esimerkkejä niistä ovat glyseroli, 15 sorbitoli, mannitoli, adonitoli, ribitoli, dulsitoli, erytritoli ja ksylitoli.
Keksinnön mukaisten valmisteiden valmistukseen sopivan polyetyleeniglykolin molekyylipaino on 200-600. Valmisteeseen käytettävän polypropyleeniglykolin mole-20 kyylipaino on edullisesti 200-450.
Di- tai polyalkaania käytetään keksinnön mukaisessa valmisteessa korkeintaan 50 paino-%, ja edullisesti konsentraationa 10-30 paino-%. Diolien tai polyolien laimentamiseen käytetään edullisesti demineralisoitua vettä. 25 Tuotteen valmistus tapahtuu sekoittamalla kompo nentit tasaiseksi seokseksi esimerkiksi sekoittimessa ja kuumasteriloimalla.
Keksinnön mukainen haavojen käsittelyyn tarkoitettu valmiste soveltuu paitsi ahtaammassa mielessä haa-30 vojen hoitoon myös lukuisten sellaisten ihon tai limakal vojen tulehdusten tai vaurioiden hoitoon, joista erittyy eritteitä, esimerkiksi sellaisiin tapauksiin, joita Bundesverband der pharmazeutischen Industrie e.V. D-6000 Frankfurt/Main, julkaisussa "Rote Liste - 1980" on lue-35 tellut haavankäsittelyaineiden yhteydessä. Tällaisia sairaus- ja vauriotapauksissa ovat esimerkiksi leikkaus- 3 78618 haavat, pistohaavat, repeämähaavat, puristushaavat, palo-haavat, paleltumahaavat, naarmut, auringonpolttamat, ihottumat, peräpukamat ym.
Keksinnön mukainen haavojen käsittelyyn tarkoitet-5 tu valmiste voi lisäksi sisältää tällaisissa valmisteis sa tavallisesti käytettyjä lisä- ja apuaineita (esim. hajusteita) sekä lisäksi vielä vaikuttavia aineita, joita tällaisiin valmisteisiin tavallisesti lisätään. Tällaisia vaikuttavia aineita ovat esimerkiksi bakteriostaat-10 tiset aineet, antimykootit ja paikallispuudutusaineet.
Bakteriostaattisina aineina voidaan käyttää sulfonami-deja, kuten sulfasiinia tai sulfatolamidia, tai antibiootteja, kuten penisilliinejä jne. Antimykootteinä voidaan käyttää salisyylihappoa tai sen johdannaisia, kuten sali-15 syylihydroksaamihappoa ja salisyyliamidia, mikonasolia, isokonasolia jne. Paikallispuudutusaineina voidaan käyttää p-aminobentsoehapon esteriä, kuten metyyliesteriä, etyyliesteriä jne.
Valmiste levitetään kehon käsiteltävään kohtaan ja 20 peitetään mahdollisesti sideharsolla.
Keksinnön mukaiselle valmisteelle on ominaista erittäin hyvä imukyky, jonka ansiosta se poistaessaan vettä haavasta aiheuttaa nopean paranemisen.
Keksinnön mukaisten valmisteiden sisältämät di-25 tai polyhydroksialkaanit eivät häiritse nopeaa parane mista. Nämä moniarvoiset alkoholit vaikuttavat höyryn-painetta alentavasti, joten keksinnön mukaiset valmisteet eivät kuivu. Näin vältetään liimautuminen haavoihin tai haavan reunoihin, joten valmiste voidaan jälleen poistaa 30 vaikeuksitta. Lisäksi näiden moniarvoisten alkoholien vaikutuksesta geelivalmiste on tahnamainen ja siten helposti levitettävissä. Keksinnön mukaisten koostumusten geeli voidaan steriloida tavallisella tavalla, ja sen pH voidaan säätää terapeuttisesti erityisen toivotulle 35 alueelle 6,0 - 7,5.

Esimerkki 1 2.000 g oksaskopolymeeria SGP 157 M (firmasta Henkel Corporation, Minneapolis) pestään ammoniakin me-tanoliliuoksella, sitten pH säädetään laimealla kloori- 5 vetyhapolla arvoon 6,8. Polymeeri sekoitetaan deminera- lisoidun veden (68,00 g) ja glyserolin (DAB 8) (30,00 g) kanssa tahnamaiseksi massaksi. Massa steriloidaan paine-autoklaavissa 125°C:ssa.
Esimerkki 2 10 2,000 g oksaskopolymeeria SGP 157 M (firmasta
Henkel Corporation, Minneapolis) pestään ammoniakin me-tanoliliuoksella, sitten pH säädetään laimealla kloorive-tyhapolla arvoon 6,8. Polymeeri sekoitetaan deminerali-soidun veden (68,00 g) ja polyetyleeniglykolin (mole- 15 kyylipaino 600) (30,00 g) kanssa tahnamaiseksi massaksi.
Massa steriloidaan paineautoklaavissa 125°Csssa.
Esimerkki 3 2.000 g oksaskopolymeeria SGP 157 M (firma Henkel Corporation, Minneapolis) pestään ammoniakin metanoli- 20 liuoksella, sitten pH säädetään laimealla kloorivetyha- polla arvoon 6,8. Polymeeri sekoitetaan demineralisoidun veden (78,00 g) ja 1,2-dihydroksipropaanin (20,00 g) kanssa tahnamaiseksi massaksi. Massa steriloidaan paineautoklaavissa 125°C:ssa.

Claims (4)
1. Haavojen käsittelyssä käyttökelpoinen valmiste, joka sisältää oksaskopolymeeriä, joka koostuu tärkkelyk-5 sestä ja hydrolysoidusta polyakryylinitriilistä, jonka karboksyyliryhmien vetyatomeista 5 - 90 % on korvattu aluminiumilla, tunnettu siitä, että valmiste sisältää 1-4 paino-% mainittua oksaskopolymeeriä 2-50 paino-%:isessa di- tai polyhydroksialkaanin vesiliuokses-10 sa.
2. Patenttivaatimuksen 1 mukainen valmiste, tunnettu siitä, että se sisältää dihydroksialkaa-nina glykolia, jossa on 2 - 6 hiiliatomia.
3. Patenttivaatimuksen 1 mukainen valmiste, 15 tunnettu siitä, että se sisältää polyhydroksi-alkaanina polyolia, jonka yleinen kaava on n (2n+2) n 20 jossa n on luku 3-6.
4. Patenttivaatimuksen 1 mukainen valmiste, tunnettu siitä, että se sisältää polyhydroksi-alkaanina vesiliukoista polyetyleeniglykolia tai poly-propyleeniglykolia.
