Description
bekannt.
Üblicherweise sind solche Klebelacke Lösungen von poly
meren Bindemitteln in gängigen Lösemitteln. Beispiele
für Bindemittel sind thermoplastische Polyamide, Vor
stufen duroplastischer Polyamide, Polyester oder
Epoxidharz-Phenolharz-Gemische.
So kön
nen beispielsweise thermoplastische Polyamide oder
Polyester in Kresol gelöst werden, Vorstufen duro
plastischer Polyamide in N-Methylpyrrolidon und Epoxid
harz-Phenolharz-Gemische in Methanol-Toluol-Gemischen.
In JP-A 53 08 19 76 werden beispielweise Isolierbe
mittelkomponente:
- A) mindestens ein polymeres Bindemittel (A), enthaltend mindestens zwei Hydroxylgruppen und
als Bindemittel (A) hydroxylgruppenhaltige Polyester
und/oder ganz besonders bevorzugt hydroxylgruppenhalti
ge Polyesterimide eingesetzt.
hydroxylgruppenhaltige Polyesterimide eingesetzt.
Als Bindemittel (A) bevorzugt eingesetzte Polyester
sind hydroxylgruppenhaltige Polyester, wie sie bei
spielsweise in DE-A 25 45 912 und DE-A 28 40 352
Blockierungsmittel, wie beispielsweise in DE-A
39 38 058 beschrieben, umgesetzt.
Besonders bevorzugt als Bindemittel (A) sind Polyester
imidharze, wie sie beispielsweise in DE-A 14 45 263 und
DE-A 14 95 100 beschrieben sind.
Die Herstellung der Polyesterimide (A) erfolgt in
bekannter Weise durch Veresterung mehrwertiger Carbon
säuren mit mehrwertigen Alkoholen unter Verwendung
imidgruppenhaltiger Ausgangsstoffe, gegebenenfalls
1,4-Butandiol, 1,5-Pentandiol, 1,6-Hexandiol, Neo
pentylglykol, Diethylenglykol, Triethylenglykol, Glyce
rin, Trimethylolethan und bevorzugt Trimethylolpropan
und/oder Tris-2-hydroxyethylisocyanurat eingesetzt. Die
Verwendung von Tris-2-hydroxyethylisocyanurat führt zu
besonders hohen Erweichungstemperaturen des gehärteten
Klebelacks.
Die Polyesterimide (A) enthalten imidgruppenhaltige
zol. In Frage kommen schließlich auch cycloaliphatische
Diamine, wie 4,4′-Dicyclohexylmethandiamin.
Als aminogruppenhaltige Verbindungen mit einer weiteren
funktionellen Gruppe sind ferner auch Aminoalkohole
verwendbar, wie beispielsweise Monoethanolamin oder
Monopropanolamine, weiterhin Aminocarbonsäuren, wie
Glycin, Aminopropionsäuren, Aminocapronsäuren und Ami
nobenzoesäuren.
Zur Herstellung der Polyesterimidharze (A) werden
bekannte Umesterungskatalysatoren verwendet, beispiels
hende Isocyanataddukt gut lösenden Lösungsmittel in
Gegenwart eines Katalysators bei Temperaturen zwischen
30 und 120 Grad C durchgeführt.
Beispiele für vorzugsweise eingesetzte Diisocyanate
sind Trimethylendiisocyanat, Tetramethylendiisocyanat,
Pentamethylendiisocyanat, Hexamethylendiisocyanat,
Propylendiisocyanat, Ethylendiisocyanat, 3,3,4-Trime
thylhexamethylendiisocyanat-1,3-Cyclopentyldiiso
cyanat, 1,4-Cyclohexyldiisocyanat, 1,2-Cyclohexyldi
isocyanat, 1,3-Phenylendiisocyanat, 1,4-Phenylendiiso
cyanat, 2,5-Toluylendiisocyanat, 2,6-Toluylendiiso
cyanat, 4,4′-Biphenylendiisocyanat, 1,5-Naphthylendi
isocyanat, 1,4-Naphthylendiisocyanat, 1-Isocyanato
methyl-5-isocyanato-1,3,3-Trimethylcyclohexan, Bis-(4-
isocyanatocyclohexyl)-methan, Bis-(4-isocyanatophenyl)-
methan, 4,4′-Diisocyanatodiphenylether und 2,3-Bis-(8-
isocyanatooctyl)-4-octyl-5-hexylcyclohexen. Besonders
bevorzugt eingesetzt wird ein Isomerengemisch aus den
Toluylendiisocyanaten sowie Bis-(4-isocyanatophenyl)-
methan.
tritt.
Beispiele für geeignete Blockierungsmittel sind alipha
tische, cycloaliphatische und/oder aromatische Alkoho
le, wie z. B. Butanol, Isobutanol, 2-Ethylhexanol,
Cyclohexanol, Cyclopentanol, Benzylalkohol, Phenole und
Kresole. Weiterhin geeignet sind beta-Hydroxyalkyl
ether, wie beispielsweise Methyl-, Ethyl- oder Butyl
glykol, Amine, wie beispielsweise Di-n-butylamin oder
Di-n-hexylamin, Oxime, wie beispielsweise Methylethyl
ketoxim oder Diethylketoxim, Hydroxylamine oder Lacta
me, wie beispielweise ε-Caprolactam, sowie andere
Verbindungen, die ein Wasserstoffatom enthalten, das
zur Reaktion mit Isocyanatgruppen fähig ist.
Als bevorzugtes Blockierungsmittel wird ε-Capro
lactam eingesetzt.
dialkoxide, besonders bevorzugt Dibutylzinndilaurat,
sowie tertiäre Amine, üblicherweise in Mengen von 0,5
bis 2 Gew.-%, bezogen auf das Gesamtgewicht des
hydroxylgruppenhaltigen Bindemittel (A) und des
Isocyanats (B), eingesetzt.

weise Xylol, Solventnaphtha®, Toluol, Ethylben
