Description
Beschreibung
Es ist bekannt, daß Wasserstoffperoxid und andere Persauerstoff
enthaltende Mittel zur heilenden und/oder prophylaktischen Behandlung von Karies, Zahnplaque, Gingivitis,
Periodontitis, Mundgeruch, Zahnflecken, wiederkehrenden
Schleimhautgeschwüren, Aphthen, vom künstlichen Gebiß verursachten Entzündungen, Verletzungen durch orthodontische
Apparate, bei der postextraktiven und postperiodontalen Chirurgie, von traumatischen oralen Verletzungen
und Schleimhautinfektionen, flechtenartiger Stomatitis und dergleichen wirksam sind. Peroxidhaltige Mittel entwickeln
in der Mundhöhle eine chemomechanische Wirkung unter Erzeugung tausender kleiner Sauerstoffbläschen,
die durch Wechselwirkung mit dem Gewebe und den Speichelenzymen entstehen. Die rasche Bewegung eines Mundspülmittels
verstärkt diese inhärente chemomechanische Wirkung. Eine solche Wirkung wurde für die Einführung anderer
Mittel in infizierte Zahnfleischspalten hinein empfohlen. Peroxidmundspulmittel und andere oral anwendbare Zubereitungen
verhindern die Ansiedlung und Vermehrung von anaeroben Bakterien, deren Auftreten mit periodontalen Erkrankungen
bekannt ist. Peroxidhaltige Gele oder Pasten sind angezeigt oder erwünscht, wenn es erforderlich ist, selektiv
Bereiche länger als ein paar Sekunden zu behandeln, da Gele und Pasten dazu neigen, lange genug am Anwendungs-
ort zu verharren, damit das Peroxid seine maximale Wirksamkeit entfalten kann.
Es ist jedoch auch bekannt, daß die meisten Peroxyverbindungen wie Wasserstoffperoxid und Metallperoxide wie Magnesiumperoxid
in oral anwendbaren Zusammensetzungen aufgrund der Wechselwirkung mit den anderen darin enthaltenen
üblichen Bestandteilen dazu neigen, bei der Lagerung instabil zu sein, wodurch die Fähigkeit zur Freisetzung
von aktivem oder nascierendem Sauerstoff kontinuierlich innerhalb relativ kurzer Zeitspannen verlorengeht, und
daß sie dazu neigen, die erwünschte Wirkung der anderen Bestandteile zu verringern oder zu verhindern. Zu den
anderen Bestandteilen gehören Geschmacksstoffe und Farbstoffe, die zugesetzt werden, um die Zubereitungen für
die Personen, die eine orale peroxidierende Behandlung benötigen, annehmbarer zu machen. Zur Lösung der genannten
Probleme sind zahlreiche Vorschläge gemacht worden, einschließlich Verkapselung der Peroxidverbindung und/oder
des gegen Peroxid empfindlichen Bestandteils, Verwendung
von stabileren, aber auch teureren Peroxyverbindungen wie organischen Peroxiden und Peroxydiphosphatsalzen
(z.B. dem Tetrakaliumsalz) usw.
Aufgabe der Erfindung ist es, zur Überwindung der genannten Nachteile und Mangel eine neue oral anwendbare Zusammensetzung
vorzuschlagen. Zur Aufgabe der Erfindung gehört die Schaffung einer schäumenden, Sauerstoff freisetzenden
oral anwendbaren Zusammensetzung in gebrauchsfertiger
Form mit einem angenehmen Geschmack und/oder angenehmer Farbe und erhöhter Lagerstabilität, eines Mundspülmittels
auf Grundlage eines leicht verfügbaren hochwirksamen und preiswerten Wasserstoffperoxids und einer oral anwendbaren,
Sauerstoff freisetzenden Zusammensetzung in Form eines Gels.
Zur Lösung dieser Aufgabe wird eine wasserhaltige Zusammensetzung zur oralen Anwendung gemäß Kennzeichen des Hauptanspruches
und vorzugsweise eine solche vorgeschlagen, die ungefähr
A. 1 bis 3 Gew.% Wasserstoffperoxid und
A. 1 bis 3 Gew.% Wasserstoffperoxid und
B. eine zur Geschmacksbildung wirksame Menge eines Geschmacksstoffs' enthält, der aus
b1 Wintergrüngeschmack, der Methylsalicylat und Menthol im Gewichtsverhältnis von etwa 3:1 bis 5:1 enthält,
und
b2 einer Zimtgeschmackszusammensetzung, die etwa 6 bis 9 Gew.% Menthol, 32 bis 38 Gew.% Zimtaldehyd und
bis 9 Gew.% Nelkenöl enthält, ausgewählt ist.
