Description

Die Erfindung besteht darin, auf die Oberfläche einer Stahlbetonfläche eine Schicht glasfaserbewehrten Materials aufzubringen. Die Schichtstärke beträgt 5 bis 10 mm. Der Auftrag erfolgt auf den noch frischen, nicht abgebundenen Konstruktionsbeton.
Der glasfaserbewehrte Mörtel kann maschinell oder von Hand aufgebracht werden.
Der mit zementvergütete glasfaserbewehrte Mörtel wird als Fertigmischung zur Herstellung von Fertigteilen bereits unter der Markenbezeichnung "Premix" angeboten.
Die Schicht verhindert bzw. begrenzt die Risse, die beim Abbinden und späterem Schwinden des Betons entstehen.
Ein Eindringen von dem Beton bzw. die Bewehrung zerstörenden Medien kann damit verhindert bzw. begrenzt werden.

  1. Aufbringen einer glasfaserbewehrten Mörtelschicht auf Stahlbetonflächen im Ingenieur- und Brückenbau.
