Description
Das Hauptpatent 19 28 662 befaßt sich mit einisr
Vorrichtung zum Hochfrequenzverschweißen von PVC-Schaum mit siebartig durchbrochenen Materialien
wie Trikot, Nessel, perforierte Folie od. dgl, zwischen
relativ zueinander bewegbaren Elektroden, wobei wenigstens die auf der Seite des siebartig durchbrechenen
Materials befindliche Elektrode mit einer Isolierschicht versehen ist, die an ihrer dem Schweißgiul
zugekehrten Seite mit zahlreichen verhältnismäßigkleinen Erhebungen und/odtr Vertiefungen versehen.
ist Damit wird erreicht, daß C ;r während des. Schweißvorganges durch den HF-Strom erwärmte undi
in plastischen Zustand versetzte PVC-Schaum durch das. siebartig durchbrochene Material hindurch zwischen die
Erhebungen bzw. Vertiefungen eindringt und sich nach Abkühlen mit dem Gewebe mechanisch verankert
Die vorliegende Erfindung befaßt sich mit der Weiterbildung der Isolierschicht, wie sie im Hauptpatent
erwähnt ist, für das HF-Verschweißen von Kunststoffschaum, insbesondere PVC-Schaum, bzw. von
mit PVC oder MP getränkten Schäumen, Vliesen oder Matten mit siebartig durchbrochenen Materialien wie
Trikot, Nessel, textile Stoffe, perforierte Kunststc-!folien
od. dgl. Erfindungsgemäß ist die Isolierschicht an ihrer dem Schweißgut zugekehrten Seite mit Sacklöcher
versehen. Diese sind vorzugsweise so ausgebildet, daß die verbleibende Oberfläche nach Art einer Drahtgewebestruktur
gestaltet ist
Die Erfindung ist in der Zeichnung in Ausführungsbeispielen gezeigt und wird anhand dieser im folgenden
erläutert Es zeigt
F i g. 1 im Querschnitt eine mit einer Drahtgewebestruktur ausgebildete Isolierstoffunterlage,
F i g. 2 in entsprechender Weise eine mit Sacklöchern versehene Isolierstoffunterlage.
Gemäß F i g. 1 ist die Isolierstoffunterlage mit den Erhebungen 1 bzw. den Vertiefungen 2 versehen. Wie
gezeigt können sich diese Erhebungen bzw. Vertiefungen in Blickrichtung bis auf die mittlere Höhe 3
erniedrigen bzw. erhöhen. Anstelle dessen könnten sich die Erhebungen 1 in Blickrichtung aber auch bis zum
Grund der Vertiefungen 2 erniedrigen bzw. könnten sich die Vertiefungen 2 bis zur Höhe der Erhebungen 1
erhöhen. Ebenso könnten beliebige Zwischenwerte in der einen oder anderen Weise gewählt werden.
Nach Fig.2 ist die Isolierstoffunterlage an ihrer einen Seite mit den Sacklöchern 4 versehen, wobei diese
selbstverständlich jegliche Querschnittsform aufweisen können und darüber hinausgehend selbstverständlich
auch nicht mit dem planen Boden 5 ausgebildet sein müssen, sondern im Längsschnitt betrachtet jedwede
andere Form aufweisen können.

Claims (2)
1. Vorrichtung zum Hochfrequenzverschweißein
von PVC-Schaum mit siebartig durchbrochenen Materialien wie Trikot, Nessel, perforierte Folie
oddgL, zwischen relativ zueinander bewegbaren
Elektroden, wobei wenigstens die auf der Seite des siebartig durchbrochenen Materials befindliche
Elektrode mit einer Isolierschicht versehen ist, die an ι ο
ihrer dem Schweißgut zugekehrten Seite miil zahlreichen verhältnismäßig kleinen Erhebungen
und/oder Vertiefungen versehen ist, nach Hauptpatent
1928622, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Isolierschicht an ihrer dem Schweißgmt
zugekehrten Seite mit Sacklöchern (4) versehen ist
2. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Sacklöcher so ausgebildet sind, daß· die verbleibende Oberfläche nach Art einer Draitgewebestmkisr
gestaltet ist
