Description

  • Isolationsplatten o. dgl. In dem Patent 635 727 wird ein Verfahren beschrieben zur Herstellung von Isolationsplatten, Wandbekleidungsplatten o. dgl., die aus Torf und den auf den Knotenfängern der Zellstoffindustrie verbleibenden Rückständen als Bindemittel bestehen. Es wurde nun gefunden, daß anstatt des erwähnten Bindemittels mit gutem und sogar besserem Erfolg ein Zellstoff verwendet werden kann, der entweder absichtlich nicht vollständig gekocht worden ist oder beim Kochen von Zellstoff in nicht völlig reifem Zustande ausfällt. Durch Verwendung solchen nicht vollständig aufgeschlossenen Zellstoffs können Plattete und sogar Pappen jeder beliebigen, auch sehr geringen Stärke hergestellt und insbesondere ein Material erhalten werden, das die zu Isolationszwecken verwendeten Lumpen- und Dachpappe ersetzen und hinsichtlich Isolationsvermögen und Festigkeit sogar übertreffen kann.

  1. PATENTANSPRUCH: Isolationsplatten o. dgl. . nach Patent 635 727, bestehend aus Torf und nicht vollständig reifgekochtem Zellstoff als Bindemittel.
