  • Flüssiges Feinwaschmittel
  • Gegenstand des Hauptpatentes Nr. (Patentanmeldung P 25 29 444.4) ist ein flüssiges Feinwaschmittel mit weichmachender Wirkung, das dadurch gekennzeichnet ist, daß es etwa 7 bis 40 Gew.-% eines C10-C20 Alkylpolyglykoläthers und/oder C6-C20-Alkylphenolpolyglykoläthers, etwa 3 bis 15 Gew.-% zu eines C8-020-Fettsäurepolyglykoläthers und etwa 7 bis 7,5 Gew.-% eines Di-C10-C22-alkyldimethyl- bzw. -äthylammoniumhalogenids sowie gegebenenfalls weitere in Waschmitteln übliche Bestandteile auf wäßriger Basis enthält.
  • Ein solchermaßen zusammengesetztes Waschmittel weist neben einer guten Waschwirkung noch eine ausgezeichnete faserpflegende Wirkung auf und verleiht den damit behandelten Textilien einen weichen Griff.
  • Es wurde nun gefunden, daß man ein flüssiges Feinwaschmittel mit besonders guter Waschwirkung und einer ausgezeichneten weichmachenden Wirkung auf das damit gewaschene Gewebe dann erhält, wenn man als C10-C20-Alkylpolyglykoläther nach dem Hauptpatent ganz oder teilweise einen Fettsäureamidpolyglykoläther einsetzt.
  • Diese Produkte weisen die allgemeinen Struktureinheiten auf, wobei n und m eine ganze Zahl von 3 bis 20, vorzugsweise 5 bis 15, und R einen höheren Alkylrest mit vorzugsweise 8 bis 20 C-Atomen bedeuten.
  • Anstelle der Äthoxylierungsprodukte können selbstverständlich auch die entsprechenden Propsylierungsprodukte Einsatz finden.
  • Die Herstellung und Eigenschaften dieser Verbindungen sind in der Monographie von Kurt Lindner, Tenside, TextilhilfsmitteltWaschrohstoffe, S. 912-914 (Wissenschaftliche Verlagsgesellschaft m.b.H., Stuttgart, 1964) ausführlich beschrieben.
  • Geeignete Handelsprodukte sind beispielsweise unter dem Namen DionilR der Chemischen Werke Hüls bekannt.
  • Im übrigen gelten sämtliche Ausführungsformen des Hauptpatentes auch für das Zusatzpatent.
  • Anwendungsbeispiel Fettsäureamidpolyglykoläther 26,0 Gew.-% (DionilR W 1oo der Chemischen Werke Hüls) Polyäthylenglykol-8oo-dioleat 8,0 Gew.-% Dimyristyldiäthylammoniumchlorid 2,0 Gew.-% Konservierungsmittel (40%-ige 0,3 Gew.-% CH20-Lösung) Parfum 0,7 Gew.-% Farbstofflösung (0,1%-ig) 0,5 Gew.-% Wasser 62,5 Gew.-%

Claims (3)

  1. Patentansprüche Flüssiges Waschmittel mit weichmachender Wirkung nach Patent Nr. (Patentanmeldung P 25 29 444.4), enthaltend etwa 7 bis 40 Gew.-% eines C1o-C2o-Alkylpolyglykoläthers und/oder C6-C20-Alkylphenolpolyglykoläthers, etwa 3 bis 15 Gew.-% eines C8-C20-Fettsäurepolyglykoldiesters, und etwa 1 bis 7,5 Gew.-% eines Di-C10-C22-alkyldimethyl- bzw. -äthylammoniumhalogenids sowie gegebenenfalls noch weitere in Waschmitteln übliche Bestandteile auf wäßriger Basis, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß als C10-C20-Alkylpolyglykoläther ganz oder teilweise ein Fettsäureamidpolyglykoläther eingesetzt wird.

Flüssiges Feinwaschmittel nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Fettsäureamidpolyglykoläther aus Struktureinheiten der allgemeinen Formel wobei n eine ganze Zahl von 3 bis 20, vorzugsweise 5 bis 15, und R einen höheren Alkylrest mit vorzugsweise 8 bis 20 Kohlenstoffatomen bedeuten, besteht.
  3. 3. Flüssiges Feinwaschmittel nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Fettsäureamidpolyglykoläther aus Struktureinheiten der allgemeinen Formel wobei n und m eine ganze Zahl von 3 bis 20, vorzugsweise 5 bis 15, und R einen höheren Alkylrest mit vorzugsweise 8 bis 20 Kohlenstoffatomen bedeuten, besteht.
