Claims (20)

1. Modular aufgebaute Knochenraspel oder modular auf­ gebautes Schaftimplantat mit einem proximalen Teil und mit einem distalen Teil sowie mit Kupplungs­ mitteln zur lösbaren Verbindung des proximalen Teils mit dem distalen Teil, dadurch gekenn­ zeichnet, daß das proximale Teil (6) einen von proximal nach distal durchgehenden Kanal (13) auf­ weist, daß das distale Teil (2) einen von dessen distalem Ende her in den Kanal (13) einschiebbaren und im voll eingeschobenen Zustand im Inneren des Kanals (13) endenden Halteschaft (4) aufweist, der an seinem freien Ende in Form einer Hülse endet, deren Wandbereiche (19) elastisch aufweitbar sind, und daß in das proximale Ende des Kanals (13) ein in das hülsenförmige Ende des Halteschaftes (4) eingreifendes und die Wandbereiche (19) der Hülse dabei aufweitendes und gegen die Innenseite des Kanals (13) klemmendes Klemmelement (23) einsetz­ bar ist.
2. Knochenraspel oder Schaftimplantat nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Klemmelement (23) einen konischen, in die Hülse eintauchenden Klemmabschnitt (25) trägt.
3. Knochenraspel oder Schaftimplantat nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Klemmele­ ment (23) in das proximale Ende des Kanals (13) einschraubbar ist.
4. Knochenraspel oder Schaftimplantat nach Anspruch 2 und nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sich ein Außengewindeabschnitt (26) proximal an den Klemmabschnitt (25) des Klemmelements (23) an­ schließt.
5. Knochenraspel oder Schaftimplantat nach einem der Ansprüche 3 oder 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Klemmelement (23) an seinem proximalen Ende einen unrunden Anlageabschnitt (27) für ein Dreh­ werkzeug aufweist.
6. Knochenraspel oder Schaftimplantat nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Anlageabschnitt (27) einen Außen- oder einen Innenmehrkant bildet.

Knochenraspel oder Schaftimplantat nach einem der voranstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Wandbereich (19) der Hülse an seiner Aus­ senseite radial abstehende Vorsprünge (20) trägt, die bei vollständig in den Kanal (13) eingeschobenem Halteschaft (4) Vorsprünge (14) an der Innen­ seite des Kanals (13) derart hintergreifen, daß der Halteschaft (4) gegen ein Herausziehen aus dem Kanal (13) gesichert ist, und daß die Vorsprünge (20) am Wandbereich (19) der Hülse elastisch radi­ al nach innen verschiebbar sind, bis sie bei einem Herausziehen des Halteschaftes (4) aus dem Kanal (13) an den Vorsprüngen (14) an der Innenseite des Kanals (13) vorbeigleiten können.
8. Knochenraspel oder Schaftimplantat nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der die Vorsprünge (20) tragende Wandbereich (19) der Hülse elastisch radial nach innen verbiegbar ist.
9. Knochenraspel oder Schaftimplantat nach einem der voranstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Wandbereich der Hülse durch achsparallele Einschnitte (18) in elastisch verbiegbare Zungen (19) unterteilt ist.
10. Knochenraspel oder Schaftimplantat nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die elastischen Zungen (19) an ihrem freien Ende radial nach außen abstehende Vorsprünge (20) tragen.
11. Knochenraspel oder Schaftimplantat nach einem der Ansprüche 7 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Vorsprung an der Innenseite des Kanals (13) durch eine stufenförmige Erweiterung (14) des Kanals (13) in proximaler Richtung gebildet wird.
12. Knochenraspel oder Schaftimplantat nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die stufenförmige Erweiterung (14) abgeschrägt ist.
13. Knochenraspel oder Schaftimplantat nach einem der Ansprüche 7 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Vorsprünge (20) am Wandbereich (19) der Hülse eine abgeschrägte Aufgleitfläche (21) aufweisen.
14. Knochenraspel oder Schaftimplantat nach einem der Ansprüche 7 bis 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Innenseite des Kanals (13) in dessen Längs­ richtung im Abstand zueinander mehrere Vorsprünge (14a, 14b) für die Vorsprünge (20) des Halteschaf­ tes (4) trägt und daß zwischen dem proximalen Teil (6) und dem distalen Teil (2) ein Distanzelement (32) angeordnet ist, welches die Einschubtiefe des Halteschaftes (4) in den Kanal (13) derart be­ grenzt, daß die Vorsprünge (20) am Halteschaft (4) einen der distal verlagerten Vorsprünge (14b) an der Innenseite des Kanals (13) hintergreifen.
15. Knochenraspel oder Schaftimplantat nach Anspruch 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Distanzelement (32) eine auf den Halteschaft (4) aufgeschobene Distanzhülse ist.
16. Knochenraspel oder Schaftimplantat nach Anspruch 14 oder 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß entspre­ chend der Lage der Vorsprünge (14a, 14b) im Kanal (13) und entsprechend der Länge des Distanzelemen­ tes (32) unterschiedlich lange Klemmelemente (23) vorgesehen sind.
17. Knochenraspel oder Schaftimplantat nach einem der Ansprüche 7 bis 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Klemmelement (23) einen in die Hülse des Hal­ teschaftes (4) eintauchenden, eine elastische Ver­ schiebung der Vorsprünge (20) des Halteschafts (4) nach innen verhindernden Blockierabschnitt (24) trägt, der jedoch die Wandbereiche (19) der Hülse nicht klemmend gegen die Innenseite des Kanals (13) verschiebt.
18. Knochenraspel oder Schaftimplantat nach Anspruch 17, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sich der Blockier­ abschnitt (24) unmittelbar distal an den Klemmab­ schnitt (25) des Klemmelements (23) anschließt.
19. Knochenraspel oder Schaftimplantat nach Anspruch 18, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Blockier­ abschnitt (24) durch einen kreiszylindrischen Stift gebildet wird.
20. Knochenraspel oder Schaftimplantat nach einem der voranstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das proximale Teil (6) und das distale Teil (2) Anzeigeelemente (30, 31) tragen, an denen die Winkelstellung um die durch die Längsachse des Ka­ nals (13) definierte Drehachse des distalen Teils (2) relativ zum proximalen Teil (6) ablesbar ist.
