Patentanspruch: Vorrichtung zum automatischen Vorfertigen von Wandteilen
aus Blockziegeln od. dgl. im lotrechten Aufbau mit einem Bandförderer zum Herstellen
jeweils einer mit einer Mörtelschicht versehenen Mauerschicht in Wandteillänge,
mit einem Wandteilfertiger, in welchem ein heb- und senkbares Förderband nacheinander
die jeweils eingefahrene Mauerschicht mit Stoß- und abgeglichener Lagerfuge bis
zu einer Klemmeinrichtung anhebt, sowie mit einer auf einer Gleisbahn in den Wandteilfertiger
nach Aufbau eines Wandteils einfahrbaren Palette zur Übernahme und Abförderung desselben,
d a -durch gekennzeichnet, daß der Bandförderer (2), auf dem die Mauerschichten
(1) hergestellt werden, gegenüber dem Wandteilfertiger (4) seitlich versetzt angeordnet
ist, daß die Palette (7) so lang ist, daß auf ihr mehrere Wandteile (8) zu einer
Wand (9) zusammenstellbar sind, daß die Palette auf einer dreiteiligen Gleisbahn
(6a, 6b, 6c) durch den Wandteilfertiger (4) hindurchfahrbar ist und daß ein eine
Mauerschicht (1) aufnehmendes Bandfördererglied (3) des Bandförderers (2) zusammen
mit einem zu diesem parallel versetzten mittleren Bahnteil (6a) der Gleisbahn auf
