Description
Magnesiumverbindungen sicher erreicht.Process for the production of therapeutically valuable gold compounds of keratin degradation products Addition to patent 663 380 In further development of the process of the patent 663 380, in which therapeutically valuable gold compounds of keratin breakdown products be obtained by in a known manner by acid hydrolysis or mild acid hydrolysis combined with enzymatic digestion of keratins with or without simultaneous or subsequent reduction and conversion with gold salts obtained gold keratinates, oxides, hydroxides or carbonates of the alkaline earths or of magnesium can act and the resulting water-soluble alkaline earth or Magnesium gold keratinates using alcohol or other water-miscible organic compounds Solvent precipitates from the aqueous solution, it has been shown that one too The desired compounds can also be obtained if one of the keratin breakdown products or the keratinic acids themselves run out and at the same time gold compounds and the Oxides, hydroxides or carbonates of alkaline earths or magnesium on these compounds can act. The process has the particular advantage that this reaction mixture does not become acidic and therefore the gold keratinic acids do not precipitate. In this way their full implementation with the alkaline earth or. Magnesium compounds safe achieved.
Example I To a solution of 40 g of one according to patent specification 578 828 sulfhydryl keratinic acid in 200 cc of water 40 ccm of 200 / proper gold chloride hydrochloric acid was gradually added with stirring and at the same time entered so much magnesium carbonate that the reaction of the solution remains neutral after the addition of the hydrochloric acid gold chloride solution is complete however shows a Pur = 7.4. It is filtered off from small excretions that The filtrate was stirred into ten times the amount of alcohol, the magnesium salt precipitated in this way suctioned off the gold sulfhydryl keratinic acid, washed with alcohol and ether and im Vacuum dried. It appears as a slightly gray-yellow colored slightly soluble in water Obtained powder containing 2.40 / 0 Mg and IQ6O, o Au.
Example 2 100 g of a keratin breakdown product obtained by hydrolysis of hair with 30 above sulfuric acid on the water bath to the solution, dialysis of the hydrolyzate and evaporation of the dialysate obtained to dryness is dissolved in 1 l of water and added to this solution I30 ccm of a 20 above aqueous gold chloride hydrochloric acid gradually added with stirring and at the same time so much calcium hydroxide entered that the reaction after the addition of the Gold chloride hydrochloric acid is weakly alkaline. After filtering the solution the calcium salt of gold keratinic acid is isolated by precipitation with alcohol and for the separation of small amounts of sparingly soluble impurities from the above Solution fell over again. The almost white calcium salt obtained in this way contains about 5.5% Ca and 1 50/0 Au.
