Description

Die Erfindung geht aus von einer Vorrichtung nach dem Oberbegriff des Anspruchs 1.
Eine Vorrichtung dieser Art ist nach der US-PS 32 57 256 bekannt
Allgemein wird zum Stand der Technik bemerkt:
Beutelherstellungsmaschinen zum Herstellen von Beuteln aus thermoplastischem Bahnmaterial können so aufgebaut sein, daß sie seitlich oder unten geschweißte Beutel herstellen. Seitlich geschweißte Beutel werden hergestellt, indem eine Rolle aus thermoplastischem Material abgewickelt und entlang oder in der Nähe der Längsmittellinie umgefaltet wird. Die gefaltete Bahn wird stufenweise über eine intermittierend umlaufende, als untere Schweißstange dienende Stützwalze vorgeschoben. Über der Stützwalze ist die querverlaufende, auf- und abbewegbar angeordnete Schweißstange vorgesehen, die die Bahn erfaßt- und verschweißt und abtrennt, wenn sie gegen die Stützwalze gedrückt wird. Wenn die obere Schweißstange nach oben bewegt wird, wird die Stützwalze mit einer Oberflächengeschwindigkeit gedreht, die größer als die Anfangsgeschwindigkeit der Bahn ist, damit die Tendenz des Bereichs der Bahn, der in Berührung mit der Stützwalze geschmolzen worden ist, an der Stützwalze festzukleben, überwunden wird. Beutelherstellungsmaschinen zur Herstellung unten geschweißter Beutel weisen dieselbe Tendenz auf. Bisher gab es keine zufriedenstellend arbeitende Einrichtung, die ein Anhaften der Bahn an den Schweißstangen verhinderte.
Aufgabe der Erfindung ist es, eine Vorrichtung eingangs genannter Art anzugeben, die eine Wärmebeschädigung des vorderen Teils der Bahn durch die Schweiß- und Schneidstation verhindert, wenn die Beutelherstellung um einen oder mehrere Arbeitstakte unterbrochen wird.
Die Lösung dieser Aufgabe ist in dem Kennzeichen des Anspruchs 1 angegeben.
Die Erfindung bewirkt bei einer Unterbrechung der Beutelherstellung über einen oder mehrere Arbeitszyklen ein sicheres Zurückziehen des Bahnmaterials aus dem Schweißstangenbereich, so daß der erwärmte Bereich der Bahn zuverlässig von den Schweißstangen abgestreift wird, bevor die Bahn bei Wiederaufnahme der Beutelherstellung wieder schrittweise vorgeschoben wird.
Eine konstruktiv besonders einfache Ausführungsform der Maschine ist im Kennzeichen des Anspruchs 2 angegeben.
Die Erfindung wird im folgenden an einem Ausführungsbeispiel unter Hinweis auf die beigefügten
ίο Zeichnungen beschrieben
Fig. 1 zeigt die Schweiß- und Schneidstation einer Beutelherstellungsmaschine;
Fi g. 2 zeigt die Schweißstation mit aus dem Bereich der Schweißstangen zurückgezogener Bahn.
is Die Bahn W wird in der Beutelherstellungsmaschine 10 in Richtung des Pfeiles A einer Schweiß- und Schneidstation 30 zugeführt Der Bahnantrieb ist so eingerichtet, daß er die Bahn um eine vorbestimmte Länge vorschiebt, die von der Beutellänge abhängt, wenn ein schlauchförmiges Material verwendet wird, und die von der Breite des gewünschten Beutels abhängt, wenn flaches, gefaltetes Bahnmaterial verarbeitet wird. Nach dem Vorschub der gewünschten Bahnlängf. wird die Bewegung der Bahn angehalten, so daß es den Schweiß- und Schneideinrichtungen der Station 30 möglich ist, die Bahn abzutrennen und entlang einer Querlinie unterhalb der Schweißstange zu schweißen.
Die Schweiß- und Schneidstation 30 weist eine obere Schweißstange 122 auf, die mit einer unteren Schweißstange 124 zusammenwirkt.
Nachdem die Bahn in Querrichtung abgetrennt und geschweißt worden ist, wird der dadurch hergestellte Beutel abgelegt und gestapelt.
Elemente, die für den intermittierenden Vorschub der Bahn W, die Schweißung und den Transport der Beutel von der Schweiß- und Schneidstation 30 vorgesehen sind, sind in Fig. 1 gezeigt. Die Bahn Wwird durch ein Paar Zugwalzen 40 und 42 aufgenommen, und zwar durch eine obere und eine untere Zugwalze. Die Zugwalzen sind mit einem Gummiüberzug versehen, der in in axialem Abstand liegenden Intervallen geschlitzt ist und ein Paar von Abstreiffingern 44 und 46 aufnimmt, die starr an Querstangen 48 und 49 befestigt sind.
Die obere Zugwalze 40 ist um 52 schwenkbar in Gliedern 50 gelagert.
Die untere Zugwalze 42 wird durch eine Kette oder einen Steuerriemen 54 intermittierend angetrieben, der
