Description
Die Erfindung betrifft eine neue Metallbearbeitungsöl-Zusammensetzung,
und zwar speziell eine Metallbearbeitungsöle-Zusammensetzung
mit einem Gehalt einer Schmierölkomponente, einer speziellen Aminverbindung und eines
*d nicht-ionischen Surfactans.,
Die allgemein verwendeten herkömmlichen Metallbearbeitungsöle werden jeweils erhalten, indem man Schmieröladditive,
wie beispielsweise ein ölig machendes Mittel, ^° Extremdruckadditive, Rostschutzmittel und/oder Antioxidantien
einer Schmierölkomponente, wie beispielsweise einem öl, Fett, Mineralöl oder Fettsäureester zusetzt
und nachfolgend das resultierende Gemisch mittels eines Emulgators in eine Emulsion vom O/W-Typ überführt. Diese
Mittel werden den Metallbearbeitungsteilen im allgemeinen in Konzentrationen von 1-20% zugeführt. Im Falle
des Walzens eines Metalls beispielsweise wurde versucht, aufbauend auf der raschen Entwicklung bei den Walzeinrichtungen
und der zugehörigen Technologie, welche in
den letzten Jahren erreicht wurde, die Walzgeschwindigkeit zu steigern, um eine Massenproduktion zu gewähr-

leisten. Demgemäß haben sich auch fortlaufend die Anforderungen erhöht, die hinsichtlich Schmierwirkung, Zirkulationsstabilität,
Bearbeitungsleistungsfähigkeit und Leichtigkeit der Abwasserbehandlung an ein Walzöl gestellt
werden. Es besteht somit ein ständiger Bedarf hinsichtlich der Entwicklung eines Walzöls, welches derartige
Anforderungen in befriedigender Weise erfüllen kann. Herkömmliche Walzöle, bei denen Emulgatoren verwendet
werden, sind jedoch mit verschiedenen Nachteilen behaftet, und daher nicht in der Lage, diese Anforderungen
zu erfüllen. Im Falle eines herkömmlichen Walzöls, bei dem ein Emulgator notwendigerweise vorhanden ist, wird
die Walzschmierwirkung gesteuert durch Änderung von Typ und Menge des Emulgators, und zwar in einer derartigen
Weise, daß die Menge des Öls, welche an den Walzen oder dem jeweiligen Werkstück haftet, mit anderen Worten die
Ausplattungsmenge, entweder gesteigert oder vermindert wird. Bei derartigen emulgatorhaltigen Walzölen, wie sie
oben beschrieben wurden, zeigen die Ausplattungsmenge und die Zirkulationsstabilität der Emulsion eine .gegenläufige
Tendenz. Genauer gesagt nimmt die Ausplattungsmenge bei dem jeweiligen Werkstück ab, wodurch auch die
Schmierwirkung unzureichend wird, falls man die Stabilität der Emulsion steigert. Falls man andererseits versucht,
die Ausplattungsmenge zu steigern, wird die Emulsion instabil und es treten verschiedene Probleme auf,
wenn sie für die Wiederverwendung im Kreislauf geführt wird. Demgemäß sind alle herkömmlichen Walzöle, bei
denen Emulgatoren verwendet werden, mit den obenerwähnten Nachteilen behaftet. Darüber hinaus sind immer noch weitere
Verbesserungen bei der Lubrizität (Schmierwirkung) sowie der Bearbeitungsleistungsfähigkeit bei anderen
Metallbearbeitungsölen, wie beispielsweise Preßbear-
beitungsölen und Schneidölen, erwünscht. 35
Von den Erfindern wurden Forschungen durchgeführt mit dem

