Den foreliggende opfindelse angår et tilslutningsstykke af den i indledningen til krav 1 angivne art, som kan forbindes med en formstofkanyle eller med et venekateter.
Der kendes, for eksempel fra US-PS 3 977 403, et ti 1 -5 slutningsstykke af den angivne art til at forbinde et kateter med det konusformede endestykke på en sprøjte.
Formstofkanyler og venekatetre finder anvendelse inden for medicinen for til føring af blod eller infusionsopløsninger til patienters karsystem. Formstofkanylen eller et kortere kateter stikkes igennem 10 huden og vævet og føres ind i et blodkar ved hjælp af en skarp metal kanyle, der befinder sig i formstofkanylens eller katerets indre. Ved hjælp af en på forhånd anlagt formstof kanyle kan der også indføres et længere kateter i karsystemet. Hvis der til punkturen vælges en perifer vene, bliver denne først udspilet for at udvide dens lysning ved sammen-15 klemning på venens distale side.
Efter at punkturen er vellykket gennemført, fjernes metal nålen fra formstofkanylen, hvorved det hidtil næppe har været muligt at undgå, at blod siver ud af det som koblingskonus udformede forbindelsesstykke på kanylen. Med korte katetre, som indføres i en stor hul vene ved 20 hjælp af en indvendigt liggende nål, og som derefter skydes frem til den øvre vena cava, kan en blodudstrømning fra koblingskonus ikke forhindres ved korrekt lejring af patienten. Hvis patienten ikke er lejret korrekt, men også ved uvilkårlige bevægelser eller hoste hos patienten er der desuden risiko for, at der optræder et undertryk i den punkterede hulve-25 ne, således at der indsuges luft igennem kateteret, hvilket kan føre til en luftemboli.
En speciel risiko består i, at infusionsslangen ubemærket kan løsne sig fra venekateterets koblingskonus. Dette kan føre til en luftemboli, eksempelvis med et subclaviakateter ved en siddende patient.
30 Derimod vil blod, som løber i et perifert liggende kateter, strømme ud eller tilstoppe kateteret på grund af koagulation.
Blodudstrømningen fra kanylers og katetres koblingskonus, som man hidtil har måttet affinde sig med, kan imidlertid have meget uheldige følger, især ved langtidsbehandlinger. Forsøgsrækker med karkatetre 35 har således vist, at en højere procentandel af katetrene udviser bakterielle infektioner.
Det bemærkelsesværdige ved denne konstatering var, at infektionen for det meste ikke optrådte ved kateterets udtrædningssted igen

2 nem huden, men derimod ved kateterets spids. Dette fører til den formodning, at bakterierne vokser igennem den med blod forurenede kateterkonus og på denne måde når frem til kateterets indre, hvor bakterierne kan ansamle sig ved kateterets spids.
5 Man har forsøgt at hindre blodudstrømning samt risiko for luftindføring i venen ved at indsætte en tovejs- eller trevejshane imellem kanylen eller kateteret og kobingskonussen. Da lægen imidlertid har brug for begge hænder under håndteringen af formstofkanylen eller kateteret, er det nødvendigt med en speciel hjælper til drejning eller be-10 tjening af hanen. Hanens lukning skal også ske meget prompte, da der ellers alligevel vil strømme blod ind i ansatsstykket. Hvis slangen ubemærket løsner sig fra kateteret, hjælper en sådan hane heller ikke.
Der kendes fra US-PS 4 000 739 et tilslutningsstykke, som er forsynet med en i en vene indskydelig slange og med et kateter, som kan 15 indføres i slangen, hvilket kateter i tilslutningsstykket kan føres gennem en skive, som spærrer indskydningsåbningen, og som er af et elastomert materiale med en central Y-formet spalte. Det kendte tilslutningsstykke egner sig imidlertid ikke for tilslutning af med koblingskonus forsynede slanger eller lignende.
20 Den foreliggende opfindelse har til formål at tilvejebringe et tilslutningsstykke af den i krav l's indledning angivne art, som automatisk lukker, når en infusionsslanges koblingskonus falder eller trækkes ud af tilslutningsstykket.
Dette opnås med et forbindelsesstykke som angivet i patent-25 krav 1. Hvis en koblingskonus, eksempelvis fra en infusionsslange, skydes ind i det med en inderkonus forsynede tilslutningsstykke ifølge opfindelsen, da vil dette forskyde det længdeforskydelige legeme fremad imod skiven på en sådan måde, at spalten åbnes. Det længdeforskydelige legeme fastholdes af koblingskonussen i stillingen til åbning af spal-30 ten. Hvis infusionsslangens koblingskonus trækkes ud eller utilsigtet falder ud, vil den elastisk deformerede skive presse legemet tilbage, hvorved spalten lukker tætsluttende, sådan at blod ikke kan strømme ud, og luft ikke kan trænge ind.

