Description

  • DampfsperrPlatte
  • Die Erfindung betrifft eine Dampfsperrplatte, bestehend aus einer Metallfolie, die beidseitig mit einer plattenförmigen Schutzschicht aus Kunststoff-Hartschaum verklebt ist.
  • Dampfsperren und -bremsen als Feuchtigkeitsschutz von Bauwerken im Bereich von Kühlräumen und Naßräumen wie z.B. Schwimmbädern, Molkereien etc. werden im allgemein in Form beschichteter Metall- oder Kunststoff--Folien verlegt. Am häufigsten wird eine beidseitig bitumenkaschierte Aluminium-Folie verwendet. Das Ankleben dieser Folien auf den Untergrund ist ebenso zeitaufwendig, schwierig und problematisch im Hinblick auf die Verklebefestigkeit, wie das anschließende Aufbringen der Deckschichten, die dekorative und schützende Funktionen zu erfüllen haben, z.B.
  • keramische Fliesenbeläge. Um eine sichere Verankerung des Belages mit dem Untergrund zu erzielen, werden mechanische Punktanker wie z.B. DUbel verwendet, die die Dampfsperre durchstoßen, was wiederum nachträgliche Abdichtungsarbeiten erforderlich macht.
  • Es wurde nun gefunden, daß die genannten Nachteile nicht auftreten bei einer Dampfsperrplatte, die aus einer Metallfolie besteht, welche beidseitig mit einer plattenförmigen Schutzschicht aus Kunststoff-Hartschaum verklebt ist.
  • Als Metallfolie kommt vorzugsweise eine Aluminiumfolie einer Dicke von 10 bis 200 um in Frage.
  • Als Schaumstoffe werden vorzugsweise solche auf Basis von Polystyrol und Polyurethan verwendet. Grundsätzlich eignen sich auch zementgebundene Leichtplatten oder Holzspanplatten. Die Schutzschicht kann 2 bis 100 mm dick sein.
  • Metallfolie und Schutzschicht sind vorzugsweise mit feuchtigkeitsunempfindlichen Reaktionsklebern, z.B. auf Polyurethan- oder Epoxidharz--Basis verklebt.
  • Diese Platten können auf beiden Außenseiten zusätzlich feste Deckschichten z.B. eine Glasfaser-armierte Putzschicht oder ein mittels Kunstharz fest mit der Oberfläche verbundenes Glasgewebe enthalten, die dem Gesamtelement eine hohe Biegefestigkeit und -steifigkeit verleihen.
  • Zusätzlich können auch bereits vor dem Einbau Keramikbeläge o.ä. Abdeckungen aufgeklebt werden.
  • Die Platten sind zweckmäßigerweise mit einem umlaufenden, vorzugsweise 10 bis 100 mm breiten Stufenfalz versehen, der allseitig ein sicheres Uberlappen der Dampfsperre ermöglicht.
  • Eine beispielhafte Ausführung stellt folgender Aufbau dar: Eine Platte aus extrudierten Polystyrol mit einer Dichte von 35 g.cm'3 und 3 cm Dicke wird in der Mittelebene aufgeschnitten. Die beiden Hälften von je 15 mm Dicke werden mit der (vorher außenliegenden) Schäumhaut beidseitig auf eine 50 um dicke Alu-Folie mittels eines 2-Komponenten PU-Klebers geklebt. Dabei wird eine Platte gegen die flächengleiche andere so verschoben, daß ein umlaufender, an zwei gegenüberliegenden Plattenecken wechselnder Stufenfalz entsteht. Die Alu-Folie bedeckt die den Falz bildenden vorstehenden Plattenteile.
  • Die Platte hat ein Format von 65 x 255 cm, der Stufenfalz hat eine Breite von 5 cm.
  • Eine Dampfsperrplatte dieser Art besitzt die bisher bei Dampfsperren und Bauplatten mit aufkaschierter oder integrierter Dampfsperre nicht gegebenen Vorteile: - unempfindlich gegen Feuchtigkeit, - vorgefertigt als baustellen-gerechtes Element, - sichere und schnelle Verbindung zum Untergrund und mit Abdeckungen mittels Bauklebern, - geringes Gewicht, - gut geschützte Dampfsperrschicht.

Claims (2)

  1. Patentansprüche 1. Dampfsperrplatte, bestehend aus einer Metallfolie, die beidseitig mit einer plattenförmigen Schutzschicht aus Kunststoff-Hartschaum verklebt ist.
  2. 2. Dampfsperrplatte nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie mit einem umlaufenden Stufenfalz versehen ist.
