Description

Beschreibung Schichtenaufbau einer Sandwich-Platte
Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf eine Platte oder Kante mit einem Schichtenaufbau aus Holz und Metall. Ein Schichtenaufbau dieser Art findet Anwendung in der Holzbe- und -verarbeitung.
Holz- und Metallplatten werden wechselseitig miteinander verklebt. Der Schichtenaufbau kann aus einer beliebigen Anzahl Schichten bestehen. Die Stärke der einzelnen Holz- oder Metallplatte läßt sich ebenfalls beliebig variieren. Für eine weitere Bearbeitung ist es günstig, wenn die oberste und unterste Schicht jeweils aus Holz bestehen. Massivholzfunier ist am besten für die Verarbeitung geeignet. Als Metall bietet sich Aluminium an. Es sind aber auch andere weiche Metalle geeignet. Wichtig ist, daß sich dieser Schichtenaufbau wie Holz weiterbe- und verarbeiten läßt. Als Klebe- bzw. Bindemittel eignet sich Polyurethan am besten. Andere Klebe- bzw. Bindemittel können ebenfalls verwendet werden.
In der Erfindung werden Platten aus verschiedene Materialien, hier Holz und Metall, aufeinandergelegt und diese miteinander verklebt und anschließend gepreßt. So wird auf eine Schicht Holz eine Schicht Metall gelegt und verklebt, darauf wieder eine Schicht Holz gelegt und verklebt, etc. Das entstandene Schichtenpaket wird anschließend gepreßt. In der Zeichnung wird ein solcher Schichtenaufbau dargestellt. Hierbei zeigt:

Wenn die Scliichtenpakete miteinander verklebt sind, können Kanten von diesem Schichtenpaket herabgesägt werden. Die Kanten können mit einem speziellen Klarlack lackiert werden, damit sich das Metall nicht verfärbt. Die vom Schichtenpaket herabgesägten Kanten können anstelle von Leisten an Möbel, etc. zur Verzierung angebracht werden.
Der Anwendungsbereich liegt im Innen-, Möbel- und Ladenbau. Durch die Gestaltung der Möbel mit Kanten nach der Erfindung werden optisch reizvolle Effekte erzielt.
Die Verbindung von Holz und Metall läßt auch Schichtenpakete entstehen, die eine höhere Stabilität aufweisen als ein vergleichbarer Schichtenaufbau aus verschiedenen Holzarten. Dadurch können erheblich dünnere Scliichtenpakete verarbeitet werden als vor der Erfindung.

Claims (4)

Schutzansprüche:
1. Scliichtenaufbau einer Sandwich-Platte, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß Holz- und Metallplatten wechselseitig miteinander verklebt sind.
2. Scliichtenaufbau nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekemizeiclinet, daß als Holzart vorzugsweise Massivholzfunier verwendet ist.
3. Scliichtenaufbau nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekemizeiclinet, daß als Metall weiche Metalle wie Blei, Kupfer, Messing etc. verwendet sind, vorzugsweise Aluminium.
4. Scliichtenaufbau nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß als Binde- bzw. Klebemittel vorzugsweise
Polyurethankleber verwendet ist.
