Claims (12)

EP-Patentanmeldungs-Nr. 92 402 766.7 0537 EP-Veröffentlichungs-Nr. C 537 0/9 Patentansprüche
1. Leicht einreißbare Verpackung, gebildet aus einer thermoplastischen, schrumpfbar extrudierten Folie, welche
(a) mindestens eine Polyolefinlage, und
(b) mindestens eine Lage eines Copolymeren, ausgewählt unter den ionischen Copolymeren aus:
(1) alpha-Olefinen der Formel R-CH=CH2,
in welcher R Wasserstoff ist oder ein Alkylradikal, das ein bis acht Kohlenstoffatome besitzt,
(2) alpha,beta-ethylenisch ungesättigten Carboxylsäuren, die drei bis acht Kohlenstoffatome aufweisen, und
(3) möglicherweise einer weiteren monoethylenisch ungesättigten monomeren Verbindung
aufweist, wobei die genannten Copolymeren 10-90% Carboxylsäuregruppen aufweisen, die ionisiert sind durch Neutralisation mittels Metallionen, die über das Copolymer verteilt sind,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß diese ein Anfangs-Einreißstück aufweist in Form einer Falz oder einer Lasche (4,5), das erkennbar ausgerichtet ist in Richtung (2) senkrecht zur Extrusionsrichtung der Folie (1).
2. Verpackung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Lasche durch zwei Einschnitte (6,7) gebildet ist, die erkennbar parallel zur Richtung (2) senkrecht zu der Extrusionsrichtung der Folie (1) verlaufen.
3. Verpackung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Anfangs-Einreißstück zwei Laschen (4,5) aufweist, die zueinander entgegengesetzt anqeordnet sind und durch einen Schnitt (6,7,8) in der allgemeinen F---.rii! eines H gebildet sind.

4. Verpackung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die zwei Einschnitte (6,7), die zumindest eine Lasche (4,5) bilden, voneinander in einer Breite (c) beabstandet sind, die zwischen 15 und 40 mm beträgt.
5. Verpackung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die zwei Einschnitte (6,7), die zumindest eine Lasche (4,5) bilden, eine Einschnittlänge zwischen 10 und 25 mm aufweisen.
6. Verpackung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Falz oder die Lasche (4,5) in einem Bereich (3) mit Verstärkung oder Verdickung der Folie (1) gebildet ist.
7. Verpackung nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Verstärkungsbereich oder der Verdickungsbereich durch ein Etikett (3) gebildet ist, das auf die Folie (1) aufgeklebt oder aufgeschweißt ist.
8. Verpackung nach Anspruch 6 oder 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Verstärkungsbereich oder der Verdickungsbereich (3) aus einem Material gebildet ist, das demjenigen der Folie (1) ähnlich ist und erkennbar in einer Richtung parallel zu derjenigen der Folie (1) ausgerichtet ist.

Verpackung nach einem der Ansprüche 6 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Abstand (d) zwischen jedem der parallelen Einschnitte (6,7) der Laschen (4,5) und dem Rand (3a,3b) des Verstärkungsbereiches oder des Verdikkungsbereiches (3) der Folie (1) mindestens 5 mm und vorzugsweise etwa 10 mm beträgt.

Verpackung nach einem der Ansprüche 6 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Längsabstand (D) zwischen den äußersten Enden (6a,7a) und (6b,7b) der Paralleleinschnitte (6,7) der Laschen (4,5) und dem Rand (3a,3b) des Verstärkungsbereiches oder des Verdickungsberexches (3) der Folie (1) und dem Längsrand (3c) des genannten Bereiches (3) der Folie (1) zwischen 10 und 20 mm beträgt.
11. Verpackung nach einem der Ansprüche 6 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Verstärkungsbereich oder Verdickungsbereich (3) eine Breite (a) zwischen 25 und 50 mm, vorzugsweise zwischen 30 und 50 mm aufweist.
12. Verpackung nach einem der Ansprüche 6 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Verstärkungsbereich oder Verdickungsbereich (3) eine Länge (b) von mindestens 40 mm und vorzugsweise zwischen 80 und 120 mm aufweist.
