Description

  • Beschreibung Der Zweok der Erfindung besteht in der Herstellung von Objekten (z.B. Möbel, Container, Verpackungen), die zum Transport (versand, Umzug) zu kleinstinöglichen Paketen zusammengefaltet werden können.
  • Bisherige Systeme dieser Art benötigen für das Zusammensetzen der Einzelteile zu Körpern Werkzeuge und Beschläge wie Schrauben, Winkel, Dübel, Scharniere usw.
  • Die Anmelder haben sich die Aufgabe gestellt, den Zusammenbau der einzelnen Teile zu erleichtern und das Transportvolumen zu reduzieren. Dabei wird auf Werkzeuge und zusätzliche Verbindungselemente weitgehend verzichtet.
  • Zu diesem Zweck werden auf einem flexiblen Träger material (6) (z.B. biegsame Kunststofflächen, Gewebe) starre Flächen (7) (z.B. aus Holz, bimetall, Kunststoff) in Form von abgewickelten Faltnetzen (1) spiegeleymmetrisch; aufgebracht.
  • Die eo miteinander beweglich verbundenen Flächen (7) können z.B. zu Möbeln, Containern, Verpackungen (Gebrauchsfaltung) oder zu kleinen, leicht transportierbaren Stapeln (5) (Verpackungsfaltung) gegaltet werden. Die Faltung ist beidseitig um 1800 möglich.
  • Die Anordnung der einzelnen Flächen (7) der Faltnetze (1) richtet sich nach der kleinstmöglichen Verpeokungsfaltung (5). Die bei der Gebrauchsfaltung (4) nicht auf dieee Heise verbundenen Kanten (2) (Stoßkanten) werden mit einem Zusatzelement (9) aue dem gleichen Material wie der Träger durch Einschieben desselben in ausgefräste Nuten verbunden. Dabei übernimmt das Zusatzelement (9) funktionell und gestalterisch die Aufgabe des flexiblen Trägers (6). Zur Stabilisierung der Gebrauchsfaltung (4) wird in die Kanten ein Eckprofil (8) eingeschoben.

Claims (1)

  1. Anspruch system zur Herstellung flächig begrenzter Objekte gekennzeichnet dadurch, daß starre Flächenelemente (7) auf flexibles Trägermaherial (6) beidseitig aufgebracht sindw so daß sie sich einerseits zum Transport kleinstmöglich zusammenfalten lassen und andererseits zu räumlich-körperlichen Gebrauchsobjekten auffalten lassen.