Ziel, die obenerwähnten Nachteile, mit denen herkömmliche Metallbearbeitungsöle vom Emulsionstyp behaftet
sind, zu vermeiden. Als Ergebnis dieser Forschungen konnte eine Verbesserung erreicht werden durch die
Verwendung einer Schmierölkomponente, welche ein öl, Fett oder Wachs mit einem Schmelzpunkt von 20 bis 1000C
enthält, in Kombination mit einem spezifischen hydrophilen Dispersionsmittel (einer wasserlöslichen anionischen
Polymerverbindung). Dabei war die Schmierölkomponente bei einer Temperatur unterhalb des Schmelzpunktes
in einer festen Form in stabiler Weise in Wasser suspendiert und dispergiert, jedoch wurde die resultierende
Dispersion instabil, wenn sie dem jeweiligen Werkstück zugeführt wurde, d.h. bei einer Temperatür
oberhalb des Schmelzpunkt. Diese Entdeckung ist bereits Gegenstand einer Patentanmeldung (siehe JA-OS Nr.
147593/1980) .
Von den Erfindern wurden weitere Forschungen durchgeführt. Dabei wurde eine Metallbearbeitungsöl-Zusammensetzung
gefunden, die erfolgreich zur Bearbeitung von Metallen unter Bedingungen hoher Scherkräfte eingesetzt
werden kann, wie sie bei der tatsächlichen Anwendung der ölzusammensetzung zu erwarten sind, sowie unter Hochgeschwindigkeits-
und Hochdruckbedingungen, wodurch hohe Bearbeitungsgeschwindigkeiten und große Walzreduktionen
möglich werden, und wobei die Zusammensetzung ferner eine Metallbearbeitung unter drastischen Schneidbedingungen
ermöglicht, sowie aufgrund einer ausgezeichneten
ow Flüssigkeitszirkulationsstabilität die Verfahrenssteuerung
erleichtert.
Genauer gesagt wurde von den Erfindern festgestellt, daß (1) die kombinierte Verwendung von einem Salz einer spezifischen
Aminverbindung und einem nicht-ionischen Sur-

factans es erlaubt, und zwar aufgrund der Schutzkolloidalfunktion dieser Verbindungen, die Schmierölkomponente
als große Tröpfchen auf stabile Weise in Wasser zu dispergieren, wobei jede resultierende Dispersion dennoch
5 eine gute Zirkulationsstabilität aufweist;
(2) wurde festgestellt, daß die öltröpfchen mit großem
Durchmesser einen dicken und starken Schmierfilm über einem Werkstück ausbilden, wenn sie einem Werkzeugteil
zugeführt werden und mit dem metallischen Werkstück in
10 Kontakt gebracht werden;
(3) wurde festgestellt, daß die großen Durchmesser in stabiler Weise gegenüber Scherkräften, die durch einen
Rührer in einem Tank sowie durch eine Einspeisung- und Zirkulationspumpe erzeugt werden, aufrechterhalten werden
können, selbst wenn die Zusammensetzung über eine längere Zeit im Kreislauf geführt und wiederverwendet
wird;
(4) wurde festgestellt, daß die zusätzliche Verwendung einer organischen oder anorganischen sauren Phosphorsäure,
welche herkömmlicherweise als eine Verbindung mit Extremdruckeffekten bekannt ist, einen Schmierfilm
auf dem Metallwerkstück ausbildet und somit zu einer noch weiter gesteigerten Lubrizität führt. Die vorliegende
Erfindung beruht auf den obigen Befunden.
Erfindungsgemäß wird somit eine Metallbearbeitungsöl-Zusammensetzung
geschaffen, welche als wesentliche Komponente umfaßt:
(a) ein oder mehrere Schmierölkomponenten, ausgewählt
aus der Gruppe der öle und Fette, Mineralöle und Fettsäureester;
(b) ein oder mehrere Verbindungen, ausgewählt aus der Gruppe der sauren Phosphorsäuresalze von aliphatischen,
alicyclischen und aromatischen Aminen mit je-

