Abstract
The invention relates to a method for producing loop pile goods on double carpet weaving machines, wherein in each tour (I, II) one weft thread (11, 12; 21, 22) is inserted in each weft insertion plane and the upper and the lower weft insertion plane each have a group of Warp threads for a first or second loop pile fabric (1, 2) is assigned. With the aim of increasing the productivity of the production and improving the elasticity of the step, the process is improved in that in two successive tours (I, II) a thick weft thread (11, 21) for spreading and supporting the pile loops (132, 232) and a thin weft thread (12, 22) for fixing the pile loop (132, 232) to the base fabric in each weft insertion plane that the assignment of the thick (21, 11) and thin weft threads (22, 12) after each of these tours (I, II) changes that the patterning pile thread (132, 232) regularly engages around the thick weft thread (11, 21) alone and that the non-patterning pile threads (131, 231) in these two tours (I , II) are regularly stretched between the thick (11, 21) and the thin weft (12, 22).
Description
The invention relates to a method for producing loop pile goods Double carpet weaving machines with at least two superimposed ones Weft insertion levels, in which a weft thread is inserted in each tour, the top and bottom weft insertion levels and theirs respectively immediately adjacent specialist levels a group of warp threads for a first or second loop pile goods is assigned and each group of warp thread a pile thread choir, at least one binding chain for the formation of the basic wa right and possibly a filling chain.
It is known to use a so-called one-sided bouclé imitation on weaving machines with a To produce a shed (Osswald: "carpet industry" Melliand textile reports 1965, Page 52).
In a first tour, a thick shot is entered, which is on one side of a pile of pile threads and on the other side a tie chain the bottom goods that are regularly tense, included. In a second tour entered a thinner shot on the other side of the binding chain over which outside also the pile thread binds.
With such a product you can also use a second binding chain and filling warp threads to stabilize the basic product between the shots of the basic product hen (Buurmann: "Handbook of home textiles", German specialist publisher, Frankfurt, Page 42) This filling chain contributes to the stabilization of the basic goods and hinders them the shining through of possibly inserted dead poles on the visible side of the carpet. Such carpets, which are also known as so-called smooth or kilim carpets, find many areas of application in practice, they are robust and easy to use clean using a vacuum cleaner.
The disadvantage of these carpets, however, is that their productivity is manufacturing is too low and the cost of such a carpet, especially if it is multicolored, u. U. are higher than the cost of a high quality Pile carpet. The use of such patterned carpets has therefore so far been maintained within limits. It is limited to areas where pile carpets are used for their high dirt absorption capacity cannot be used.
With this procedure the auxiliary weft threads holding the loops are supported during the Manufacture on boards arranged in the warp direction. These auxiliary weft threads thus ensure the formation of sufficiently large loops. As soon as the auxiliary are released from the sinkers, the two separate Loop pile fabrics from each other. There are two independent from each other Loop carpets. The auxiliary shots can either be inside the Leave the loop or pull it out to the side.
The advantage of this procedure is high productivity. A Weaving machine can do two carpets at the same time with high working speed produce. The disadvantage of such a product is that it achieves this Free-standing pole loops are just as receptive to dirt as that Carpets with a pile in a classic way.
For laying out areas heavily and with street shoes in Public buildings, however, are required to have sufficient flooring a low absorption due to the elasticity of the steps and good sound absorption assets for dirt and the dirt reliably with simple means can be removed. A floor covering that can be used for this is basically through the one-sided bouclé imitation known. The high manufacturers are unsatisfactory costs and the limited resilience.
The object of the present invention is a method for the production to propose one-sided bouclé imitations or loop pile goods with the Carpets or carpets of this type can be produced inexpensively. The loop pile fabric thus produced is said to have a sufficiently high tread load ensure quality.
According to the invention, this object is achieved by the features of claim 1 solved surprisingly simple way.
On the one hand, this method of working produces two carpets of equal quality produced on one machine at the same time at high working speed. The The binding used allows a high shot density. It is avoided that cavities form in which dirt can settle, which then cannot is more or difficult to remove.
