Claims (3)

91 12o 16o.6-21o6 Mitsubishi Jukogyo Kabushiki Kaiaha, et a.I / j Patentansprüche:
1. Mit einem Wärmeübertragungsmedium gefüllte Walze, dadurch c gekennzeichnet, daß
ein hohler Abschnitt, der zur Atmosphärenluft geöffnet werden kann, an einem zentralen Achsabschnitt vom einen axialen Ende einer Walze (1) vorgesehen ist,
an der zentralen Achse im hohlen Abschnitt ein stabförmiges Heizelement (2) vorgesehen ist,
zwischen das Heizelement (2) und den hohlen Abschnitt ein
Metall eines niedrigen Schmelzpunkts (4) eingefüllt ist und
das Wärmeübertragungsmedium (3) in einen zweiten Zwischenabschnitt am Umfang des hohlen Abschnitts eingefüllt ist.
2. Mit einem Wärmeübertragungsmedium gefüllte Walze, dadurch 20
gekennzeichnet, daß
ein hohler Abschnitt, der zur Atmosphärenluft geöffnet werden kann, an einem zentralen Achsabschnitt vom einen axialen Ende einer Walze (1) vorgesehen ist,
an der zentralen Achse im hohlen Abschnitt ein stabförmiges Heizelement (10) vorgesehen ist,
das Wärmeübertragungsmedium (3) in einer Menge über dem unteren Grenzwert, bei dem das Wärmeübertragungsmedium einen Teil des Schnittumfangs des Heizelements benetzt, eingefüllt ist und
eineWärmeübertragungsmedium-Dampfmolfraktion (3) in einer
Dampfphase in der Walze auf 80% oder mehr in einem Temperaturbereich, während sich die Walze im Betrieb befindet, eingestellt ist.

3. Mit einem Wärmeübertragungsmedium gefüllte Walze, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine wendeiförmige Nut (12) oder Rippe an einer Innenfläche eines mit einem Warmeubertragungsmedium (13) gefüllten hohlen Walzenmantels (11) vorgesehen ist.
