Claims (8)

1. Implantatteil in einem Zahnimplantat, mit einem dem Implan­ tatteil (4) zugeordneten, in Richtung der Längsachse (7) des Zahnimplantats (1) wirkenden Federelement (5, 8), dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Implantatteil (4) zwei separate Abschnitte (4a, 4b) aufweist, die in Richtung der Längsachse (7) formschlüssig, je­ doch mit Bewegungsspiel zu verbinden sind, wobei das Federele­ ment in einen Freilaufbereich (10, 11) zwischen die beiden Ab­ schnitte (4a, 4b) eingesetzt ist und die beiden Abschnitte (4a, 4b) mit einer in Richtung der Längsachse (7) wirkenden Feder­ kraft beaufschlagt.
2. Implantatteil nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jeder Abschnitt (4a, 4b) einen Verbindungsbereich (9) und einen sich daran anschließenden Freilaufbereich (10, 11) auf­ weist, wobei die beiden Freilaufbereiche (10, 11) gemeinsam das Bewegungsspiel definieren.
3. Implantatteil nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Verbindungsbereich (9) als Verschraubungsbereich aus­ geführt ist.
4. Implantatteil nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Verbindungsbereich (9) als Bajonettverschluss ausge­ führt ist.
5. Implantatteil nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Federelement (5) ein Gummiring ist.
6. Implantatteil nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Federelement (8) eine Schraubenfeder ist.
7. Implantatteil nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Implantatteil eine Sekundärkrone (4) des Zahnimplan­ tats (1) ist, welche Träger einer im sichtbaren Bereich liegen­ den Verblendung oder Prothese ist.
8. Implantatteil nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein Abschnitt der Sekundärkrone (4) ein Trägerteil (4a) für die Aufnahme der Verblendung bzw. Prothese und ein Ab­ schnitt ein Verbindungsteil (4b) zur Verbindung mit einem Auf­ baupfosten (3) des Zahnimplantats (1) bildet.
