Description
- (a) an einer vorbestimmten Position zwischen der Preßmatrize und der Frostlinie ein Temperaturgradient von der Innen fläche zur Außenfläche des Schlauches aufgebaut wird mit einer höheren Augenblickstemperatur an der Außenseite des Schlauches, so daß auf der äußeren Oberfläche des Schlauches eine Haut gebildet wird, die Sphärolithe der Typ III Kristallstruktur enthält, und
- (b) das biaxiale Orientieren so erfolgt, daß sich die Typ III Kristalle in der äußeren Schicht des Schlauches in Typ I und Typ II Kristalle umwandeln und so die Bildung einer schleirigen und unscharfen Folie mit einer Gesamtunschärfe von wenigstens 20% bewirkt wird.
Claims (3)
- (a) an einer vorbestimmten Position zwischen der Preßmatrize und der Frostlinie ein Temperaturgradient von der Innen fläche zur Außenfläche des Schlauches aufgebaut wird mit einer höheren Augenblickstemperatur an der Außenseite des Schlauches, so daß auf der äußeren Oberfläche des Schlauches eine Haut gebildet wird, die Sphärolithe der Typ III Kristallstruktur enthält, und
- (b) das biaxiale Orientieren so erfolgt, daß sich der Typ III Kristalle in der äußeren Schicht des Schlauches in Typ I und Typ II Kristalle umwandeln und so die Bildung einer schleierigen und unscharfen Folie mit einer Gesamtunschärfe von wenigstens 20% bewirkt wird.
