Universal-Tischlereimaschine. Die Erfindung betrifft eine kleine und daher leicht transportable Holzbearbeitungs- machine mit motorisch angetriebenem Werk zeug, die insbesondere kleinen Handwerkern die maschinelle Ausführung von Tischler arbeiten ermöglicht. Die Maschine besitzt einen in der Form einem Handhobel nach gebildeten Körper mit einer ebenen Arbeits fläche, einen an diesem Körper angebrachten Motor mit einer den Körper durchsetzenden, zur Arbeitsfläche senkrechten Werkzeug spindel. In den Seitenflächen des Körpers sind Nuten zur Anbringung von Zusatz teilen, wie Arbeitstischen, Führungen, für die Arbeitsstücke oder für die Maschine vor gesehen.
Auf der Zeichnung ist die Maschine in beipielsweiser Ausführungsform und in ver schiedener Verwendungsart veranschaulicht.
Fig. 1 ist ein Längsschnitt durch die Maschine, als Fräsmaschine eingerichtet, die mit der Hand über das Werkstück geführt wird; Fig. 2 ist eine Stirnansicht dazu; Fig. 3 ist eine Draufsicht; Fig. 4 zeigt die Maschine nach Fig. 1 in einen Schraubstock fest eingespannt; Fig. 5 zeigt, teilweise im Schnitt, die Maschine nach Fig. 1, in einem transpor tablen Gestell gelagert; Fig. 6 zeigt eine Stirnansicht nach Fig. 5; Fig. 7 und 8 zeigen die Maschine als Abrichtmaschine und als Hobelmaschine; Fig. 9 zeigt die Maschine als Bohr maschine; Fig. 10 zeigt die Maschine als Kreissäge, und Fig. 11 und 12 zeigen die Maschine als Bandsäge.
Der Körper 1 der Maschine besitzt einen trogförmigen Querschnitt und ist mit einer Arbeitsfläche 2 versehen. Am Körper 1 ist mit Schrauben 4 ein Träger 3 befestigt, in welchem eine Schraubenspindel 5 gelagert ist, die mittelst einer Schraubenmutter 6 einen Elektromotor 7 trägt. Durch Drehen der Schraubenspindel 5 kann der Elektro motor senkrecht zur Arbeitsfläche 2 verstellt werden. Im Körper 1 ist ein zylindrischer Teil 10 gelagert, der einstellbar ist und in einer Ausnehmung ein Kugellager 9 für die Motorwelle 8 besitzt, dessen Achse mit der Achse der Motorwelle 8 in Übereinstimmung gebracht werden kann.
In den Seiten des Körpers sind unter schnittene Nuten 11 zur Aufnahme der köpfe 12 von Bolzen 13 angeordnet, mit denen Führungsschienen 15 am Körper be festigt werden können.
Der Körper 1 ist mit Handhaben 17, 18 versehen und wird von Hand aus über das Werkstück 16 geführt. In die hohle Motor welle 8 ist der Schaft 19 eines Nutenfräsers 20 eingesteckt. Das Werkzeug 20 wird samt dem Motor mittelst der Schraubenspindel 5 derart eingestellt, dass der Fräser so weit über die Arbeitsfläche 2 vorragt, als die Nut tief sein soll. Der Motor wird angelassen, der Vorderteil des Körpers 1 auf das Werk stück 16 gelegt und die Maschine vorwärts geschoben, wobei der Fräsen 20 die Nut er zeugt.
Der Abstand der Nut von der Werk stückkante wird durch die Führungsschiene 14 bestimmt, die mittelst der Sehrauben 21 an den Führungsschienen 15 befestigt ist. Während der Arbeit gleitet die Führungs schiene 14 längs der Seitenfläche des Werk stückes und führt die Vorrichtung. Zur Ein stellung der Führungsschiene 14 in bezug auf die Führungsschiene 15 quer zum Körper 1 sind Schlitze 22 vorgesehen, so dass der Ab stand zwischen Werkstückkante und Nut eingeregelt werden kann.
Fig. 4 zeigt die Verwendung der Ma schine zum Profilieren von Leisten 24. Der Körper 1 ist in einen Schraubstock 25 ein gespannt; an der Motorwelle 8 ist ein Fassonfräser 20 angebracht. Die Schienen 14 dienen der Leiste 24 als Führung. Die Leiste wird über die Arbeitsfläche 2 längs der Leiste 46 der Führungsschiene 14 ge führt.
