Description
Die Erfindung betrifft eine Vorrichtung zum Versiegeln einer Blisterverpackung, bestehend aus einer Blisterhaube aus
thermoplastischem Kunststoff, dem Verpackungsgut und einem Träger, ebenfalls aus thermoplastischem Kunststoff, nach der
Gattung des Hauptanspruches.
Beim Versiegeln von solchen Blisterverpackungen ist es bekannt, der Siegelstation eine separate Kühlstation nachzuschalten
(Patentanmeldung P 41 24 343.9). Hierdurch wird ein Verzug des Randes der Blisterverpackung weitgehend vermieden.
Eine solche separate Einrichtung verteuert die Vorrichtung nicht unerheblich und erfordert viel Platz. Störungen
sind möglich. Es besteht zudem die Gefahr, daß die Kunststoffolie an der heißen Siegelelektrode kleben bleibt, weil
zur Erreichung einer kurzen Siegelzeit möglichst warm gefahren wird.
Der Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, die Vorrichtung so auszubilden, daß beim Versiegeln von Blisterpackungen, bei
denen der Träger aus thermoplastischem Kunststoff besteht, ein möglichst geringer Verzug der Blisterverpackung eintritt.
Ein Kleben der Kunststoffolie an der heißen Siegelelektrode sollte nicht eintreten. Baumäßig sollte ein geringer
Platzbedarf erforderlich sein und es sollten relativ geringe Kosten anfallen.
Zur Lösung der Aufgabe werden die kennzeichnenden Merkmale des Hauptanspruches vorgeschlagen. Dadurch, daß um die beheizte
Siegelelektrode herum ein zu dieser verschiebbarer gekühlter Kühlrahmen angeordnet ist, bleibt der versiegelte
Rand der Blisterverpackung nach dem Abheben der Siegelelektrode bei entsprechender Steuerung des Kühlrahmens noch
eingespannt.
Je nach Art des Antriebes der Siegelelektrode stoppt der Antrieb gegebenenfalls nach dem Abheben der Siegelelektrode.
Bei einem Antrieb über einen Kniehebeltrieb verläuft das Abheben sowieso mit langsamer Geschwindigkeit, so daß die
Abkühlzeit bei einem entsprechend großen Federweg des Kühlrahmens ausreichend lang ist.
Ein Ausführungsbeispiel der Erfindung und vorteilhafte Weiterbildungen
sind anhand der schematischen Zeichnungen näher beschrieben.

Die Vorrichtung zum Versiegeln der * Blisterverpackungen 1 weist in ihrer Siegelstation eine Aufnahme für die Blisterhauben
3 auf, die in den Figuren 1 bis 3 als Siegelpalette 2 dargestellt ist und die mehrfach auf einem Drehteller 4
sitzt. Es kann sich bei der Aufnahme aber genauso um linear horizontal bewegte Paletten handeln, die z. B. aus Blech mit
einem Durchbruch bestehen. Eine höhenbewegliche Siegelelektrode 5 ist über der Siegelpalette 2 angeordnet. Sie sitzt
an einer über Heizpatronen 6 erwärmbaren Heizplatte 7, die über einen höhenbeweglichen Obertisch 8 und einen nicht
dargestellten Antrieb vertikal verschoben werden kann. An der Heizplatte 7 ist ein gefederter Kühlrahmen 9 angeordnet,
gehalten über Bundschrauben 10, beaufschlagt mit Federn 11. Sein Durchbruch 12 ist um das Maß "A" größer als die Außenmaße
der Siegelelektrode 5.
Im Kühlrahmen 9 verlaufen Bohrungen 13 zur Durchleitung eines Kühlmediums.
Die Arbeitsweise der Vorrichtung ist wie folgt.
Nach dem Eintransport einer Siegelpalette 2 in die Siegelstation - Blisterhaube 3, Verpackungsgut 14 und Trägerfolie 15
sind eingelegt bzw. aufgelegt - wird der Obertisch 8 abgesenkt. Der Kühlrahmen 9 liegt zuerst auf der Trägerfolie 15
auf, die Siegelelektrode 5 trifft nach entsprechendem Federweg des Kühlrahmens 9 auf die Trägerfolie 15. Nach einer
eingestellten Siegelzeit fährt die Siegelelektrode 5 aufwärts, der Kühlrahmen 9 drückt weiterhin auf den Rand der
Blisterverpackung 1. In dieser Zeit kühlt der Kühlrahmen 9 den Siegelrand ab. Je nach Antriebsart und geometrischen
Abmessungen erfolgt bei abgehobener Siegelelektrode 5 ein Zwischenstop des Antriebes oder er fährt durch.
In besonderer Ausbildung der Erfindung erfolgt die Betätigung des Kühlrahmens 9 über einen separaten, nicht dargestellten
Antrieb, der an Stangen 16 angreift (siehe Figur 4). Dies erlaubt Kühlzeiten, die über die Öffnungszeit der
Siegelelektrode hinausgehen.
Claims (3)
1. Vorrichtung zum Versiegeln einer Blisterverpackung, bestehend
aus einer Blisterhaube aus Kunststoff, dem Verpakkungsgut und einer mit der Blisterhaube versiegelten oder
verschweißten Trägerfolie aus Kunststoff, mit einer zu einer Siegelpalette verschiebbaren Siegelelektrode, gekennzeichnet
durch einen rings um die Siegelelektrode (5) angeordneten, zu dieser verschiebbaren Kühlrahmen (9).
2. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Kühlrahmen (9) durch Federn (11) beaufschlagt und von
Bundschrauben (10) gehalten ist.
3. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 gekennzeichnet durch separate, an Stangen (16) angreifende Antriebseinrichtungen für
den Kühlrahmen (9).
