Verbundplatte
Für den trockenen Innenausbau von Gebäuden sind Verbundplatten zur wärmedämmenden Verkleidung der Wände bekannt. Sie bestehen vorzugsweise aus einer Deckschicht (D/ z.B. einer Gipskartonplatte, die mit einer Dämmstoffplatte (2) , z.B. aus Polystyrol-Hartschaxim nach DIN 18 164 (EPS), Teil 1, verklebt (3) ist. Solche Verbundplatten haben in der Anwendung den Nachteil, daß die Schall-Längsdämmung so stark verschlechtert wird, daß die Mindestanforderungen der DIN 4109 - Schallschutz im Hochbau an den Luftschallschutz nicht mehr erfüllt werden können.
Zweck der Erfindung ist es, diesen Mangel durch eine geeignete Werkstoffkombination zu beheben. Dies geschieht durch die Verwendung von Verbundplatten, bestehend aus steifen oder halbsteifen Deckschichten (1), z.B. Gipskarton, Holzwerkstoffen, Kunststoffen, Putzschichten u.dgl., die mit einer Schaum-Kunststoff-Platte (2) geringer dynamischer Steifigkeit, vorzugsweise kleiner als 30 MN/m3, kombiniert (z.B. verklebt), (3), sind.

Claims (5)

Schutzansprüche
1. Verbundplatte, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Deckschicht aus einer Gipskartonplatte, vorzugsweise 9,5 mm, mit einer Dämmschicht aus einer Schaumkunststoffplatte, z.B. aus EPS, geringer dynamischer Steifigkeit, vorzugsweise kleiner als 30 MN/m3 kombiniert (z.B. verklebt) ist.
2. Verbundplatte wie vor, jedoch anstelle der Gipskartonplatte mit plattenförmigen! Holz, Holzwerkstoffen, Holzwolle-Leichtbauplatten, Kunststoffen, Metallfolien, Blechen oder Putzschichten versehen.
3. Verbundplatte wie vor, deren Deck- oder Putzschichten armiert oder unarmiert sein können.
4. Verbundplatte wie vor, jedoch unter Verwendung anderer Dämmschichten aus Schaumkunststoffen wie PUR, PVC u.dgl.
5. Verbundplatte wie vor, deren Dämmschicht aus Schaumkunststoffen direkt aufgeschäumt ist.