weils 4 bis 22 Kohlenstoffatomen, und quaternären Ammoniumsalzen,
die aus aliphatischen oder aromatischen Aminen mit jeweils 4 bis 22 Kohlenstoffatomen und sauren Phosphorsäuren
gebildet sind; sowie
(c) ein nicht-ionisches Surfactans.
Als die Schmierölkomponente, welche die Komponente (a) der erfindungsgemäßen MetallbearbeitungsÖlzusammensetzung
darstellt, seien beispielsweise erwähnt ein Mineralöl wie Spindelöl, Maschinenöl, Turbinenöl oder Zylinderöl, ein
Tier- oder Pflanzenöl oder Fett, wie beispielsweise WaI-öl,
Rindertalg, Schweinefett, Rapsöl, Rizinußöl, Reiskleieöl, Palmkernöl oder Kokosnußöl, oder ein Ester zwisehen
einer Fettsäure, die aus Rindertalg, Kokosnußöl, Palmöl, Rizinußöl o.dgl. erhalten wurde und einen aliphatischen
primären Alkohol mit 1 bis 22 Kohlenstoffatomen, Ethylenglykol, Neopentylalkohol, Pentaerythritol
o.dgl. Diese Komponenten können jeweils einzeln verwendet werden. Alternativ können auch zwei dieser Komponenten
in Kombination verwendet werden.
Andererseits handelt es sich bei den aliphatischen, alicyclischen
und aromatischen Aminen, welche die Komponente (b) darstellen und welche jeweils 4 bis 22 Kohlenstoff
atome aufweisen (im folgenden der Einfachheit halber als "Aminverbindungen" bezeichnet, um bekannte
Verbindungen. Die nachfolgenden Verbindungen seien als
Beispiele erwähnt.

(1) Alkylamine, welche jeweils 4 bis 22 Kohlenstoff atome enthalten, beispielsweise Monoamine wie
Butylamin, Hexylamin, Decylamin, Laurylamin und Oleylamin

-δι Als brauchbare Gegenionen zur Herstellung der sauren
Phosphorsäuresalze oder quaternären Ammoniumsalze dieser Aminverbindungen (im folgenden "Salze der Aminverbindungen"
genannt), seien die folgenden Phosphorsäuren (i) bis (v) erwähnt:
(i) Phosphorsäure und phosphorige Säure sowie deren
Thioverbindungen und Esterverbindungen;
(ii) Mono- und Di-phosphorsäureester, welche

und/oder Arylgruppen enthalten, sowie die Thioverbindungen derselben, sowie Derivate derselben; und
(v) Mono-, Di- und Tri-phosphonsäuren mit einem Gehalt an einem oder mehreren Stickstoffatomen.
Die folgenden Verbindungen seien als spezielle Beispiele der Phosphorsäureverbindungen erwähnt. Als Phosphorsäure-
verbindungen (i) seien beispielsweise erwähnt Phosphorsäure, phosphorige Säure, Mono- oder Di-phosphorsäureester
zwischen aliphatischen Alkoholen mit 1 bis 8 Kohlenstoffatomen, alicyclischen Alkoholen oder aromatischen
Alkoholen und Phosphorsäure sowie Thioverbindungen der Mono- oder Di-phosphorsäureester sowie Ester zwischen den

Hinsichtlich des nicht-ionischen Surfactans, welches
die Komponente (c) darstellt, bestehen keine besonderen Beschränkungen. Die folgenden Surfactantien seien
jedoch als bevorzugte nicht-ionische Surfactantien erwähnt:

