Description

Die Erfindung betrifft eine anorganisch aufgebaute Mehrschicht-Leichtbauplatte mit einer Dämmschicht, z. B. Stein- oder Glaswolle, und mindestens einer Deckschicht, die aus einer aus einer Magnesiazement-Suspension ausgehärteten Masse besteht, die mit einem Werkstoff bewehrt ist.
Durch die DE-GbmS 83 12 932 ist eine Mehrschicht- Leichtbauplatte bekannt, die im wesentlichen aus einer Dämmschicht und mindestens einer Deckschicht aufgebaut ist. Die Dämmschicht kann aus Polystyrol, Polyurethan oder einer Stein- oder Glaswolle bestehen, während die Deckschicht durch magnesia- oder zementgebundener Holzwolle gebildet wird. Einerseits kann zwischen der Dämmschicht und der Deckschicht eine Schicht als Dampfbremse angeordnet sein, während andererseits auf der Außenseite der erwähnten Deckschicht eine weitere Schicht aus einem magnesiasuspensionsgetränkten Glasvlies aufgebracht sein kann. Diese äußere Schicht bildet in Art einer Finish-Oberfläche einen mineralischen Porenverschluß für die Deckschicht aus magnesia- oder zementgebundener Holzwolle. Zur Druckfestigkeit der Platte trägt sie aufgrund ihres Zweckes wenig bei. Ferner ist die bekannte Mehrschicht-Leichtbauplatte brennbar, da einerseits die Deckschicht Holzwolle enthält und andererseits die Dämmschicht aus Polystyrol oder Polyurethan sein kann.
Die Aufgabe der Erfindung besteht darin, bei einer Mehrschicht-Leichtbauplatte der vorausgesetzten Art die Druckfestigkeit zu erhöhen.
Diese Aufgabe wird erfindungsgemäß dadurch gelöst, daß der Werkstoff in der Deckschicht ein mehrlagiges Glasvlies ist und zwischen dem mehrlagigen Glasvlies der Deckschicht ein zusätzlicher anorganischer Stoff oder eine zusätzliche Mischung aus mehreren anorganischen Stoffen, z. B. Perlite, Sand, mineralisierte Mineralwolle oder dgl., eingebettet ist, der oder die vor dem Aushärten der Suspension eingebracht worden ist.
Der Erfindung liegt also das Konzept zugrunde, daß in die ausgehärtete Magnesiazement-Suspension der Deckschicht der erfindungsgemäßen Platte sowohl ein mehrlagiges Glasvlies als auch ein zusätzlicher organischer Stoff oder eine zusätzliche Mischung aus mehreren organischen Stoffen eingebracht sind, um eine hohe mechanische Festigkeit, insbesondere Druckfestigkeit, der Deckschicht zu erreichen.
Durch die DE-GbmS 76 23 603 ist eine Bauplatte aus extrudiertem Schaumkunststoff bekannt, die mindestens eine Deckschicht aus Glasfaserbeton aufweist. Bei einem Ausführungsbeispiel dieser bekannten Platte ist in die Glasfaserbetonschicht zusätzlich feinkörniger Kies eingelagert. Dieser dient jedoch dem Schutz vor Witterungseinflüssen.
Nachdem die erfindungsgemäße Mehrschicht-Leichtbauplatte ausschließlich aus anorganischen Werkstoffen ausgebaut ist, ist neben der erreichten mechanischen Festigkeit ein weiterer wesentlicher Vorteil darin zu sehen, daß sie unbrennbar ist.
Günstig ist es auch, daß die ausgehärtete Magnesiazement-Suspension nicht nur einen Klebeverbund mit der Dämmschicht bewirkt, sondern der Deckschicht ein optisch einwandfreies Aussehen verleiht, so daß nach dem Verlegen keine wesentliche Nacharbeit der Sichtschicht der erfindungsgemäßen Mehrschicht-Leichtbauplatten erforderlich ist.
Nach einer zweckmäßigen Ausgestaltung der erfindungsgemäßen Leichtbauplatte sind die Fasern der aus Glas- oder Steinwolle bestehenden Dämmschicht im wesentlichen senkrecht zur Hauptebene der Platte orientiert. Dies trägt zur Eigensteifigkeit der erfindungsgemäßen Mehrschicht-Leichtbauplatte bei.
Bevorzugte Plattengrößen sind 50 × 200 cm und 50 × 100 cm.
Ein Ausführungsbeispiel der erfindungsgemäßen Mehrschicht-Leichtbauplatte ist in schematischer Perspektive in der einzigen Zeichnung dargestellt.
Die Dämmschicht der Mehrschicht-Leichtbauplatte ist danach mit 1 bezeichnet. Sie besteht aus Steinwolle oder Glaswolle.
Die Deckschicht 2 besteht aus einer ausgehärteten Masse aus Magnesiazement-Suspension, in die ein mehrlagiges Glasvlies, wie bei 2a angedeutet, sowie ein zusätzlicher anorganischer Stoff oder eine zusätzliche Mischung aus anorganischen Stoffen, z. B. Perlite, Sand, mineralisierte Mineralwolle oder dergleichen, eingebettet ist.

Claims (2)

1. Anorganisch aufgebaute Mehrschicht-Leichtbauplatte mit einer Dämmschicht, z. B. Stein- oder Glaswolle, und mindestens einer Deckschicht, die aus einer aus einer Magnesiazement-Suspension ausgehärteten Masse besteht, die mit einem Werkstoff bewehrt ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Werkstoff in der Deckschicht (2; 2a) ein mehrlagiges Glasvlies ist und zwischen dem mehrlagigen Glasvlies der Deckschicht (2; 2a) ein zusätzlicher anorganischer Stoff oder eine zusätzliche Mischung aus mehreren anorganischen Stoffen, z. B. Perlite, Sand, mineralisierte Mineralwolle oder dgl., eingebettet ist, der oder die vor dem Aushärten der Suspension eingebracht worden ist.
2. Mehrschicht-Leichtbauplatte nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Fasern der aus Glas- oder Steinwolle bestehenden Dämmschicht (1) im wesentlichen senkrecht zur Hauptebene der Platte orientiert sind.
