Derartige Vorrichtungen werden hauptsächlich zum Sägen von Rohren, Proiileisen, Grubenstempeln u. dgl. benutzt, bei denen es auf eine rasche und saubere Arbeit ankommt, die dadurch beeinträchtigt wird, daß die Bedienungsperson die ganzen sowohl der Zahl als auch der Größe nach sehr erheblichen Stoßkräfte des Werkzeuges aufnehmen muß, dabei aber gleichzeitig auf die Führungen der Säge in der Schnittebene achten und für einen ausreichenden Vorschub Sorge tragen muß. Die vorliegende Erfindung erleichtert diese Arbeiten durch eine an der tragbaren Hammersäge angeordnete Vorrichtung, bei der das Gehäuse des Preßlufthandhammers in der Sägeblattebene drehbar auf einem Rahmen (Grundplatte) gelagert ist, auf der gleichzeitig auch die Spannvorrichtung für das Werkstück angebracht ist. Der Bock ist am Traggestell 23 mit Schrauben 26 befestigt, die in Schlitze 27 eingreifen, so daß der Bock, wenn die Schrauben 26 gelöst sind, dem Traggestell gegenüber verschiebbar ist. An dem dem Bock 22 abgekehrten Ende ist der Rahmen 23 mit einer Festspannvorrichtung nach Art eines Parallelschraubstockes versehen. Mit 28 ist die eine feste Backe, mit 29 die andere bewegliche Backe und mit 30 die Spannspindel bezeichnet. Diese Teile sitzen unter Vermittlung eines abgeschrägten Führungsteiles 31 derart am Rahmen 23, daß die Druckflächen der Backen 28, 29 der Festspannvorrichtung in der Bewegungsebene der Säge zur Bewegungsrichtung der Säge geneigt sind, so daß die Säge, wenn diese ihren Schnitt beginnt, zunächst nicht in eine Seite, sondern in eine Kante eines Werkstückes von rechteckigem oder ähnlichem Querschnitt einschneidet. Im Rahmen 23 liegt eine schraubenförmige Zugfeder 32, deren eines Ende durch eine Hakenschraube 33 mit zugehöriger Flügelmutter 34 nachstellbar am Rahmen 23 befestigt ist, während am anderen Ende ein Seil 35 angreift, das über eine Rolle 36 zu einem am Arbeitszylinder 20 sitzenden Haken 37 führt. Durch Drehen der Flügelmut ter 34 läßt sich der Druck, mit dem sich die Säge 2, 4 gegen das Werkstück 38 legt, verändern. Damit die Vorrichtung leicht am Werkstück angebracht werden kann oder umgekehrt, ist folgende Einrichtung vorgesehen: Am Rahmen 23 sitzt ein Lagerstück 39, an das eine Stütze 40 angelenkt ist, die sich bei der in der Zeichnung mit ausgezogenen Linien dargestellten Lage gegen den Arbeitszylinder 20 legt und dadurch die Säge so festhält, daß diese das Hineinbringen des Werkstückes in die Einspannvorrichtung nicht hindert. Beim Ingangsetzen der Säge wird die Stütze 40 in die in der Zeichnung strichpunktiert dargestellte Lage geklappt. Wenn der Schnitt :ndet ist, dient das Lagerstück 39 als Auilag für den Arbeitszylinder 20 und verhindert damit, daß die Säge 2, 4 in das Traggestell einschneidet.
