Description
- Körperschalldämpfendes metallkaschiertes
- Plattenmaterial Beschreibunz Die Erfindung betrifft ein körperschalldämpfendes, metallkaschiertes Plattenmaterial und seine Verwendung zum intdröhnen von Kraftfahrzeug-Karosserieteilen.
- Es ist bekannt, zur Körperschalldämpfung ein Plattenmaterial zu verwenden, das schichtweise aus Blechen und dämpfenden Schichten aufgebaut ist. Hierbei bestehen die dämpfenden Schichten aus polymeren Kunststoffmaterialien, insbesondere Polyvinylacetat oder -propionat, die im wesentlichen eine amorphe Struktur oberhalb der Einfriertemperatur aufweisen, wenn sie eine ausreichende Temperaturbandbreite zsr besitzen, die als Halbwertsbreite der Temperaturkurve des Verlustmoduls bei gegebener Frequenz definiert ist, d. h. als Abstand der beiden Temperaturen oberhalb und unterhalb der Temperatur des Elastizitätsmodul-Maximums E" max, bei denen E" auf die Hälfte des Maximalwertes abgesunken ist und wobei die Beziehung gilt (E = Grenzwert, dem sich der dynamische Elastizitätsmodul E' bei hohen Frequenzen nähert -- Elastizitätsmodul im eingefrorenen Zustand) (vgl. Kunststoffe 1961, Seite 495 - 502). Die Schalldämpfung, die gewöhnlich ein Maximum bei Normaltemperaturen im Bereich von 10 bis 300C auSweist, kann in Richtung höherer Temperaturen verschoben werden, wenn die als dämpfende Schichten verwendeten Kunststoffmaterialien relativ hohe Füllstoffanteile haben, wenn das Flächengewicht des Plattenmaterials hoch ist und insbesondere über 3 kg/m2 beträgt und/oder wenn das mit dem Kunststoffmaterial verbundene Blech stark ist, insbesondere eine Stärke über 0,4 mm aufweist. Trotzdem fällt auch bei solchen optimalen Kombinationen des Standes der Technik die Körperschalldämpfung zwischen 100 und 1000 Hz, in welchem Bereich die hauptsächlich für das Dröhnen von Kraftfahrzeugkarossierieteilen verantwortlichen Schwingungsfrequenzen auftreten, bei Temperaturen im Bereich von 70 bis etwa 800C stark ab, was sich z.B. darin äußert, daß Kraftfahrzeuge in heißen Klimazonen wesentlich lautere Karosseriegeräusche abgeben als in gemäßigteren Klimazonen. Außerdem sind die schalldämpfenden Platten des Standes der Technik aufwendig, da relativ hohe Flächengewichte benötigt werden, um jedenfalls eine ausreichende Körperschalldämpfung im Bereich von normalen Betriebstemperaturen zu gewährleisten.
- Es wurde nun gefunden, daß eine wesentliche Verbesserung der Körperschalldämpfung bei relativ geringen Flächengewichten, insbesondere im Bereich von Temperaturen über 300C bis etwa 80QC mit einem Plattenmaterial besonderen Aufbaus erreicht werden kann.
- Das erfindungsgemäße, körperschalldämpfende, metallkaschierte Plattenmaterial ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß es aus einem tierischen, pflanzlichen und/oder synthetischen Fasermaterial, das mit Bitumen imprägniert ist, und gegebenenfalls übliche Füllstoffe enthält, sowie einer damit fest verbundenen Metallfolie mit einem Flächengewicht von 150 bis 500 g/m2 zusammengesetzt ist. Vorzugsweise beträgt das Flächengewicht der Metallfolie 200 bis 300 glm2.
- Wie gefunden wurde, verhält sich ein solches Material überraschenderweise bezüglich seiner Temperaturbandbreite anders als das Kunststoffmaterial des Standes der Technik.
- Es hat den Anschein, daß die Molekülbeschaffenheit in Fasern für dieses abweichende Verhalten verantwortlich ist, wobei jedoch die Verbindung mit der Metallfolie erst die gewünschten Gebrauchswerte für die Körperschalldämpfung bei hohen Temperaturen ergeben.
- Vorzugsweise besitzt das bitumenimprägnierte Fasermaterial ein Flächengewicht von 800 bis 2000 g/m². Die Metallfolie ist insbesondere eine Aluminiumfolie von 0,1 bis 0,3 mm Stärke und über 90 Gew.-%, vorzugsweise 95 Gew.-% Aluminiumgehalt, Wie gefunden wurde, ist die Art des Metalls der Metallfolie von gewissem Einfluß auf die Dämpfungswerte bei höheren Temperaturen, wobei Aluminium sich allgemein günstiger verhält wie Stahlblech. Die Metallfolie ist vorzugsweise mit dem bitumenimprägnierten Fasermaterial verklebt. Fasermaterialseitig kann gemäß einer bevorzugten Ausführungsform der Erfindung eine selbstklebende Klebstoffausrüstung aufgebracht sein, was die Verbindung mit dem zu entdröhnenden Material erleichtert. Bestimmte Acrylharzdispersionen oder Polyvinylacetatdispersionen sind hierfür geeignet.
