Abstract

Description

Wie aus Fig. 1 und 2 ersichtlich, ist ein Herd, im Beispiel ein Elektroherd von einer durchgehenden oder von einer sich in Höhe der Arbeitsplatte befindenden Abdeckung, der Herdarbeitsplatte 1, belegt. Die Kochvorrichtung 5 mit den Kochplatten 3, 3′ sind nach Art eines Schubfaches aus dem Einschubraum des Herdes 2 ausziehbar. Gemäß dem Beispiel ist hier die Kochvorrichtung 5 mittels einer Schalterblende 6 abgedeckt. Die Kochvorrichtung ist mittels Teleskopstangen 7 in Teleskopschienen 7′ führbar. Unter dem Einschubraum 2 befindet sich die Ofenmuffel 8 mit dem Gebläse 9 und dem Gebläsemotor 10, dessen Gebläseluft auch zum Abziehen der Wrasen und zum Kühlen der Kochvorrichtung dient. Wie Fig. 1a zeigt, befindet sich an der Rückseite 5′ der Kochvorrichtung eine zur Arbeitsplatte 1 gekehrte U- förmige Rinne 11, durch welche während des Kochbetriebes die Wrasen bei 11′ abgesaugt werden können. Wie der Pfeil 12 (Fig. 1) zeigt, strömen die Wrasen durch eine Injektordüse zu einem Wrasenfilter 14 und durch Auslaßschlitze 13, die zwischen der Ofenmuffel und der Kochvorrichtung gelegen sind, ins Freie. Fig. 3 und 4 zeigen einen Elektroherd mit Glaskeramikplatte 15. Beim Vorziehen der Kochvorrichtung ist die hintere Kante 5′ der Kochvorrichtung 5 bei 21 geringfügig vor der Kante der Arbeitsplatte 1 stehend; damit soll bewerkstelligt werden, daß sichtbar wird, daß sich die Kochvorrichtung in der Endlage befindet und ggf. Dadurch wird das Aus- und Einschieben der Kochvorrichtung in den Einschubraum 2 erleichert. Die Kochvorrichtung ist mit ihrem Einschubmechanismus derart gestaltet, daß sie sich nur einschieben läßt, wenn sich die Temperatur des aktiven Kochteils so weit abgesenkt hat, daß für die das Kochteil umgebenden Möbel keine Gefahr mehr besteht. Zu diesem Zweck ist der Kochteil mit einem Verriegelungsmechanismus versehen. Bimetall-Sperrstifte (hier nicht dargestellt) verhindern bei entsprechend hoher Temperatur das Einschieben des Kochteils. Anstelle der Bimetall- Sperrstifte kann auch eine temperaturgesteuerte elektromagnetische Verriegelung dienen. Die Kochvorrichtung besitzt Stoppstellen, welche die Aufgabe haben, den Ein- bzw. Ausschubzustand des Kochteils zu überwachen. Sie sind so angeordnet, daß eine Inbetriebnahme der Kochstellen 3 und 4 nur möglich ist, wenn diese sich außerhalb des Einschubraumes 2 befinden. Erfindungsgemäß sind diese Stoppstellen mit Schaltkontakten versehen, die den Primärstromkreis zu den aktiven Kochstellen öffnen und schließen. Die Kühlung der Kochvorrichtung wird durch die Anordnung eines Temperaturschutz-Reglers so aktiviert, daß im Möbelbereich und an den elektrischen Bauteilen keine überhöhten Temperaturen auftreten können. Wie ersichtlich, ist hier die Kochvorrichtung 5 so weit ausgezogen, daß die obere Kante 21 an der Rückseite 5′ der Kochvorrichtung sichtbar ist; damit wird angezeigt, daß sich die Kochvorrichtung in der Stoppstelle befindet. Dieses "Modul" wird unterhalb der Arbeitsplatte eingeschoben und befestigt. Diese Ausführungsform hat den Vorteil, daß die Montage wesentlich einfacher ist, z. B. müssen Teleskop- und Trageschienen nicht vor Ort angepaßt und montiert werden; ein Küchenmöbelschrank od. dgl. kann dem Modul angepaßt werden.