HLB-Wert innerhalb des Bereichs von 3,0 bis 20,0, beispielsweise,
(a) Polyoxyethylenalkyl-und Alkylarylether mit
jeweils 6 bis 22 Kohlenstoffatomen;
(b) Polyoxyethylenpolyoxypropylenalkyl- und Alkylarylether, jeweils mit 6 bis 22 Kohlenstoffatomen;
(c) die Sorbitan- und Polyoxyethylensorbitanester von Fettsäuren mit 8 bis 18 Kohlenstoffatomen;
(d) die Glycerinmonoester und Polyoxyethylenglycerinester von Fettsäuren, jeweils mit 8 bis 18 Kohlenstoffatomen;
und
(e) Polyoxyethylenbenzylphenylether, polyoxyethylenstyrolisierte
Phenylether usw.
(2) Oxyethylen-oxypropylenblockpolymerisate,
wobei das prozentuale Gewicht des Ethylenoxids, das im Gesamtmolekül vorliegt, jeweils 8 bis 85 % beträgt;
(3) Additionsprodukte zwischen Ethylendiamin und Propylen-und Ethylenoxiden, wobei das prozentuale Gewicht
an Ethylenoxid, das in dem Gesamtmolekül vorliegt, jeweils 8 bis 85% beträgt;
(4) Additionsprodukte zwischen Alkylaminen und Ethylenoxid, wobei die Alkylamine jeweils 6 bis 18 Kohlenstoff
atome enthalten (Anzahl der addierten Mole: 1 bis 50); und
(5) Polyethylenglykolester von Fettsäuren, welche jeweils 8 bis 18 Kohlenstoffatome enthalten.
Die erfindungsgemäße Metallbearbeitungsöl-Zusammensetzung
kann hergestellt werden, indem man die obigen Komponenten vermischt. Es wird jedoch bevorzugt, ihre Mengenverhältnisse
innerhalb der folgenden Bereiche einzuhalten, wobei alle Angaben sich auf die Gesamtzusammensetzung beziehen:
die Schmierölkomponente (a): 99,9 bis 50 Gew.-% (im folgenden einfach als % bezeichnet), speziell 99,9
bis 70%, das Salz der Aminverbindung (b) und das nichtionische Surfactans (c): 0,1 bis 20 % oder vorzugsweise
0,1 bis 10% als Gesamtmenge, bezogen auf die Gesamtzusammensetzung,
wobei die Komponente (c) vorzugsweise 0,2 bis 5,0% oder insbesondere 0,5 bis 3,0% betragen
kann.
Der erfindungsgemäßen Metallbearbeitungsöl-Zusammensetzung
kann außer den oben erwähnten Komponenten eine Vielzahl bekannter Additive je nach den Erfordernissen
des Falles mit Vorteil zugesetzt werden, beispielsweise ein Surfactans, ein Rostschutzmittel, ein ölig machendes
Mittel, ein Extremdruckadditiv, ein Antioxidans u.dgl.
Die oben erwähnten verschiedenen Additive können, sofern erforderlich, jeweils in Mengen von 0 bis 5%, 0 bis 2%,
ο bis 20%, 0 bis 3% bzw. 0 bis 5% zugesetzt werden.
Als beispielhafte Rostschutzmittel seien erwähnt Fettsäureester wie Alkenylbernsteinsäuren und deren Derivate
und ölsäure, Ester wie beispielsweise Sorbitanmonooleat SQ und Amine usw. Beispielhafte ölig machende Mittel umfassen
höhere Fettsäuren wie ölsäure und Stearinsäure, Fettsäureester, die sich von derartigen Fettsäuren ableiten,
zweibasige Säuren, wie beispielsweise Dimersäure u.dgl. Andererseits seien Phosphorverbindungen wie beispielsweise
Tricresylphosphate und organometallische Verbindungen
wie Zxnkdialkyldithiophosphate als Beispiele
für Extremdruckadditive erwähnt. Als Beispiele für die Antioxidantien seien erwähnt phenolische Verbindungen
wie 2,4-Di-t-butyl-p-cresol, aromatische Amine wie
Phenyl-alpha-naphthylamin u.dgl.