Es ist überraschenderweise gefunden worden, daß die genannten Geschmacksstoffe der Komponente (b) hinreichend stabil
und mit der Gegenwart von Wasserstoffperoxid verträglich sind, im Gegensatz zu anderen Geschmacksstoffen
wie z. B. fruchtigen Geschmacksstoffen wie Orangen-,
Zitronen- und Limonengeschmack, und sogar den minzartigen Geschmacksstoffen abgesehen von dem genannten Wintergrüngeschmack
der b1-Komponente, wie Pfefferminz und grüne Minze. Es sind wirksam geschmacksbildende Mengen erwünscht,
die typischerweise im Bereich von etwa 0,05 bis 1,0 Gew.% und vorzugsweise von etwa 0,1 bis 0,5 Gew.% der oral
anwendbaren Zusammensetzung liegen.
Es ist im allgemeinen erwünscht, den erfindungsgemäßen
Zusammensetzungen zahlreiche Adjuvantia einzuverleiben. Diese umfassen (C) Ethanol; (D) mehrwertige Alkohole
wie Glycerin und Sorbit; (E) Tenside, insbesondere nichtionische Tenside und von diesen diejenigen, von denen
bekannt ist, daß sie in wäßriger, Persauerstoff enthaltender Umgebung eine akzeptable Stabilität haben; (F) einen
Süßstoff? (G) Antikariesmittelj (H) Verdicker; (I) Konservierungsstoff
ej (J) Farbstoffe und dergleichen.
Hinsichtlich des Ethylalkohols ist ein Gehalt von 1 bis 5 Gew.% bezogen auf das Gewicht der gesamten Zusammensetzung
geeignet, jedoch wird ein Bereich von 3 bis 10 Gew.% bevorzugt. Der Gehalt an mehrwertigem Alkohol (D)
kann etwa 1 bis 20 Gew.% und vorzugsweise 3 bis 15 Gew.% betragen.
Sorbit ist als mehrwertiger Alkohol der Komponente D bevorzugt, da Glycerin, obwohl es mit den anderen Komponenten,
insbesondere dem Wasserstoffperoxid, ausreichend verträglich ist, bei mindestens einem üblichen Verfahren
zur Analyse des Peroxidgehaltes stört. Die Komponente D dient als Feuchthaltemittel, Träger (mit dem Ethanol)
und Viskositätsveränderungsmittel.
Die vorzugsweise nichtionische Tensidkomponente E enthält gemäß den bevorzugten Ausführungsformen zwei allgemeine
Typen von Tensiden: die unter dem Handelsnamen Tween und anderen bekannten und die unter dem Handelsnamen
Pluronic erhältlichen Blockpolymere. Die ersteren Tenside (Tween) sind Mischungen aus C.Q- bis C^g-Fettsäureestern
von Sorbit (und Sorbitanhydriden), die überwiegend aus dem Monoester, der mit etwa 10 bis 30, vorzugsweise etwa
20 Mol Ethylenoxid kondensiert ist, bestehen. Die Fettsäure (aliphatisch^ Kohlenwasserstoffmonocarbonsäure) kann
gesättigt oder ungesättigt sein, wie z.B. Laurin-, Palmitin-, Stearin- und Ölsäure. Polysorbate 20 (d.h. Tween
20) ist besonders bevorzugt und wird gewöhnlich als Polyoxyethylen-(20)-Sorbitanmonolaurat
bezeichnet. Die Pluronic-Tenside sind unverzweigte Kettenpolymere, die eine
hydrophobe (wasserunlösliche) Polyoxypropyleneinheit enthalten, die an beiden Enden Polyoxyethylen mit genügend
wasserlöslich machenden Oxyethylengruppen aufweisen,
um die angestrebte Wasserlöslichkeit, HLB (hydrophilhydrophobe Balance) zu erreichen und Tensidaktivität
aufzuweisen. Die festen F-Typen der Pluronics sind bevorzugt, bei denen das molekulare Gewicht der Polyoxypropylenexnheit
im Bereich von etwa 950 bis 4 000 liegt und etwa 20 bis 30 Gew.% des Moleküls ausmacht (d.h. 80 bis 70 Gew.%
Polyoxyethylen je Molekül). Pluronic F 108 ist besonders bevorzugt, bei dem die hydrophobe Einheit ein Molekulargewicht
von etwa 3 250 hat und etwa 20% des Moleküls ausmacht. Dieses Tensid hat ein Molekulargewicht von
etwa 14 000 bis 16 000.