Another decisive advantage is that you can also use the Pedal elasticity can influence in a positive way. Because the filling chain and the stretched and relatively loosely bound, non-patterning pile threads between the base fabric and the weft threads leading the pile loops are arranged, the step elasticity increases significantly. The so produced For this reason, carpets or the carpeting are with clear advantages suitable for covering floors with high frequency and mostly with Street shoes are committed.
The construction of the carpet fabric allows the fabric density to be very accurate to adapt to given values so that the patterns are also contiguous zender delivery sheets can be joined together without interference.
The variations of the method according to claim 2 optimize in particular the Advantages in terms of higher step elasticity.
With the method according to claim 3 is achieved in the areas of the pile thread alternating clean contours at the pattern borders.
The modification of the method according to claim 4 allows the shot to be support elements, usually it is the gripper rods, vibration-free on the to lead taut threads of the filling chain.
The variant according to claim 5, on the other hand, has the advantage that the pole side of the upper fabric is not pulled over the needle roller of the goods take-off must become.
The method of claim 6 is useful if a weaving machine for Is available, with which three weft threads can be inserted at the same time nen. The advantages mentioned in relation to claim 3 can also be achieved with a 3- reach protective weaving machine with 2-speed operation.
The variation of the method according to claim 7 uses the third one to be entered Weft thread to further increase the elasticity of the step.
In the claims, to differentiate the weft threads regularly from spoken thick and thin weft threads. However, that doesn't mean that registered weft threads actually with regard to their absolute thicknesses to be divorced.
By the thick weft we mean the weft that is regular supports and guides the pile loops of the top layer of the carpet.
We regularly understand a thin weft thread to mean the weft thread ensures the stabilization of the basic goods and on the feet of the pile loops can be fixed.
In den dazugehörenden Zeichnungen zeigenThe invention will be explained in more detail below using exemplary embodiments be tert. Show in the accompanying drawings

In Fig. 1 a pair of loop pile goods 1 , 2 is shown, which are produced simultaneously on a double-carpet weaving machine. The view shows a section in the warp direction and schematically the position of both loop pile goods 1 , 2 immediately after completing the weaving process after leaving the fabric stop edge.
In both loop pile goods 1 , 2 , the filling chains 15 , 25 initially extend in the warp direction. In parallel, the pile threads 131 , 132 that are not currently patterned are guided. We also call the non-patterning pile threads the dead poles or the dead pole strand.
Tour wechseln dabei die Bindeketten ihre Position gegenüber den Schussfäden 12, 22.So-called thick wefts 11 , 21 , which support and guide the patterning pile threads, are entered above these stretched filling chains 15 , 25 . So-called thin weft threads 12 , 22 are inserted below this elongated filling chain 15 , 25 and below the non-patterning pile threads 131 , 231 , which on the one hand fix the feet of the pile loops 132 , 232 below the filler chains 15 , 25 and tolu poles 131 , 231 . On the other hand, they form together with the binding chains 141 , 142 ; 241 , 242 the respective basic goods. The binding chains preferably change their position in relation to the weft threads 12 , 22 after every second tour.
The non-patterned pile threads, the dead poles 131 , 231 and the patterned pile threads 132 , 232 can change according to the pattern, as shown in the right part of the bottom fabric 2 . There the previously patterned pile thread 232 changes after its last binding at the bottom via a weft 22 into the dead pile strand 231 . In this case, the newly patterning pile thread 232 'begins its patterning directly from the dead pole strand 231 .
If the jacquard machine used permits, the new pattern pile thread 232 'can also be guided around the bottom of the weft 22 before the start of its patterning ( FIG. 1, bottom fabric). This makes the pattern boundaries on the visible side clearer.
In the production of these two loop pile goods 1 , 2 , two shots 11 , 22 and 12 , 21 are regularly entered simultaneously. The weft insertion devices are each provided with a weft thread changing device known per se, which can perform the regular change between a thick 11 , 21 and a thin weft thread 12 , 22 in each weft insertion plane. In a first tour I, first a thick weft thread 11 for the upper fabric 1 and a thin weft thread 22 for the lower fabric 2 are inserted. The patterns of the pile threads can be found in the respective outer compartment. In the second tour II, a thin weft thread 12 is inserted into the upper fabric 1 and a thick weft thread 21 into the lower fabric 2 . The patterning pile threads 132 , 232 are here for both goods 1 , 2 in a middle compartment level.
