Description
Process for the preparation of double compounds from aliphatic Amino acids and inorganic alkali salts. It is already known that you can get through Injection of secondary sodium phosphate to ossify the callus in bone fractures can support. However, these injections are often associated with unpleasant side effects particularly associated with a rise in temperature, headache and vomiting to express. As has now been observed, these side effects can be avoided, if instead of disodium phosphate for injection double compounds of amino acids used with alkali phosphates.
Beispiele. 1. Doppelverbindung aus Gty kokoll und sek. \ atriumphosphat.Such compounds were not previously known. You get them as was found when looking at amino acids or mixtures of amino acids in stoichiometric Can act conditions on alkali metal phosphates in the dissolved state. The double connections can be done by conventional methods such. B. by concentrating their solutions, by salting out or by precipitation with alcohol. For therapeutic use it is not necessary to represent the salts in a dry state, but one can use their solutions immediately for injection in a sterilized container. Examples. 1. Double connection from Gty kokoll and sec. \ atrium phosphate.
For the purpose of representing the solid crystalline double compound of glycoll with disodium phosphate "earths, three parts by volume of a cnolar aqueous disodium phosphate solution (in 1 l of water containing 358.24 g of disodium phosphate) with seven parts of a molar aqueous glycocollolution (in 1 l of water containing 75.1 g of glycocolla) at 20 ° and four parts by volume of 96% alcohol are added, whereupon the precipitation of crystals gradually begins. The double compound is easily soluble in water. Its solution can be sterilized by boiling; an .n solution has a hydrogen ion concentration pH = 8.0 -8.2.
2. Doppelverbindung aus Leucin und sek. Natriumphosphat. Double compound of leucine and sec. Sodium phosphate. 22.9 g of leucine and 26.8 g of disodium phosphate are dissolved in 80o cc of water and 320 cc of 96 percent alcohol are added. The double compound gradually separates out. It is vacuumed and dried. The product is easily soluble in water.
3. Doppelverbindung aus Alanin und sek. Natriumphosphat. Kaliumphosphat.3. Double compound from alanine and sec. Sodium phosphate. 40 cc of 96 percent alcohol are added to an aqueous solution of 10.74 g of disodium phosphate and 6.23 g of alanine in 100 cm of water. When placed in ice, the double compound soon begins to crystallize. It is vacuumed and dried. It is easily soluble in water. q .. double compound from glycocolland sec. Potassium phosphate.
10,59 sek. 10.59 sec. Potassium phosphate and 10.59 glycocolla are dissolved in zoo cc of water. The solution is concentrated on the water bath until crystallization begins and, after cooling, the double compound which has separated out is suctioned off. It is easily soluble in water. 5. Double compound from glycocolla and tert. Sodium phosphate. A solution of 1o, 3 g tert. Sodium phosphate and 2.3 g of glycocolla in 40 cc of water are mixed with twice the volume of 96 percent alcohol. The double compound soon separates out of the solution. It is vacuumed and dried. It easily dissolves in water with a weakly alkaline reaction.