Die Tensidkomponenten dienen als solubilisierende, dispersierende,
emulgierende, benetzende und viskositätsverändernde Mittel und sie sind, wenn sie in bestimmten Kombinationen
verwendet werden, besonders wirksam zur Solubilisierung des Geschmacksstoffs.
2^ Besonders geeignet ist eine Kombination von Tensiden,
bei der mindestens ein Tensid vom Pluronictyp und mindestens eines vom Polysorbattyp ist.
Zur Erzielung der genannten Wirkungen Solubilisierung, Dispergierung, Emulgierung, Benetzung und Viskositätsveränderung ist es bevorzugt, etwa 0,1 bis etwa 10 Gew.%,
insbesondere etwa 0,2 bis etwa 6 Gew.% und am meisten bevorzugt etwa 0,5 bis etwa 5 Gew.% Tensid zu verwenden.
Wenn Kombinationen aus Pluronic- und Polysorbattensiden verwendet werden, können sie in Gewichtsverhältnissen
von etwa 20:1 bis etwa 1:10 und vorzugsweise von etwa 10:1 bis etwa 1:5 eingesetzt werden.
Wie oben beschrieben, können die erfindungsgemäßen Zusammen-
Setzungen andere Wirkstoffe wie Antikariesmittel und dergleichen enthalten. Die gegebenenfalls in diesen Lösungen
vorhandenen Fluor liefernden Antikariesverbindungen können teilweise oder vollständig wasserlöslich sein. Sie sind
durch die Fähigkeit gekennzeichnet, fluorhaltige Ionen in Wasser freizugeben und dadurch, daß sie mit den anderen
Verbindungen der oral anwendbaren Zusammensetzung praktisch nicht reagieren. Zu diesen Materialien gehören anorganische
Fluoridsalze wie lösliche Alkalimetall-, Erdalkalimetall-
1^ und Schwermetallsalze, z.B. Natriumfluorid, Kaliumfluorid,
Ammoniumfluorid, Calciumfluorid, ein Kupferfluorid wie
Kupfer(I)fluorid, Zinkfluorid, ein Zinnfluorid wie Zinntetrafluorid
oder Zinn(II)chlorofluorid, Bariumfluorid,
Natriumfluorsilikat, Ammoniumfluorsilikat, Natriumfluorcirconat,
Natriununonofluorphosphat, Aluminium-mono- und
di-fluorphosphat und fluorierte Natriumcalciumpyrophosphate. Alkalimetall- und Zinnfluoride wie Natriumfluorid
und Zinndifluorid, Natriununonofluorphosphat (MFP) und
Mischungen derselben sind bevorzugt.
Die Menge an Fluor liefernder Verbindung hängt im gewissen Ausmaß vom Verbindungstyp, ihrer Löslichkeit und der
Art der oral anwendbaren Zusammensetzung ab, aber es muß eine nichttoxische Menge sein. Eine Menge einer solchen
Verbindung, die maximal etwa 1 Gew.% Fluoridionen bezogen auf die Zusammensetzung freisetzt, wird als befriedigend
betrachtet. Jede beliebige geeignete minimale Menge einer solchen Verbindung kann verwendet werden, aber es ist
bevorzugt, so viel von der Verbindung einzusetzen, daß etwa 0,005 bis 1 Gew.% und vorzugsweise etwa 0,1 Gew.%
Fluoridionen freigesetzt werden. Typischerweise und insbesondere in den Fällen des MFP, der Alkalimetallfluoride
und des Zinndifluorids ist diese Komponente gegebenenfalls in den Zusammensetzungen in einer Menge von etwa 0,01
bis 2 Gew.%, vorzugsweise etwa 0,05 bis 1 Gew.% und insbesondere etwa 0,76 Gew.% vorhanden.