Die erfindungsgemäße Metallbearbeitungsöl-Zusammensetzung
kann eingesetzt werden, indem man entweder die oben erwähnten verschiedenen Komponenten für die tatsächliche
Verwendung einfach zusammenmischt, oder indem man zunächst eine dicke Lösung mit einem Wassergehalt von
bis zu etwa 80% herstellt und diese anschließend mit Wasser für die aktuelle Verwendung der Metallbearbeitungsölzusammensetzung
verdünnt.
Mit der so erhaltenen erfindungsgemäßen Metallbearbeitungsöl-Zusammensetzung
wird ein Metallbearbeitungsöl zur Verfügung gestellt, welches relativ große Tröpfchen
mit einer stabilen Größenverteilung selbst dann liefern kann, wenn Rührbedingungen angewendet werden, bei denen
hohe Scherkräfte auftreten. Das Metallbearbeitungsöl weist ferner eine ausgezeichnete Schmiereigenschaft auf
und zeigt geringe Qualitätsänderungen im Verlauf der Zeit, sowie eine ausgezeichnete Zirkulationsstabilität.
Darüber hinaus weist die obige erfindungsgemäße Metallbearbeitungsölzusammensetzung
die folgenden Vorzüge auf. Die bei der Erfindung verwendeten Salze der Aminverbindungen
weisen für sich die Fähigkeit auf, rasch an flüssigen oder festen Teilchen adsorbiert zu werden, wobei
die flüssigen oder festen Teilchen hydrophil gemacht werden. Andererseits weisen die Salze selbst nur eine
geringe Kapazität hinsichtlich einer Absenkung der interfazialen Spannung zwischen Wasser und öl unter Emulgierung
deren Mischung auf. Die Schmiermittelölkomponente
wird daher nicht in einem signifikanten Ausmaß emulgiert.
Verglichen mit herkömmlichen Metallbearbeitungsölen, bei
denen Emulgatoren verwendet werden, weist die erfindungs-

gemäße Metallbearbeitungsölzusammensetzung somit Vorteile
dahingehend auf, daß es das sogenannte Einhaltephänomen (holding-in phenomenon) entwickelt, d.h. daß
es verbrauchtes oder schlechtes öl, das während eines tatsächlichen Walzbetriebs eingemischt wird, sowie
Fremdmaterialien, wie beispielsweise Metallpulver u.dgl., lediglich in einem geringeren Ausmaß absorbiert und es
immer die hohen Schmiereigenschaften, wie ein sauberes Metallbearbeitungsöl·, beibehäit. Dank der Funktion des
oben beschriebenen Salzes der Aminverbindung führt die erfindungsgemäße Metallbearbeitungsöl-Zusammensetzung
darüber hinaus dazu, daß die Arbeitsumgebung, d.h. der Arbeitsplatz sauberer wird und die Abwasserbehandlung
erleichtert wird. Mit der erfindungsgemäßen Metallbearbeitungsöl-Zusammensetzung
ist es daher möglich, einen sauberen Arbeitsplatz zu schaffen, was bisher mit keinem
der herkömmlichen Walzöle, bei denen Emulgatoren eingesetzt werden, erreicht werden konnte.
Der Wirkungsmechanismus, welcher aufgrund der Verwendung des Salzes der Aminverbindung und des nicht-ionischen
Surfactans erfindungsgemäß eintritt, konnte zwar noch
nicht voll aufgeklärt werden. Diese Komponenten scheinen jedoch folgendermaßen zu wirken: Das Phosphorsäuresalz
der Aminverbindung und das nicht-ionische Surfactans,
welche einheitlich in einer Wasserschicht aufgelöst sind, adsorbieren Tröpfchen der Schmierölkomponente, die durch
mechanische Scherkräfte gebildet wurden, und zwar bevor eine Agglomeration der Tröpfchen beginnt. Die Polyether-
^Q polyolverbindung überführt anschließend die öltröpfchen
in größere Tröpfchen, und zwar aufgrund einer gewissen Koagulierwirkung. Die resultierenden größeren Tröpfchen
werden in stabiler Weise in Wasser dispergiert, und zwar durch die sterische und elektrische Schutzkolloidalwirkung
der Polyetherpolyolverbindung. Dieses Merkmal unterscheidet sich von dem durch die wasserlösliche anionische