With these two tours I, II the work report for a loop formation in each of the loop pile goods 1 , 2 is completed. It repeats in this form as often as you like.
FIG. 2 shows an arrangement analogous to FIG. 1. Here, however, the outer fabric 1 'is woven in such a way that its pole side faces the lower fabric 2 . The thick weft threads 11 'are inserted below the filling chain 15 , while the thin weft threads 12 ' are inserted above the filling chain 15 and above the dead poles 131 . The weft threads 12 'also form the basic fabric above these stretched threads 15 , 131 together with the binding chains 141 , 142 .
The embodiments according to FIGS. 1 and Fig. 2 have in common that the filling warp 15, 25 and the Totpolstrang 131, 231 not included in the basic fabric are. They are held relatively loosely between the base goods and the plane of the thick wefts 11 , 21 . The connection between the base fabric and the thick weft threads 11 , 21 is only ensured by the patterning pile threads 132 .
This arrangement has clear advantages in terms of tread elasticity. On the one hand, the filling chains 15 , 25 and dead poles 131 , 231 , which are stretched over a weft thread gap, bend somewhat when loaded in the direction of the base fabric, and on the other hand the loose structure, in particular the dead poles 131 , 132, has a dampening effect when they occur.
In Fig. 3 a product is shown, in the production of which a third tour III is inserted between two tours I, II. In this tour III, an additional thin weft 18 , 28 is integrated on the pole side of the loop pile goods 1 , 2 . A single-thread binding chain 149 , 249 is used here as the binding chain for each loop pile product; here it alternately binds with the thin weft 12 , 22 and the wefts 18 , 28 . It also crosses the filling chain 15 , 25 and the dead pole strand 131 , 231 and includes these threads in the basic goods.
This binding has advantages with regard to the clearer pattern drawing on the pole side of the loop pile goods 1 , 2 . It should be noted here, however, that the damping property of the dead pole strands 131 , 231 is slightly reduced.
The user should consider which properties he prefers.
In FIG. 4 a variant is shown, which requires the use of a weaving machine with three weft insertion planes. Weft thread changing devices are only required in the manufacture of loop pile goods 1 , 2 according to FIG. 4 in the upper and in the lower weft insertion plane.
Simultaneously with a thick weft 11 , 21 , two thin weft threads 12 , 16 ; 22 and 26 entered. The thin wefts 12 and 16 , 22 and 26 who are held by binding warp threads 143 , 144 and 245 , 246 on both sides of the filling chain 15 , 25 and the dead pole strand 131 , 231 and form the basic commodity with this.
The weft thread 16 , 26 lying on the pile side of the loop pile fabric 1 , 2 ensures clear pattern boundaries. The good tread elasticity is ensured by the stretch chains 15 , 25, the dead pole strand 131 , 231 and additionally by the binding chains 143 , 144 ; 241 , 242 guaranteed.
12, 22 eingetragen werden.5 shows a last variant for the time being . These two loop pile goods 1 , 2 are also produced on a weaving machine with 3 weft insertion levels. With this version, no weft changing devices are required in the individual weft insertion levels. A thick weft thread 11 , 21 is regularly inserted in the middle weft insertion plane, while thin weft threads 17 , 27 and 12 , 22 are regularly inserted in the top and bottom weft insertion plane.
The weft threads 17 , 27 are here inserted directly below the thick weft threads 11 , 21 and are bound into the base fabric by the binding chain 245 , 246 or 247 , 248 . The thick pile threads 11 , 21 are also held here exclusively on the base fabric by the patterning pile threads 132 , 232 . The loose structure of these pile threads and weft threads also contributes to the high tread elasticity and good damping properties.
With regard to the patterning options, it should be mentioned that it is of course also possible to guide the patterning pile threads 132 , 232 on the pile side over two or more thick wefts 11 , 21 without being tied on the back of their base fabric. The location of the thick weft threads 11 , 21 is secured by laterally adjacent, in a different rhythm binding de pile threads 132 , 232 .