3 • · et tilslutningsstykke med spaltet tætnende skive og med et centralt og aksialt forskydeligt legeme, og figur 2 viser tilslutningsstykket i figur 1 med legemet skubbet fremad til åbning af skivens spalte.
Det på tegningen viste tilslutningsstykke 1 består af form-5 stof og har på sin indløbsside en inderkonus 2, som tjener til tætsluttende fastholdelse af en indskudt koblingskonus på en infusionsslange.
På udløbssiden er tilslutningsstykket 1 forsynet med en cylindrisk kanal 4, hvis diameter er tilpasset til diameteren for en indskydelig kanyle eller kateter. Den del af tilslutningsstykket, som omgiver kanalen 4, er 10 på ydersiden tilspidset konusformet og er forsynet med rundtgående ribber og tjener til fastholdelse af en til karsystemet førende slange. Et kammer 6, som forbinder inderkonus 2 og kanalen 4, er på den side, som vender mod inderkonussen 2, i sin indervaeg forsynet med en radial rundtgående not 7, hvori kanten af en skive 3 af elastisk materiale fasthol-15 des. Midt i skiven 3 er der udformet en spalte 8, som ikke forløber fuldstændigt igennem skiven.
Inderkonussen 2 er forsynet med to eller flere aksialt forløbende førenoter 9, med hvilke tilsvarende kiler på et begrænset aksialt forskydeligt legeme 10 står i indgreb. Legemet 10 er forssynet med en 20 central gennemgangsåbning og er afsluttet plant ved bagenden» mens dets forende er tilspidset keglestubformet.
I afbildningen ifølge figur 1 berører legemet 10 med sin forende lige netop skiven 3, som elastisk er tilbagefjedret ii den plane stilling, sådan at dens spalte 8 er tæt lukket.
25 I figur 2 er legemet 10 vist i en stilling, hvori legemet er skudt frem af en ikke vist koblingskonus på en infusionssSlange, og i denne stilling er spalten 8 åbnet ved udspiling.
I stedet for en spaltet skive af elastomert matertale kan der også anvendes to eller flere på hinanden liggende skiver, h/wis centrale 30 spalter krydser hinanden. Hvis der benyttes to skiver, kan ife krydsende spalter forløbe under en vinkel på 90° i forhold til hinanden. Med tre skiver danner spalterne mellemliggende vinkler på 60°.
Endvidere er det ikke nødvendigt at føre det forskyde!ige legeme 10 i noter. Legemet kan også være forsynet med en cylindrisk kappe, 35 og i så fald må det sikres med egnede midler, at legemet ikke kan falde ud af tilslutningsstykket 1.

Claims (3)
1. Tilslutningsstykke, som kan forbindes med en formstofka-nyle eller et venekateter, og som har en gennemstrømningskanal, der for- 10 binder en indløbsåbning og en udløbsåbning, hvilket tilslutningsstykke har et afsnit med en væg, som tilspidses konusformet i retningen bort fra indløbsåbningen for tætsluttende tilslutning til med koblingskonus forsynede slanger, KENDETEGNET ved, AT gennemstrømningskanalens (2, 4) indervæg i den ende af afsnittet (2), som ligger overfor indløbsåbnin-15 gen, har en radial rundtgående not (7), hvori en skive (3), som spærrer gennemstrømningskanalen (2, 4), og som er af et elastomert materiale med en central spalte (8), fasholdes, og AT der i afsnittet (2) aksialt forskydeligt føres et med en central gennemgangsåbning forsynet legeme (10) på en sådan måde, at legemet i dets tilbageskudte stilling ligger med 20 sin forside, som vender mod skiven (3), foran skiven (3), og at legemet i sin fremskudte stilling går i det mindste delvis igennem spalten (8) til åbning af denne.
