Die Erfindung betrifft ein Arzneimittel zur Behandlung von Alopecia Areata. Es sind Mittel zur Behandlung von Alopecia Areata, wie Furocumarische Präparate, flüssiger Stickstoff, Corticosteroide, wie Dexamethazon oder Kombinationen aus Acidi Salicylici, Pix Liquida und andere, bekannt.
Die Nachteile dieser Präparate sind, daß keine befriedigenden Ergebnisse bei ihrer Anwendung erzielt oder keine vollkommene Heilung erreicht wird.
Die Aufgabe der Erfindung ist, ein Mittel zur Behandlung von Alopecia Areata bereitzustellen, durch das eine vollkommene und anhaltende Heilung erzielt wird. Dies kann durch eine Arzneimittel-Kombination erreicht werden, in der folgende Komponenten enthalten sind: Dexamethazon, Acidi Salicylici, Pix Liquida, Vitamin A Palmitat, Oleum Lavandulae und eine

Salbe als Grundlage in folgender Zusammensetzung:
Dexamethazon 0,05 - 0,10
Acidi Salicylici 0,50 - 1,00
Pix Liquida 1,00 - 2,00
Vitamin A Palmitat 0,10 - 0,20
Oleum Lavandulae 1,50 - 2,00
Salbe (als Grundlage) bis zu 100,00.
Die als Grundlage benutzte Salbe besteht erfindungsgemäß aus den folgenden Komponenten:
Polyäthylenglycol M.G. - 300 30,00 - 39,00
Polyäthylenglycol M.G. - 4000 30,00 - 40,00
Glycerin 5,00 - 20,00
Cetylalkohol 0,50 - 2,00
Stearin 0,50 - 2,00
destilliertes Wasser 10,00 - 20,00.
Die Vorteile des erfindungsgemäßen Arzneimittels sind, daß bei seiner Anwendung vollkommene und anhaltende "Ergebnisse erzielt werden, daß es einen starken antiphlogistischen, antiallergischen und reduzierenden Effekt aufweist, keine Nebenerscheinungen hervorruft und eine gute Verträglichkeit besitzt.
Die Erfindung wird nachstehend anhand einer beispielsweisen Ausführung näher erläutert, wobei die Zusammensetzung beim optimalen Verhältnis zum Wirkstoff angewandt wird: 96,20 g der als Grundlage benutzten Salbe wird im Wasserbad bei 35 bis 4O0C während 25 bis 30 Minuten geschmolzen. Danach werden separat 0,10 g Dexamethazon und 0,50 g Acidum Salicylicum aufgelöst und der Salbe beigefügt. Das Gemisch wird gerührt und bis zu 65 bis 70°C erhitzt bis der Alkohol verdampft.

Es werden noch 1,50 g Pix Liquida beigefügt und das Gemisch energisch gerührt und bis zu 35 bis 400C abgekühlt, wonach zum Gemisch 0,10 g Vitamin A Palmitat und 1,60 g Oleum Lavandulae beigefügt v/erden.
Das Präparat besitzt eine hellbraune Farbe und angenehmen Geruch. Es läßt sich leicht mit warmem Wasser und Seife abwaschen. Das Mittel soll in einem trockenen und kühlen Raum aufbewahrt werden.
Das Mittel wird folgendermaßen angewandt: die betroffenen Stellen werden mit dem Präparat einmal täglich eingeschmiert und während 10 Minuten massiert. Danach wird ein Okklusiv-Verband des Kopfes für 12 bis 22 Stunden gemacht, nach welchem die Präparatreste mit warmem Wasser und Seife beseitigt werden.

1. Arzneimittel zur Behandlung von Alopecia Areata auf der Basis von Dexamethazon, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß es
Dexamethazon 0,05 - 0,10 Gew.-Teile
Acidi Salicylic! 0,50 - 1,00 » "
Pix Liquida 1,00-2,00 « »
Vitamin A Palmitat 0,10-0,20 « »
Oleum Lavandulae 1,50-2,00 " » Salbe (als Grundlage) bis zu 100,00
enthält.
2. Arzneimittel gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennze ichnet , daß die als Grundlage benutzte Salbe folgende Zusammensetzung aufweist:
