Claims (12)

1. Dicht- und/oder Federscheibe als Implantatteil in einem Zahnimplantat zum Einsatz in der zahnärztlichen Implantologie, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie einen definierten circumferenten Schlitz aufweist und ihre Stärke zentripetal abnehmend ist.
2. Dicht- und/oder Federscheibe nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie durch den Schlitz in zwei gleich starke zusammenhän­ gende Anteile aufgeteilt wird.
3. Dicht- und/oder Federscheibe nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jeder Anteil (3, 4) flexibel ist und sich beide Anteile unter Last einander annähern können.
4. Dicht- und/oder Federscheibe nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Außendurchmesser der Dicht- und/oder Federscheibe dem zervikalem Außendurchmesser des Kieferimplantates und/oder dem Außendurchmesser des basalen Aufbaupfostendurchmessers ent­ spricht.
5. Dicht- und/oder Federscheibe nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie einstückig mit einem anderen Implantatteil verbunden ist und dass ein Anteil (7, 8) der Scheibe im Implantatteil (29) aufgeht oder verloren geht.
6. Dicht- und/oder Federscheibe nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der cirkumferente Schlitz durch eine dünne und flexible Folie abgedeckt ist.
7. Dicht- und/oder Federscheibe nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie aus Feingold oder Titan besteht.
8. Dicht- und/oder Federscheibe nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie sich beim Verschrauben der Implantatteile an die Ober­ flächengeometrie (21, 22) von Implantat und/oder Aufbaupfosten anpasst.
9. Dicht- und/oder Federscheibe nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie zwischen Implantat (2) und Aufbaupfosten (3) platziert wird.
10. Dicht- und/oder Federscheibe nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie sich nach einer Lasteinwirkung nach entsprechender Verformung wieder zurückstellt.
11. Dicht- und/oder Federscheibe nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie durch axial wirkende Federkraft den Aufbaupfosten ge­ gen Rotation und/oder die Zentralschraube gegen Abschrauben si­ chert.
12. Dicht- und/oder Federscheibe nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie eine zentrale Ausnehmung aufweist.
