- 4. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3,wobei die Verschlußsteuereinrichtungen auch wirksam sind, um den Fluiddruck von den Blaseneinrichtungen zu den Druckübertragungseinrichtungen zur Weiterleitung auf die Membran zu übertragen.

Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4,wobei die Schlauchleitungseinrichtungen eine Patienten-0 schlauchleitung, die in Verbindung mit der Peritonealhöhle eines Patienten anbringbar ist, und eine zweite Schlauchleitung aufweisen, die an einer externen Komponente eines Peritonealdialysesystems anbringbar ist, und wobei die Verschlußeinrichtungen, wenn sie sich in ihrer Strömungssperrposition befinden, gleichzeitig mit der Patientenschlauchleitung und der zweiten Schlauchleitung in Kontakt stehen und diese in den geschlossenen Zustand klemmen.

Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4,0 wobei die Schlauchleitungseinrichtungen eine Patientenschlauchleitung, die in Verbindung mit der Peritonealhöhle eines Patienten anbringbar ist, und eine Vielzahl von zusätzlichen Schlauchleitungen aufweisen, die an externen Komponenten eines Peritonealdialysesystems anbringbar sind, und 5 wobei die Verschlußeinrichtungen, wenn sie sich in ihrer Strömungssperrposition befinden, zugleich mit der Patienten-Meissner, Bolte& Partner m/pot-059-ep/deschlauchleitung und der Vielzahl von zusätzlichen Schlauchleitungen in Kontakt stehen und diese in den geschlossenen Zustand klemmen.

Pumpvorrichtung für ein Peritonealdialysesystem, das folgendes aufweist:eine Flüssigkeitsverteilungskassette mit einer Pumpkammer und einer darüberliegenden Membran, eine flexible Schlauchleitung, die an der Flüssigkeits-Verteilungskassette angebracht ist, um eine Flüssig-keitsströmungsverbindung mit der Peritonealhöhle eines Patienten herzustellen,
eine Quelle für Fluiddruck, undeine Betätigungsstation für die Flüssigkeitsverteilungskassette, die folgendes aufweist:eine Kammer zum Aufnehmen der Flüssigkeitsverteilungskassette und der daran angebrachten Schlauchleitung,eine Druckübertragungseinrichtung in der Kammer, die betätigbar ist, wenn die Flüssigkeitsverteilungskassette und die daran angebrachte Schlauchleitung in der Kammer aufgenommen sind, um den Fluiddruck von der Fluiddruckquelle zu der Membran zu übertragen, um Flüssigkeit durch die Flüssigkeitsverteilungskassette zu bewegen,eine Verschlußeinrichtung, die betätigbar ist, wenn die Flüssigkeitsverteilungskassette und die daran angebrachte Schlauchleitung in der Kammer aufgenommen sind, um mit der an der Kassette ange-0 brachten Schlauchleitung in Kontakt zu kommen unddiese in den geschlossenen Zustand zu klemmen, eine erste Reservoireinrichtung in der Kammer, die sich in Abhängigkeit von der Einleitung von Fluiddruck von der Fluiddruckquelle aufbläht, um mit 5 der Druckübertragungseinrichtung in Kontakt zu.. .* .. .. &eegr; &pgr; /..&rgr; &rgr; &eegr; öse q> ^ ? &Tgr;1Meissner, Bolte & Partner m/pot-059-ep/dekommen, um sie in wirksamem Kontakt gegen die Membran zu halten, undeine zweite Reservoireinrichtung in der Kammer, die sich in Abhängigkeit von der Einleitung von Fluiddruck von der Fluiddruckquelle aufbläht, ummit der Verschlußeinrichtung in Kontakt zu kommen und diese weg von dem klemmenden Kontakt mit der Schlauchleitung zu halten. - 8. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 7,die ferner eine Einrichtung aufweist, welche zumindest mit einer von der ersten und der zweiten Reservoireinrichtung in Verbindung steht, um Fluiddruck von der mindestens einen Reservoireinrichtung zu der Druckübertragungseinrichtung zur Weiterleitung auf die Membran zu übertragen.

Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 7 oder 8,die ferner eine Entlüftungseinrichtung aufweist, welche in Abhängigkeit von einem vorgegebenen Betriebszustand betätigbar ist, um die zweite Reservoireinrichtung zu entlüften, um eine Bewegung der Verschlußeinrichtung in den klemmenden Kontakt gegen die Schlauchleitung zu ermöglichen.
- 10. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 9,wobei die flexible Schlauchleitung eine Vielzahl von Schläuchen aufweist, die an der Kassette angebracht sind, und wobei bei dem Entlüften der zweiten Reservoireinrichtung die Verschlußeinrichtung sich in gleichzeitigen klemmenden Kontakt mit sämtlichen Schläuchen bewegt.

- 12. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11,wobei die Flüssigkeitsverteilungskassette folgendes aufweist :eine Vielzahl von Pumpkammern,
- eine Vielzahl von Flüssigkeitswegen,eine Vielzahl von Ventilstationen, welche die Flüssigkeitswege mit den Pumpkammern und miteinander verbinden, undeine Membran, die über den Pumpkammern, den Flüssigkeitswegen und den Ventilstationen liegt. - 13. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 12,wobei die Flüssigkeitsverteilungskassette Hauptflüssigkeitswege, durch welche die Flüssigkeit in die Kassette eintritt oder aus der Kassette austritt, sowie Zweigwege aufweist, welche die Hauptflüssigkeitswege durch die Ventilstationen mit den Pumpkammern verbinden.
- 14. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 12 oder 13,0 wobei die Flüssigkeitswege und Ventilstationen so angeordnet sind, daß sie die Peritonealhöhle eines Patienten von der Luft trennen, die sich in den Pumpkammern sammelt.
- 15. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 14,wobei die Kassette ausgewählte kritische Flüssigkeitswege, die von der Luft getrennt sind, welche sich in den Pumpkammern sammelt, und ausgewählte nicht-kritische Flüssigkeitswege aufweist, um die Luft aus den Pumpkammern heraus abzuführen .