Polymerverbindung gemäß JA-OS 147593/1980 hervorgebrachten Effekt, da die wasserlösliche anionische Polymerverbindung
eine schwache Koagulierwirkung für öltröpfchen aufweist und die Schmierölkomponente aufgrund der
Schutzkolloidalwirkung nach wie vor in Form feiner Tröpfchen stabilisiert wird. Die auf diese Weise zerteilten
feinen öltröpfchen können sich nicht zu größeren Tröpfchen vereinigen.
Im folgenden wird die Erfindung anhand von Beispielen näher erläutert.
Die nachfolgend angegebenen Metallbearbeitungsöl-Zusammensetzungen
wurden in den Beispielen verwendet. Dabei wurden die folgenden Verbindungen verwendet, und
zwar als die Salze der Aminverbindungen, die nicht-ionischen
Surfactantien, als ein Antioxidans bzw. als ein Extremdruckadditiv:
20 Salze der Aminverbindungen:
(1) Das Phosphorsäuresalz von Laurylamin;
(2) das Ethylphosphonsäuresalz von Kokosnußdimethylamin;
(3) das Di-n-Butylhydrogenphosphitsalz von Diethylentriamin;
(4) die Propylphosphinsäuresalze von N-(Rindertalg)
alkylethylendiaminen;
(5) das quaternäre Ammoniumsalz von Benzyldimethylamin
durch Thiophosphorsäure;
(6) die Di-(2-ethylhexyl)phosphatsalze von N-Kokosnußalkylpropylendiaminen;
und
(7) das Diethylphosphatsalz von N-Kokosnußimidazolin.
Nicht-ionische Surfaktantien:
(1) Polyoxyethylennonylphenylether (HLB = 7,8);
(2) Sorbitanmonooleat/Polyoxyethylensorbitanmonolaurat (HLB = 16,7) = 2/1 (Gewichtsverhältnis);
(3) Oxyethylen-Oxypropylenblockpolymerisat
(das prozentuale Gewicht des Ethylenoxids im Gesamtmolekül
beträgt 20% und das Blockpolymerisat hat ein Molekulargewicht von etwa 2250); und

(4) ein nicht-ionisches Surfaktans, erhalten durch
Addition von 5 Mol Ethylenoxid an Laurylamin.

Wasser auf eine Konzentration von 3% verdünnt und anschließend wird das resultierende Gemisch in einem Homogenizer
bei 10 000 U/min gemischt. Die Probenlösung wird
ou einem Drehstift im Zentrum eines festgelegten Blocks
zugeführt, und zwar unter Verwendung einer Zahnradpumpe unter folgenden Bedingungen: Sprühmenge 50 ml/min
(Druck 0,5 kg/cm2) und Dispersionstemperatur 5O0C. Die
Ergebnisse sind in der Tabelle 2 zusammengestellt. 35

Die Freßlastbestimmung wird gemäß Japanese Self-Defence
Force Provisional Standard NDS XXK 2740, Oil Film Strength Testing Method (Soda's Vier-Kugeltestverfahren)
durchgeführt. Zur Herstellung der jeweiligen Testprobe wird die jeweilige Metallbearbeitungsöl-Zusammensetzung
mit Wasser auf eine Konzentration von 3% verdünnt und nachfolgend in einem Homogenizer bei 10 000 U/min gemischt.
Das Aufbringen der jeweiligen Testprobe erfolgt, indem man die obige Probenlösung aufwärts durch einen
Spalt, der zentral zwischen drei Kontaktpunkten dreier Teststahlkugeln, welche in einer Kugelhaltevorrichtung
fixiert sind, gebildet ist, auf eine rotierende Stahlkugel appliziert, welche eine Position oberhalb der
drei Kugeln einnimmt. Die Zuführung erfolgt unter Verwendung einer Zahnradpumpe unter folgenden Bedingungen:
Sprühmenge 0,5 l/min (Druck 0,5 kg/cm2) bei einer Temperatur
der Probenlösung von 500C.
Die Ergebnisse sind in der Tabelle 3 zusammengestellt. 25