Auch ein Farbstoff ist oft zur Verbesserung des Aussehens und der Akzeptanz erwünscht, aber er sollte im Hinblick
auf Verträglichkeit mit den anderen genannten Komponenten, insbesondere dem Wasserstoffperoxid sorgfältig ausgewählt
sein. Zum Beispiel ist gefunden worden, daß grüne Farbstoffe im allgemeinen für diesen Zweck nicht akzeptabel
sind. Die Farbstoffe für Lebens- und Arzneimittel sowie Kosmetika Blau Nr. 1 und Rot Nr. 40 (FD + C Blue No.
1 and Red No. 40) haben sich als den erfindungsgemäßen Anforderungen genügend erwiesen, wenn sie in den erwünschten
wirksam färbenden Mengen, typischerweise in Konzentrationen von etwa 0,0002 bis 0,004 Gew.% der Lösung eingesetzt
werden.
Eine bevorzugte Süßstoffverbindung der Komponente F ist
Saccharin und insbesondere Natriumsaccharin, aber andere bekannte oral akzeptable Süßstoffverbindungen können
eingesetzt werden, typischerweise in Konzentrationen von etwa 0,01 bis 5 Gew.%, wie Xylit, Natriumcyclamat,
Perillartine, D-Tryptphan, Aspartame, Dihydrochalcone und dergleichen.
Lösungen in einem wäßrigen und vorzugsweise einem wäßrig ethylalkoholischen Träger sind eine bevorzugte Form der
erfindungsgemäßen oral anwendbaren Zusammensetzung. Zu einer typischen Herstellungsweise gehört das angemessene
Vermischen der gewählten Komponenten zur guten Solubilisierung in dem Trägermedium (z.B. Ethanol/mehrwertiger
Alkohol/Wasser), wobei der allfällige Farbstoff und das Wasserstoffperoxid nacheinander und vorzugsweise nach
allen anderen gewählten Komponenten zugegeben werden.
Wie schon oben erwähnt, kann man den erfindungsgemäßen
oral anwendbaren Zusammensetzungen jedes konventionelle Konservierungsmittel einverleiben, das pharmazeutisch

akzeptabel ist (z.B. in Mengen von etwa 0,0000 Gew.% bis etwa 5 Gew.% und vorzugsweise etwa 0,01 Gew.% bis
etwa 1 Gew.%).
Weiterhin kann man die Zusammensetzungen unter Verwendung
von vorzugsweise gegenüber Peroxid stabilen Verdickern und Geliermitteln als Gele oder Pasten formulieren. Zu
den geeigneten Mitteln gehören Xantangummi, Guar Gum, Karobengummi, Carboxyinterpolymere wie*in der US-PS 2
798 053 offenbart, Pluronic-Polyole insbesondere der Serien "10" und "12" und von diesen vor allem die festen
Produkte mit einem Molekulargewicht des hydrophoben Teils von etwa 3 500 bis 4 000 und etwa 30 bis 80 Gew.% hydrophilen
Polyoxyethylengruppen. Beispiele solcher Pluronicverbindungen sind P 103, P 104, P 105, P 123, F 108 und
F 127. Das am meisten bevorzugte Geliermittel ist Pluronic F 127. Die Menge an Verdicker oder Geliermittel kann
in weiten Grenzen variieren. Bei einigen Anwendungen kann so wenig wie 1, 2, 3, 4 oder 5 Gew.% ausreichen,
während für die meisten Gele ein repräsentativer Bereich 5 bis 50 Gew.%, vorzugsweise 10 bis 30 Gew.% oder am
meisten bevorzugt 15 bis 25 Gew.% ist.
Der pH-Wert der erfindungsgemäßen Lösungen, Pasten und
Gele liegt im allgemeinen im Bereich von etwa 4 bis 7
und vorzugsweise bei etwa 5. Allgemein kann der pH-Wert bei der Herstellung der Zusammensetzung zuerst 6 bis
7 betragen und dann langsam auf einen Gleichtgewichts-pH-Wert von etwa 4 bis etwa 6 fallen.

Die folgenden Beispiele bevorzugter Ausführungsformen
der Erfindung dienen nur der Veranschaulichung. Wenn nicht anders angegeben, beziehen sich alle Mengen und
Verhältnisse in der Beschreibung und den Ansprüchen auf das Gewicht.

