Description
- Die Erfindung betrifft eine Preßplatte aus organischen Stoffen unter Zusatz eines Leimgemisches.
- Span- und Holzplatten werden zur Herstellung von Möbeln, Türen, Abtrennwänden, Wandverkleidungen und ähnlichem verwandt.
- Bisher wurden diese Span- und Holzplatten entweder als Sperrholzplatten oder aber als Spanplatten mittels Flachs- oder Holzspänen hergestellt. Die Herstellung dieser Platten ist zeitraubend und kostspielig und der benötigte Rohstoff vergleichsweise teuer.
- Der Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, eine Platte der eingangs erwähnten Art schnell und preisgünstig herzustellen.
- Die Aufgabe wird erfindungsgemäß dadurch gelöst, daß die Platte aus zerkleinertem aufgerissenem Riedgras besteht.
- Die mit der Erfindung erzielten Vorteile bestehen darin, daß statt einer Vielzahl von Hölzern oder von Holz überhaupt das besonders zur Verleimung geeignete und preisgünstige Riedgras Verwendung findet.
- Das Riedgras in einer Länge von etwa 80 cm wird zunächst in einer Häckselmaschine gekürzt. Die Riedgras-Häcksel wird dann in einem Granulator auf eine Länge von 2 bis 4 cm zerkleinert. In einer Schlagkreuzmühle mit 2,5 mm Siebkorb werden die zerkleinerten Riedgräser aufgeschlossen. Die Zerkleinerungsvorgänge werden bei einer Riedgrasfeuchtig- keit von 15 bis 16 O/o durchgeführt. Das Riedgras-Plattenmaterial wird alsdann auf eine Feuchtigkeit von 3% getrocknet. Alsdann wird ein Leimgemisch mit einem Druck von etwa 2 atü auf das Riedgras-Material versprüht.
- Für die Beleimung wurden folgende Materialien verwendet: Harnstoffharz .. Type Kaurit 385 flüssig Härter . .. Salmiaksalz (NH4Cl) Puffer .. .. Salmiakgeist (NH4OH) Hexamethylentetramin Hydrophobie- Hexamethylentetramin rungsmittel... Oest-Paraffin-Emulsion, Type 546 HP (660/oig).
- Es können dann Platten mit verschiedenen Dichten und verschiedenen Härter-Puffer-Variationen bei verschiedenen Preßzeiten hergestellt werden. Die Verpressung des beleimten Materials zu Platten mit einer Dicke von 17,5 mm erfolgte in einer Presse bei einer Preßtemperatur von etwa 1650 C. Die Platten werden dann getrocknet und anschließend geschliffen.

- Patentanspruch:Preßplatte aus organischen Stoffen unter Zusatz eines Leimgemisches, dadurch gekennz e i c h n e t, daß die Platte aus zerkleinertem aufgerissenem Riedgras besteht.
