Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf eine Vorrichtung
zum Abscheiden von Öl-, Wasser- und sonstigen
Schmutzteilen aus Abdampf, Preßluft, Dampf und
Gasen:. Es sind Abscheidier bekannt mit Prall-
flächen, Stäben, Düsen und Filtern und gewellten
oder spiralförmig aufgewickelten Abscheideflächen,
die axial durchströmt werden.
Die Erfmdimig betrifft einte Kombination, bei
weIcher dem zu reinigenden Medium zunächst eine
große Abscheide- Lund Beschlagfl,äche dargeboten
wird, wobei Igleichzeitig seine fetürne Zerteilung in
ganz schmale Streifen erfolgt und hinterher durch
eine Düse bei großer Geschwindigkeit die Aus-
sch ,eidmg der abgeschiedenon Teile erfolgt. Nach
dem Gegenstand der Erfindung erhält die Einrich-
tung ein .an. sich bekanntes gewickeltes Spiral-
blech, welches vom dem Medium axial durchströmt
wird; @dieses Spztalblech bietet an, beiden Seiten,
eine ;große BeschlagRäche auf sehr kleinem Raum.
Die Spialtbreitie in der Spirale kann sehr klein, sein,
so da:ß gleichzeitig eine außerordentlich feine Zer-
teilung des Dampfstromes und eine gleichmäßige
Beaufschlagunig der Abscheidefläche biet großem
Durchgangsquerschnitt ohne Druckverlust erfolgt.
Nachdem das Medium ;diese große AbscheMe- und
Beschlagfläche durchströmt hat, wird das Gemisch
einer Düse zugeführt, durch de bei hoher Ge-
schivindi;gkeit und plötzlichem Richtungswechsel die
Ausscheidung der Flüssigkeits- und Staubteile und
ihre Ableitung meinen abgeschlo.sisenen Ölwasser-
sammelraum erfolgen.
In. F,äll@en, bei denen ies auf eine besonders weit-
gehendge Reinigung ankommt, kann das Mittelrohr
mit entsprechend großem Durchmesser ausgeführt
werden. Dann erhält das Mittelrohr einen Dieckel,
durch welche ein. auswechsielbares Filter in das
Mittelrohr eingesetzt wird. Das Filter besteht aus
Metall-oder Kun@ststofgew--ebe- oder aus Koks oder
sonstigem Filter- oder hygroskopischem Material.
In Fällen, wo. ,eine Beschädigung durch Rosten
o.d. Aigl. oder eine Behinderung durch Schmutzteile
eintreten kann, wird nach dem Gegenstand -der
Erfindung das Spiralblech nach Fig.3 angeordnet,
so da:ß dasselbe herausnehmbar und ausunechsiel,-
b;ar ist.
In der Zeichnung ist in Fig. i ein derartiger Ab-
scheiden im Schnitt dargestellt.

blech liegt fest an dien Mantel 3 und an den Mittel-
rohr an. Nach Durchgang des Spiralbleches wird
das Madium zu seiner ringförmigen Düse 6 geführt,
die sio gestaltet ist, daß die Abscheidungen ton
gerader Richtung in den unterem Ölsammelraum
fliqgex1, der durch einen Boden 7 abgeschlossen ist.
8 ist der Ölwasserablauf. Der Spalt der Düse, wird
durch zwischenibelegbe Knacken g bei Fig. i und 3
aufrechterhalten. Auch der Ab-schlußb;uden 7 ist
durch 1,Z'-uacken i o mit dem Mantel befestigt.
Fig. z zeigt das Spiralblech 5 in. der Aufsicht.
In Fb. 3 ist eine ,ähnliche Einrichtung dar-
gestellt, bei der das Mittelrohr erheblich vergrößert
ist, so daß ein Filter i i eingebeut werden kann,
welches durch eine Stange 12 und den Deckel 13
herausnehmbar und auswechselbar ist. Im übrigen
entsprechen die Bezeichnungen .denen in Fig. i.
In: Fig. q. ist ein Innenmantel 14 in den Be-
h;älter 3 neingebaut. Der Innenraum hat einen ab-
nehm#biaanen Deckel 13. Das Spiralblech 5 kann nach
Lösen der Befestigoumgsschrauben durch den Hand-
griff 15 herausgenommen, gereinigt oder ausgewech-
selt werden:. 16 ist ,ein Abstreifblech.