Gemäss Fig. 5 und 6 ist der Körper 1 in ein Gestell eingelegt, das aus einer Boden platte 27 und zwei Säulen 28 besteht. Der Körper ruht mittelst Zapfen 29 in den Säu len 28, ist daher um eine horizontale Achse verschwenkbar und kann mittelst Bolzen 30, welche durch Bohrungen in den Säulen und in Löchern 31 der Stirnseite 32 eingesteckt werden, in einer gewünschten Neigung fest gehalten sein. Bei dieser Anordnung sind keine Handhaben 17, 18 gezeichnet.
In den Fig. 5 und 6 ist die Anwendung der Maschine zum Profilieren von Leisten ähnlich wie in Fig. 4 dargestellt.
In Fig. 7 ist die Maschine als Abricht- maschinne eingerichtet. In einer Nut 11 des Körpers 1 ist mittelst Schraubenbolzen 33 ein Abrichttisch 32 befestigt. In die Motor welle ist eine Messerwelle 34 eingesetzt, deren Messer durch den Schlitz 35 des Ab- richttishes über die Tischfläche 36 vorragt und auf das über dem Abrichttisch bewegte Werkstück wind, das dabei läng. der Ar- 2 geführt wird.
Die Fig. 8 zeigt die Maschine als Hobel- masch mit senkrecht gestellter Motorwelle. Diese Anordnung unterscheidet sich von ,jener der Fig. 5 und 6 nur dadurch, dass der Fassonfräser 26 durch einen zylindrischen Hobelmesserkopf 37 ersetzt ist. Die Messer kopfwelle ist durch einen in der Nut 11 des Körpers 1 befestigten Oberarm 38 gestützt. Das Werkstück 39 wird über die Arbeits fläche 2 längs eines Anschlages 46 geführt, der ähnlich wie in Fig. 4 mit der Führungs schiene 14 verbunden ist.
Die Fig. 9 zeigt die Maschine als Bohr- maschine.1 Am Körper 1 ist eine Führungs schiene 40 und ein durch Konsolen 44 ge stützter Arbeitstisch mit. Bolzen 45, von de nen nur einer gezeichnet ist., befestigt. Mit- telst der Bolzen 45 kann der Abstand des Tisches von dem in die Motorwelle ein gesetzten Bohrer 43 geändert werden.
Fig. 10 zeigt die Maschine als Kreissäge. Der Tisch. 46 ist mit einem zur Arbeits fläche 2 parallelen Seblitz versehen, durch welchen ein auf der Motorwelle befestigtes Kreissägeblatt 47 reicht.
Die Fig. 11 und 12 zeigen die Naschine als Bandsäge. Der Körper ist fest in einem Geoelle 47, 48 @@elagert und durch Band scheiben 49,<B>50</B> ergänzt, über welche das Sägeblatt 51 läuft. Die Scheiben 49, 50 werden von Lagerarmen 52, 53 einer förmigen Unterlage 54 getragen, welche den Körper 1 umfasst und mittelst Schrauben bolzen 56 an den Nuten 11 festgehalten wird. Auf der Unterlage 54 ist ein Arbeitstisch 55 befestigt, durch den das Sägeblatt 51 geht. Das Sägeblatt ist mittelst einer bekannten verstellbaren Führung 57 geführt, die von dem Arm 52 getragen wird. Die Band scheibe 50 wird von einer in der Motor welle befestigten Friktionsrolle 58 angetrie ben.
Das Werkstück wird auf dem Arbeits tisch dem Sägeblatt zugeführt.
Universal joinery machine. The body 1 of the machine has a trough-shaped cross-section and is provided with a work surface 2. A carrier 3 is fastened to the body 1 with screws 4 in which a screw spindle 5 is mounted, which carries an electric motor 7 by means of a screw nut 6. By turning the screw spindle 5, the electric motor can be adjusted perpendicular to the work surface 2. The body 1 is provided with handles 17, 18 and is guided over the workpiece 16 by hand. In the hollow motor shaft 8, the shaft 19 of a slot milling cutter 20 is inserted. The tool 20, together with the motor, is adjusted by means of the screw spindle 5 in such a way that the milling cutter protrudes over the working surface 2 as far as the groove should be deep.
