Gegenstand der vorliegenden Erfindung ist eine weitere Ausbildung des Anstrichmittels zum Färben fertiger Stoffstücke nach dem Hauptpatent 339470 Dort bestand das Anstrichmittel aus einer Gelatinelösung unter Zusatz von Farbstoffen und einem Härtungsmittel, wobei als Härtungsmittel Tannin diente. Durch dieses Härtungsmittel wurde einmal erreicht, daß die Gelatine wasserunlöslich gemacht wurde, weiterhin aber auch bei Anwendung bestimmter Farbstoffe die Wasserlöslichkeit dieser Farbstoffe beseitigte.Paints for coloring finished pieces of fabric. Monochromfarbstoffe) und gewisse Alizarinfarbstoffe verwendet werden. In diesem Falle wird die Gelatine und der betreffende Farbstoff in Wasser gelöst und eine entsprechende Menge Kaliumbichromat zugefügt, mit der Wirkung, daß nach dem Aufstreichen die Gelatine und die Farbe unter dem Einfluß des Lichtes wasserecht ist- und auch gleichzeitig bei der Natur des verwendeten Farbstoffes lichtecht. Das Anstrichmittel eignet sich besonders zum Auffärben verblaßter Wandbespannungen, verblaßter Teppichstellen u. dgl.