1 Beispiel 3
3g Aluminiumsulfat werden zu 1 1 einer Probenlösung
gegeben, die auf die gleiche Weise wie in Beispiel 2 hergestellt wurde. Das resultierende Gemisch wird
2 Minuten gerührt und nachfolgend durch Zugabe von
Ca(OH)„ auf pH 7,0 eingestellt. Dieses Gemisch wird
weitere 10 Minuten gerührt. Nach 30minütigem Stehenlassen wird die überstehende Flüssigkeit gesammelt und ihr COD-Wert nach dem KMnO.-Verfahren bestimmt.
2 Minuten gerührt und nachfolgend durch Zugabe von
Ca(OH)„ auf pH 7,0 eingestellt. Dieses Gemisch wird
weitere 10 Minuten gerührt. Nach 30minütigem Stehenlassen wird die überstehende Flüssigkeit gesammelt und ihr COD-Wert nach dem KMnO.-Verfahren bestimmt.
Die Ergebnisse sind in Tabelle 4 zusammengestellt. 15

Die jeweilige Metallbearbeitungsöl-Zusammensetzung wird mit Wasser auf eine Konzentration von 3% verdünnt und
nachfolgend auf eine Temperatur von 6O0C erhitzt. Anschließend
wird die Probe in einem Homogenizer 60 Minuten bei 10 000 U/min gerührt, um eine Testprobe herzustellen.
Die Bestimmung der Tröpfchengröße der Testprobe wird gemäß dem Coleter Zählverfahren durchgeführt,
wobei öffnungen von 200 Mikrometern verwendet werden.
Die Ergebnisse sind in der Tabelle 5 zusammengestellt. 15

Claims (4)
- Patentansprüche1J Metallbearbeitungsöl-Zusammensetzung, dadurchgekennzeichnet , daß sie als wesentliche 10Komponenten umfaßt:(a) ein oder mehrere Schmierölkomponenten, ausgewählt aus der Gruppe der öle und Fette, Mineralöle und Fettsäureester;(b) ein oder mehrere Verbindungen, ausgewählt aus der Gruppe der sauren Phosphorsäuresalze von aliphatischen, alicyclischen und aromatischen Aminen mit jeweils 4 bis 22 Kohlenstoffatomen und quaternären Ammoniumsalze, gebildet aus aliphatischen oder aromatischen Aminen mit jeweils 4 bis 22 Kohlenstoffatomen und sauren Phosphorsäuren;
und(c) ein nicht-ionisches Surfaktans. 25 - 2. Metallbearbeitungsöl-Zusammensetzung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet , daß ein Gegenion, welches zur Bildung des sauren Phosphorsäuresalzes oder des quaternären Ammoniumsalzes fähig ist, eine saure Phosphorsäure ist, ausgewählt aus der Gruppe der nachfolgenden sauren Phosphorsäuren (i) bis (v):(i) Phosphorsäure und phosphorige Säure, sowie 3^ die Thio- und Esterverbindungen derselben;(ii) Mono- und Di-phosphorsäureester, welche jeweils eine Alkyl-, Alkylaryl- oder Arylgruppe und mindestens eine Hydroxylgruppe enthalten, sowie die Thioverbindungen derselben;
5(iii) Mono- oder Di-phosphonsäuren, welche jeweils eine Alkylgruppe mit 1 bis 8 Kohlenstoffatomen oder eine Alkylaryl- oder Arylgruppe enthalten, sowie die Thioverbindungen oder die Derivate derselben; 10(iv) Mono- oder Di-phosphinsäuren, welche jeweils eine Alkylgruppe mit 1 bis 8 Kohlenstoffatomen oder eine Alkylaryl- oder Arylgruppe enthalten, sowie die Thioverbindungen oder Derivate derselben; und 15(v) Mono-, Di- oder Tri-phosphonsäuren, welche jeweils ein oder mehrere Stickstoffatome enthalten. - 3. Metallbearbeitungsöl-Zusammensetzung nach An-spruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet , daß die Summe der Komponenten (b) und (c) 0,1 bis 20 Gew.-% der Gesamtzusammensetzung ausmacht.
- 4. Metallbearbeitungsöl-Zusammensetzung nach An-2^ spruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet , daß die Menge der Komponente (c) 0,2 bis 5 Gew.-%, bezogen auf die Gesamtzusammensetzung, ausmacht.
