Description

ARZNEIMITTEL ZUR BEHANDLUNG VON ALOPECIA SEBORRHOEICA (Priorität: 11. Mai 1975 - Bulgarien - Nr. 31 800)
Die Erfindung betrifft ein Arzneimittel zur Behandlung von Alopecia Seborrhoeica.
Es sind Mittel zur Behandlung von Alopecia Seborrhoeica, wie z.B. Corticosteroide - Dexamethazon, Ichtyol, Acidum SaIicylicum oder Kombinationen aus einigen davon und anderen, bekannt.
Die Nachteile dieser Mittel sind, daß sie keine befriedigenden Resultate bei der Anwendung erzielen oder keine vollkommene Heilung erreicht wird.
Die Aufgabe der Erfindung ist, ein Arzneimittel zur Behandlung von Alopecia Seborrhoeica bereitzustellen, durch das eine vollkommene und anhaltende Heilung erzielt wird.
Dies kann durch eine Arzneimittel-Kombination erreicht werden,

in der folgende Komponenten enthalten sind: Ichtyol, Dexamethazon, Acidi Salicylic!, Vitamin A Palmitat, Oleum Lavandulae und Salbe als Grundlage in folgendem Verhältnis:
Ichtyol 5,00 - 10,00
Dexamethazon 0,05 - 0,10
Acidi Salicylic! 0,50 - 1,00
Vitamin A Palmitat 0,10 - 0,30
Oleum Lavandulae 1,50 - 2,00
Salbe (als Grundlage) bis zu 100,00.
Die als Grundlage benutzte Salbe besteht erfindungsgemäß aus den folgenden Komponenten:
Polyäthylenglycol M.G. 300 25,00-28,00
Polyäthylenglycol M.G. 4000 25,00 - 38,00
Glycerin 8,00 - 20,00
Cetylalkohol 0,50 - 2,00
Stearin 0,50-2,00
destilliertes Wasser 12,00 - 20,00.
Die Vorteile der Erfindung bestehen darin, daß bei der Anwendung des Präparats wesentlich bessere Resultate erzielt werden, es einen antiphlogistischen und antiallergischen Effekt besitzt, keine Nebenwirkungen hervorruft und eine gute Verträglichkeit aufweist.
Die Erfindung wird anhand folgender beispielhafter Ausführung näher erläutert, wobei das Verhältnis der Komponenten in optimalen Bereichen angegeben ist.
87,20 g Salbe wird auf einen Wasserbad bei 35 bis 400C während 25 bis 30 Minuten geschmolzen. Danach v/erden separat 0,10 g Dexamethazon und 1 g Acidum Salicylicum in Spiritus

(Äthylalkohol) aufgelöst und zu der als Grundlage benutzten Salbe gegeben. Das Gemisch wird gerührt und bis zu 65 bis 7O0C erhitzt, bis der Spiritus,verdampft ist, wonach es bis 35 bis 4O0C abgekühlt wird und zum Gemisch 10 g Ichtyol, 0,10 g Vitamin A Palmitat und 1,60 g Oleum Lavandulae unter energischem Rühren und Homogenisieren während 30 bis 60 Minuten beigefügt.
Das Präparat \ieist eine dunkelblaue bis schwarze Farbe auf und läßt sich leicht mit warmem Uasser und Seife abwaschen. Es wird in Tuben verpackt und zweckmäßig im Trockenen und Kühlen aufbewahrt.
Das Mittel wird folgenderweise angewandt: die betroffenen Stellen werden mit dem Präparat einmal am Tag eingeschmiert und während 10 Minuten massiert. Danach wird ein Okklusiv-Verband des Kopfes für 12 bis 22 Stunden gemacht, wonach die Reste mit warmem Wasser und Seife beseitigt werden.

1. Arzneimittel zur Behandlung von Alopecia Seborrhoeica auf der Basis von Ichtyol, dadurch gekennzeich net, daß es in Geeichtsteilen
Ichtyol 5,00 - 10,00
Dexamethazcn 0,05 - 0,10
Acidi Salicylic! 0,50 - 1,00
Vitamin A Palmitat 0,10 - 0,30
Oleum Lavandulae 1,50 - 2,00
Salbe (als Grundlage) bis zu 100,00
enthält.
2. Arzneimittel gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet , daß die als Grundlage benutzte Salbe folgende Zusammensetzung aufweist:
Polyäthylenglycol M.G. - 300 25,00 - 38,00 Teile
Polyäthylenglycol M.G. - 4000 25,00 - 38,00 Teile
Glycerin 8T00 - 20,00 Teile
Cetylalkohol 0,50-2,00 Teile
Stearin 0,50 - 2,00 Teile
destilliertes Wasser 12,00 - 20,00 Teile.