- Ein bevorzugtes Fasermaterial ist Zellulose, das in Form von Linters,Zellstoff, Pflanzenfasern, wie Jute und dergleichen, Bestandteil von Platten ist. Insbesondere hat sich auch Bitumenpappe bewährt, die ein preiswertes und brauchbares Material darstellt.
- Gemäß einer unter bestimmten Bedingungen bevorzugten Ausführungsform kann das Plattenmaterial aus mindestens zwei abwechselnden Schichten, die jeweils aus dem bitumenimprägnierter Fasermaterial und der Metallfolie bestehen, zusammengesetzt sein.
- Das Fasermaterial kann als Füllstoff z.B. SSinmehl, Talkum, feinen Sand, Asbestfasern, Vermiculit, Bentonit und dergleichen enthalten, wobei die Menge in der Regel 25-Gew.-% nicht überschreiten soll.
- Das Bitumen ist übliches, sogenanntes geblasenes oder auch destilliertes Bitumen, kann aber auch das als Verschnittbitumen bezeichnete Produkt oder auch eine Bitumenemulsion ("Kaltasphalt") sein. Die Bitumenverwendung scheint einen wesentlichen Einfluß auszuüben und ergibt in Verbindung mit dem Fasermaterial ein hohes Maß an Körperschalldämpfung bei relativ geringem Flächengewicht.
- Die Erfindung wird durch die beigefügten Zeichnungen erläutert.
- Hierbei ist Fig. 1 ein erfindungsgemäßes Plattenmaterial, bestehend aus z.B. einer 2 mm starken bitumenimprägnierten Zellulosefaserschicht 1 mit ca. 20 Gew.-% Steinmehl vom Flächengewicht 1700 kg/m2, die mit einer 0,1 mm starken Aluminiumfolie 2 von Flächengewicht 270 g/m2 verklebt ist und Fig. 2 eine ähnliche, aus zwei Kombinationen gemäß Fig. 1 aufgebaute körperschalldämpfende Platte und Fig. 3 die graphische Darstellung des Verlustfaktors einer Reihe von Materialien gegenüber der Temperatur Beide Platten können rückseitig mit Haftklebern beschichtet sein. Die Körperschalldämpfung der in Fig. 1 dargestellten Kombination A geht aus folgender Tabelle I hervor, in welche zu Vergleichszwecken auch eine Bitumenpappe B vom Flächengewicht 1700 gim2, eine Kunststoffolie C vom Flächengewicht 2120 g/m2, eine Aluminiumfolie D vom Flächengewicht 270 g/m2 und eine Bitumenfolie E vom Flächengewicht 3300 g/m2 aufgeführt sind, jeweils mit 150 g/m2 Haftkleberschichtung.
- Wie die Tabelle zeigt, ist die erfindungsgemäße Kombination A allen übrigen teilweise als körperschalldämpfende Stoffe bekannten Materialien, insbesondere im Temperaturbereich von 40 bis 800C überlegen.

Hieraus ergibt sich besonders deutlich die Überlegeheit des erfindungsgemäßen Plattenmaterials A, obwohl z.B. das Material E ein wesentlich höheres Flächengewicht (insgesamt 3400 g/m2) hat.
Claims (9)
- Patentansprüche 1. Körperschalldämpfendes, metallkaschiertes Plattenmaterial dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß es aus einem tierischen, pflanzlichen und/oder synthetischen Fasermaterial, das mit Bitumen imprägniert ist und gegebenenfalls übliche Füllstoffe enthält sowie einer damit fest verbundenen Metallfolie mit einem Flachengewicht von 150 bis 500 g/m² zusammengesetzt ist.
- 2. Plattenmaterial nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das bitumenimprägnierte Fasermaterial ein Flächengewicht von 800 bis 2000 g/m² aufweist.
- 3. Plattenmaterial nach Anspruch l oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Metallfolie eine Aluminiumfolie von 0,1 bis 0,3 mm Stärke und über 90 Gew.-% Aluminiumgehalt ist.
- 4. Plattenmaterial nach den Ansprüchen 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Metallfolie mit dem bitumenimprägnierten Fasermaterial verklebt ist.
- 5.Plattenmaterial nach den Ansprüchen 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Plattenmaterial fasermaterialseitig mit einer selbstklebenden Klebstoffausrüstung versehen ist.
- 6. Plattenmaterial nach den Ansprüchen 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das bitumenimprägnierte Fasermaterial ein Zellulosematerial ist.
- 7. Plattenmaterial nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das bitumenimprägnierte Fasermaterial Bitumenpappe ist.
- 8. Plattenmaterial nach den Ansprüchen 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß es aus mindestens zwei abwechselnden Schichten, bestehend aus bitumenimprägniertem Fasermaterial und Metallfolie, zusammengesetzt ist.
- 9. Verwendung eines Plattenmaterials nach den Ansprüchen 1 bis 8 zum Entdröhnen von Kraftfahrzeug-Karosserieteilen.