Beispiele 1 - 6
Typischerweise wurde zur Herstellung der Beispielformulierungen zuerst der Geschmacksstoff unter Rühren der Trägerflüssigkeit/
zum Beispiel dem Ethanol zugesetzt. Dann wurden gegebenenfalls die Tenside der Komponente E langsam
unter konstantem Rühren zugetropft und dann wurde genügend Wasser langsam unter Rühren während 10 Minuten, oder
bis alle Tenside gelöst waren und die Losung klar war, zugesetzt. Dann wurde gegebenenfalls der mehrwertige
Alkohol der Komponente D langsam unter Rühren zugesetzt, gegebenenfalls gefolgt von Zugabe des Süßstoffs der Komponente
F, der vorzugsweise zuvor in wenig Wasser gelöst worden war. Dann wurden der Farbstoff, das Wasserstoffperoxid
(in Form einer 35%igen wäßrigen Lösung) und das restliche Wasser nacheinander zugegeben.
Aus den formulierten Flüssigkeiten können die Pasten und Gele einfach durch Zugabe des Verdickers und/oder
Geliermittels und falls erforderlich der Persauerstoffquelle,
um deren Anteil auf das in der Endformulierung erforderliche Maß zu erhöhen, hergestellt. Alternativ werden alle Bestandteile,
wie oben für die Herstellung der Lösung beschrieben, mit Ausnahme des Peroxids zugegeben? dann wird das Geliermittel
und/oder der Verdicker in einem aliquoten Teil Wasser zugesetzt, gefolgt von dem Peroxid. Bei diesem
Verfahren kann man die Geschmacksstoffe anstatt zu Beginn auch nach dem Verdicker zugeben.

Ergänzung auf 100 Volumenteile
1. In Form der 95%igen Lösung.
2. 80% Methylsalicylat, 20% Menthol.
3. 7,5% Menthol, 35% Zimtaldehyd, 7,5% Nelkenöl in Propylenglykollosung.
4. Tween 20 - Polyoxyethylen-(20)-Sorbitanmonolaurat
5. In Form der 70%igen Lösung.
6. In Form der 1%igen Lösung.
7. In Form der 35%igen Lösung.
Alle oben beispielhaft angegebenen Formulierungen sind befriedigende, angenehme, akzeptierbare und wirksam schäumende
Sauerstoff freigebende Mundspülmittel mit befriedigender LagerStabilität hinsichtlich Aroma, Farbe, Aussehen,
Geschmack, Peroxygehalt und dergleichen.
Die vorhergehenden Beispiele wurden mit dem Unterschied wiederholt, daß den Formulierungen 18 Gew.% des Geliermittels
Pluronic P127 zugesetzt wurden-t in jedem Fall wurde ein
gutes, "klingelndes" Gel erhalten. Das Geliermittel wurde
mit der Hauptmenge (90 Gew.%) des für die Formulierung vorgesehenen Wassers und mehrwertigen Alkohols vermischt?
Der Alkohol, der Geschmacksstoff und die Tensidmischung (F 108 und Polysorbat) und schließlich das Saccharin,
der Farbstoff (s) und das Wasserstoffperoxid wurden hinzugefügt. Bei der Herstellung der Mischung aus Wasser und
Geliermittel und auch bei der Zugabe der anderen Bestandteile der Mischung wurde die Temperatur im allgemeinen
bei ungefähr 00C (d.h. -5 bis +100C) gehalten. Diese
Beispiele sind mit 1a bis 6a bezeichnet.
75 g einer 70%igen wäßrigen Sorbitlösung, 2,0 mg des blauen Farbstoffs Nr. 1 und 470 ml Wasser wurden vermischt
und auf 5°C gekühlt. Dieser Mischung wurden zuerst 125 g Pluronic F127 zugesetzt und nach deren Auflösung wurden
1,1 g Wintergrüngeschmack (wie in den Beispielen 1 bis 6) und 21,4 g 35%iges wäßriges Wasserstoffperoxid (USP)
zugegeben. Man ließ die Mischung auf Raumtemperatur erwärmen. Am nächsten Tag wurde festgestellt, daß sich
ein gutes Gel gebildet hatte. Die Menge an Geliermittel (d.h. Pluronic F127) betrug etwa 18 Gew.%.
Beispiel 8 30
Beispiel 7 wurde mit dem Unterschied wiederholt, daß zusammen mit der anfänglichen Mischung aus Sorbit, Farbstoff
und Wasser 5 g Carbopol 934 (ein Carboxyvinylpolymer) zugegeben wurden. Das resultierende Produkt war nach
einigen Tagen ein zäher Sirup.
