Claims (19)

1. Versteifungsmaterial, gekennzeichnet durch mindestens zwei Materialien, wobei das/die umhüllenden Materiali­ en einen höheren Erweichungspunkt gegenüber dem die In­ nenschicht bzw. innere Faser bildenden Materials be­ sitzt und deren dreidimensionale Verformung nach Zusam­ menführung.
2. Versteifungsmaterial nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekenn­ zeichnet, dass die Materialien Fasern sind.
3. Versteifungsmaterial nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekenn­ zeichnet, dass die Materialien bahnenförmige Flächenge­ bilde (3; 4; 5) sind.
4. Versteifungsmaterial nach Anspruch 1 und 3, gekennzeich­ net durch eine Fixierung der bahnenförmigen Flächenge­ bilde (3; 4; 5) vor der dreidimensionalen Verformung.
5. Versteifungsmaterial nach Anspruch 1 und 3, gekennzeich­ net durch eine Fixierung der bahnförmigen Flächengebil­ de (3; 4; 5) während der dreidimensionalen Verformung.
6. Versteifungsmaterial nach mindestens einem der Ansprü­ che 1 und 3 bis 5, gekennzeichnet durch eine Fixierung durch Erweichen der Mittelschicht (4).
7. Versteifungsmaterial nach mindestens einem der Ansprü­ che 1 und 3 bis 6, gekennzeichnet durch eine Fixierung durch Zugabe einer geringen Menge an Kunstharz.
8. Versteifungsmaterial nach mindestens einem der Ansprü­ che 1 und 3 bis 7, gekennzeichnet durch die Zugabe des Kunstharzes vor der Zusammenführung der bahnenförmigen Flächengebilde (3; 4; 5).
9. Versteifungsmaterial nach mindestens einem der Ansprü­ che 1 und 3 bis 8 gekennzeichnet durch die Zugabe des Kunstharzes zum Zeitpunkt der Fixierung der bahnenförmi­ gen Flächengebilde (3; 4; 5).
10. Versteifungsmaterial nach mindestens einem der Ansprü­ che 1 und 3 bis 9, gekennzeichnet durch die Zugabe des Kunstharzes während der dreidimensionalen Verformung der zusammengeführten Flächengebilde (3; 4; 5).
11. Versteifungsmaterial nach Anspruch 1 und 2, gekennzeich­ net durch Vliese, Gestricke, Gewebe bestehend aus Fasern mit niedrigem Erweichungspunkt, umgeben von Fasern mit höherem Erweichungspunkt.
12. Versteifungsmaterial nach mindestens einem der Ansprü­ che 1 und 3 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die bah­ nenförmigen Flächengebilde (3; 4; 5) aus Gewirken, Ge­ stricken, Vliesen, Gittern u. ä. bestehen.
13. Versteifungsmaterial nach mindestens einem der Ansprü­ che 1 und 3 bis 10 und 12, gekennzeichnet durch eine Mittelschicht (4) in Gitterstruktur.
14. Versteifungsmaterial nach mindestens einem der Ansprü­ che 1 und 3 bis 10 und 12 bis 13, gekennzeichnet durch gleiches Material für die bahnförmigen Flächengebilde (3; 5).
15. Versteifungsmaterial nach mindestens einem der Ansprü­ che 1 und 3 bis 10 und 12 bis 13, gekennzeichnet durch unterschiedliche Materialen für die bahnförmigen Flä­ chengebilde (3; 5).
16. Versteifungsmaterial nach mindestens einem der Ansprü­ che 1 bis 15, gekennzeichnet durch eine dreidimensio­ nale Verformung unter Wärme und/oder Druck.
17. Versteifungsmaterial nach mindestens einem der Ansprü­ che 1 bis 16, gekennzeichnet durch eine dreidimensiona­ le Verformung unter Wärme und/oder Druck in wenigstens einer Richtung senkrecht zur ursprünglichen Ebene unter Bildung der gewünschten geometrischen Struktur.
18. Versteifungsmaterial nach mindestens einem der Ansprü­ che 1 bis 17, gekennzeichnet durch eine dreidimensiona­ le Verformung unter Bildung von Näpfchen, Kegelstümp­ fen.
19. Versteifungsmaterial nach mindestens einem der Ansprü­ che 1 bis 18 dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Höhe der dreidimensionalen Verformung bis zu 20 mm beträgt.