so um eine Riemenscheibe 56 verläuft, die auf eine Welle 58 aufgekeilt ist, die in Lagern 60 drehbar angeordnet ist, die durch eine rohrförmige Hülse 62 getragen werden.
Die Welle 58, die die untere Zugwalze 42 über die Riemenscheibe 56 und den Steuerriemen 54 antreibt, wird intermittierend gedreht und fördert und stoppt die Bewegung der Bahn. Zur Erzielung eines derartigen intermittierenden Vorschubs ist der Welle 58 eine Bremskupplung 64 zugeordnet.
Ein Bremsring 102 der Bremskupplung 64 ist über Lager 104 drehbar auf der Hülse 62 angeordnet. Der Bremsring 102 ist mit einem Ansatz 106 versehen, in den eine Schraube 108 eingeschraubt ist, die ein Gelenk für einen Klotz UO bildet, der an der Stange 112 eines Linear-Betätigungsorgans, nämlich eines Zylinders 114 befestigt ist. Der Bremsring 102 ist an einer Bremsspule der Bremskupplung 64 befestigt und dafür vorgesehen, die vordere Kante der Bahn Wum einen ausreichenden Abstand von der Schweiß- und Schneidstation 30
zurückzuziehen, wenn die Maschine 10 angehalten wird und damit eine Wärmebeschädigung und folglich eine Zerstörung der vorderen Bahnkante zu vermeiden.
Der Zylinder 114 wird zurückgezogen oder vorgeschoben, je nachdem, ob die Maschine zur Herstellung von Beuteln in Betrieb oder gestoppt ist Wenn der »Aus«-Knopf der elektrischen Steuerschaltung niedergedrückt wird und der Hauptantriebsmotor von der Leitung getrennt wird, wird ein Zeit-Verzögerungsrelais eingeschaltet und läuft ab. Ein Solenoid-Ventil wird sodann betätigt und schiebt die Stange 112 des Zylinders 114 vor. Zugleich wird die Bremsspule erregt und unterbricht die Antriebsverbindung zwischen einer Eingangswelle, die kontinuierlich umläuft, und der Welle 58, die die Zugwalzen 40 und 42 dreht Da der Bremsring 102 mit der Bremsspule starr verbunden ist, bewirkt eine Betätigung des Zylinders 114 eine Drehung der Welle 58. Dadurch wird eine Wärmebeschädigung des VOi deren Bereiches der Bahn durch die Schweiß- und Schneidstation 30 verhindert, wenn die Beutelherstellung für einen oder mehrere Arbeitstakte unterbrochen wird.
Der Ring 102 weist einen radial vorspringenden Ansatz 116 auf, dessen Winkelbahn durch Anschläge 118 und 120 begrenzt wird.
In Fig. 1 befindet sich der Zylinder 114 in seiner zurückgezogenen Stellung und bringt den in ausgezogenen Linien dargestellten Ansatz 116 in feste Berührung mit dem Anschlag 118. Bei einem Vorschieben der Stange 112 aus dem Zylinder 114 wird der Ring 102 gedreht, so daß der Ansatz 116 in Berührung mit dem
ίο Anschlag 120 gebracht wird. Dieser Zustand ist in strichpunktierten Linien dargestellt Zugleich wird die untere Zugwalze 42 aufgrund des Umlaufs des Steuerriemens 54 um die Riemenscheibe 56 gedreht Da die Zugwalze 40 gegen die Zugwalze 42 gepreßt wird, werden beide Walzen zugleich gedreht und ziehen die Bahn W rückwärts in Richtung des Pfeiles T von der Schweiß- und Schneidstation 30 ab und vermeiden somit jegliche Beschädigung der Folie aufgrund der Wärme, die durch die Schweißstangen ausgestrahlt wird, wenn die Maschine über einen oder mehrere Arbeitstakte abgeschaltet wird.

Claims (2)

Patentansprüche:
1. Vorrichtung zum Abziehen einer schrittweise in einer Richtung für die Beutelherstellung geförderten Bahn aus thermoplastischem Material von einer gegenüber einer unteren Schweißstange auf- und abbewegten oberen Schweißstange, die die Bahn in Längsabständen, die den Förderschritten entsprechen, quer zu ihrer Förderrichtung in den Pausen zwischen den Förderschritten querschweißt und trennt, gekennzeichnet durch eine auf eine Unterbrechung der Beutelherstellung über einen oder mehrere Arbeitstakte ansprechende Steuerschaltung, die zeitverzögert nach dem Anhalten von Vorzugswalzen (40, 42) für die Bahn (W) ein Linearbetätigungsorgan (112, 114) zum Zurückziehen der Bahn (W) aus dem Bereich der Schweißstangen (122,124) betätigt
2. Maschine nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Steuerschaltung ein Zeitverzögerungsrelais enthält, das ein Solenoid-Ventil zum Betätigen des als Kolben-Zylinder-Aggregat ausgebildeten Linearbetätigungsorgans (112,114) erregt