25 -gt95%iges Ethanol (USP) und 0,85 g Wintergrüngeschmack
(0,68 g Methylsalicylat und 0,17 g Menthol USP) wurden
vermischt. 3,85 g Pluronic Fi08 wurden zugegeben und 20 Minuten lang wurde gemischt. Dann wurden 1,25 g Wasser
unter Mischen zugefügt. 2,3 g Polysorbat 20 NF (nicht ionisch) wurden zugegeben und es wurde 10 Minuten lang
gemischt. Zu 2,85 g Wasser wurden 60 g einer 70%igen wäßrigen Sorbitlösung (USP) gegeben und die Temperatur
wurde auf 0 bis 5 C erniedrigt. Zu dieser kalten Losung wurden 100 g Pluronic F127 gegeben. Es wurde festgestellt,
daß die Temperatur auf -2°C fiel. Es wurde 40 Minuten lang gemischt. Zu dieser kalten Mischung wurde die Mischung
aus Alkohol, Geschmacksstoff, Pluronic F108 und Polysorbat gegeben. Dann wurden 0,15 g Natriumsaccharin (USP), 0,0015
g FD + C Blau Nr. 1 und 21,43 g 35%iges wäßriges Wasserstoffperoxid hinzugefügt und etwa 10 Minuten lang gut
vermischt. Es wurde ein ausgezeichnetes Gel erhalten.
Die Erfindung wurde anhand bevorzugter Ausführungsformen erläutert; innerhalb von Rahmen und Umfang der Erfindung
und des Bereichs der Patentansprüche sind veschiedene, für den Fachmann offensichtliche Änderungen und Abwandlungen
möglich.

Claims (12)
1. Wasserhaltige Zusammensetzung zur oralen Anwendung, gekennzeichnet durch einen Gehalt an
(a) etwa 0,5 bis etwa 5 Gew.% Wasserstoffperoxid und
(b) einem Geschmacksmittel ausgewählt aus:
1) Wintergrüngeschmacksstoff, der Methylsalicylat
und Menthol in einem Gewichtsverhältnis von etwa 3:1 bis 5:1 enthält, und
2) Zimtgeschmacksstoff, der 6 bis 9 Gew.% Menthol,
32 bis 38 Gew.% Zimtaldehyd und 6 bis 9 Gew.% Nelkenöl enthält.
2. Zusammensetzung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß sie etwa 1 bis 10 Gew.% Ethanol enthält.
3. Zusammensetzung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie etwa 1 bis 20 Gew.% eines mehrwertigen Alkohols
enthält.

4. Zusammensetzung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß sie etwa 0,1 bis etwa 10 Gew.% eines nichtionischen Tensids enthält.
5. Zusammensetzung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Menge an Wasserstoffperoxid etwa 1 Gew.%
bis etwa 3 Gew.% beträgt, und daß sie etwa 0,5 bis
5 Gew.% nichtionisches Tensid, etwa 3 bis 10 Gew.%
Ethanol und etwa 3 bis 15 Gew.% eines aus Glycerin
und Sorbit ausgewählten mehrwertigen Alkohols enthält.

6. Zusammensetzung nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß das nichtionische Tensid etwa 0,5 Gew.% bis 3
Gew.% eines wasserlöslichen Polyoxyethylen-Polyoxypropylen-Polyols und etwa 0,3 Gew.% bis 2 Gew.% eines
wasserlöslichen Polyoxyethylen-Sorbit-Monoesters
Gew.% eines wasserlöslichen Polyoxyethylen-Polyoxypropylen-Polyols und etwa 0,3 Gew.% bis 2 Gew.% eines
wasserlöslichen Polyoxyethylen-Sorbit-Monoesters
einer C..Q- bis Cjg-Fettsäure enthält.
7. Zusammensetzung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie als Mundspülmittellösung vorliegt.
8. Zusammensetzung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie als wasserhaltiges Gel zur oralen Anwendung
vorliegt.

9. Zusammensetzung nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie etwa 1 Gew.% bis etwa 50 Gew.% eines Geliermittels
enthält.
10. Zusammensetzung nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Menge an Geliermittel etwa 5 Gew.% bis 30
Gew.% des Gels beträgt.
