Claims (23)

Europäische Patentanmeldung Nr. 87305475.3 - BAXTER TRAVENOL LABORATORIESINC. Patentansprüche:
1. Laminiertes Folienmaterial für die Herstellung von Verpackungen für elektrisch empfindliche Bestandteile, wobei das laminierte Folienmaterial umfaßt:
eine antistatische Schicht, die einen elektrischen Oberflächenwiderstand

im Bereich von etwa 10 bis 10 0hm pro Flächeneinheit bietet;
eine erste leitfähige Metallschicht, die an der antistatischen Schicht haftet und einen elektrischen Oberflächenwiderstand von weniger als etwa 10 0hm pro Flächeneinheit aufweist;
eine Trägerfilmschicht, die an der ersten leitfähigen Metallschicht haftet; eine zweite leitfähige Metallschicht, die an der Trägerfilmschicht haftet; und
eine klare Schutzschicht, die an der zweiten leitfähigen Metallschicht haftet, um die zweite leitfähige Metallschicht vor Abrieb und Oxydation zu schützen und um den äußeren elektrischen Oberflächenwiderstand der kombinierten zweiten leitfähigen Metallschicht und klaren Schutzschicht im Bereich von etwa 10 bis etwa 10 Ohm pro Flächeneinheit zu halten.
2. Laminiertes Folienmaterial nach Anspruch 1, worin die antistatische Schicht ein wärmesiegelbares Material umfaßt.
3.Laminiertes Folienmaterial nach Anspruch 2, worin die antistatische Schicht ein Material auf Polyolefinbasis umfaßt.
4. Laminiertes Folienmaterial nach Anspruch 1, worin die erste leitfähige Metallschicht, die Trägerschicht und die zweite leitfähige Metallschicht eine kombinierte Lichtdurchlässigkeit im Bereich von etwa 15 % bis etwa

5. Laminiertes Folienmaterial nach Anspruch 4, worin die erste leitfähige Metallschicht, die Trägerschicht und die zweite leitfähige Metallschicht eine kombinierte Lichtdurchlässigkeit im Bereich von etwa 30 % bis etwa 45 % aufweisen.
6. Laminiertes Folienmaterial nach Anspruch 1, worin die erste leitfähige Metallschicht eine kontinuierliche Schicht eines leitfähigen Metalls umfaßt.
7. Laminiertes Folienmaterial nach Anspruch 6, worin das leitfähige Metall aus der Gruppe gewählt ist, die aus Aluminium, Nickel, Cadmium, Zinn,Chrom, Blei, Kupfer, Zink und Verbindungen und Mischungen derselben besteht.
8. Laminiertes Folienmaterial nach Anspruch 7, worin das Metall Aluminium ist.
9. Laminiertes Folienmaterial nach Anspruch 1, worin die erste leitfähige
Metallschicht einen elektrischen Oberflächenwiderstand von weniger als

10 Ohm pro Flächeneinheit aufweist.
10. Laminiertes Folienmaterial nach Anspruch 1, worin die Trägerschicht ein transparentes polymeres Material umfaßt, das aus der Gruppe gewählt ist, die aus Polyester, Polycarbonat, Polypropylen und Polyamid (Nylon) besteht.
11. Laminiertes Folienmaterial nach Anspruch 10, worin die Trägerschicht Polyester enthält.
12. Laminiertes Folienmaterial nach Anspruch 10, worin die Trägerschicht eine Dicke im Bereich von etwa 0,0025 bis etwa 0,002 inch aufweist.
13. Laminiertes Folienmaterial nach Anspruch 1, worin die zweite
leitfähige Metallschicht eine kontinuierliche Schicht von leitfähigem , Metall umfaßt.
14. Laminiertes Folienmaterial nach Anspruch 13, worin die leitfähige Metallschicht aus der Gruppe gewählt ist, die aus Aluminium, Nickel, Cadmium, Zinn, Chrom, Blei, Kupfer, Zink und Verbindungen und Mischungen derselben besteht.
15. Laminiertes Folienmaterial nach Anspruch 14, worin das leitfähige Metall Aluminium umfaßt.
16. Laminiertes Folienmaterial nach Anspruch 13, worin die zweite leitfähige Metallschicht und die Schutzschicht einen elektrischen Oberfläf
bieten.
Oberflächenwiderstand von weniger als etwa 10 Ohm pro Flächeneinheit
17. Laminiertes Folienmaterial nach Anspruch 16, worin die Schutzschicht eine Beschichtung auf Acrylbasis umfaßt.
18. Laminiertes Folienmaterial nach Anspruch 16, worin die Schutzschicht ' eine Beschichtung auf Polyesterbasis umfaßt. j
19. Laminiertes Folienmaterial nach Anspruch 1, weiters umfassend eine Klebstoffschicht zwischen der antistatischen Schicht und der ersten leitfähigen Metallschicht, um die antistatische Schicht an die erste leitfähige Metallschicht zu binden.
20. Laminiertes Folienmaterial nach Anspruch 19, worin die Klebstoffschicht einen thermoplastischen, druck- und/oder wärmeempfindlichen Klebstoff umfaßt.
21. Laminiertes Folienmaterial nach Anspruch 20, worin die Klebstoffschicht einen Klebstoff auf Urethanbasis umfaßt.
22. Laminiertes Folienmaterial nach Anspruch 20, worin die
Klebstoffschicht einen Klebstoff auf Acrylbasis umfaßt.
23. Umhüllung, die aus dem laminierten Folienmaterial nach Anspruch 1 ausgebildet ist, worin die antistatische Schicht die Innenfläche der Umhüllung umfaßt und mit sich selbst versiegelt ist, um einem Verschluß der Umhüllung zu bilden.
