Description

  • "Verfahren zur Herstellung von zweiteiligen Formen zum Gießen oder Pressen von Kunststoffkörpern." Die Erfindung betrifft die Herstellung von zweiteiligen Formen zum Gießen und Pressen von Kunststoffkörpern und ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein erstes Formteil mit den Außen- oder Innenmaßen des herzustellenden Forikörpers angefertigt wird, daß eine Gegenformhälfte von dieser abgenoflen wird und daß Ç anschließend das erste Formteil um die Wandstärke des herzustellenden Formkörpers abgearbeitet und als Formhälfte verwendet wird.
  • Die Erfindung wird an Hand der beigefügten Abbildung erläutert: Zur Herstellung eines Formkörpers 5 wird zunächst ein Formteil 3 + 5 als Modell für das Formteil 4 mit der Kontur 2 hergestellt.
  • Von diesem Formteil 3 - 5 wird die Gegenformhälfte 4 abgeformt, anschließend wird das Formteil 3 + 5 auf Sollkontur 1 um die Wandstärken des herzustellenden Formkörpers zur Formhälfte 3 abgearbeitet.
  • Die Konturkante 6 des Formteiles 3 dient zum Zentrieren der beiden Formhälften. Bei der Verwendung als Preßform werden nicht dargestellte lnsatzflächen an den Formteilen vorgesehen, welche zu Befestigungen an der Presse dienen.
  • Für die Herstellung der Formen können sowohl metallische als auch nichtmetallische Werkstoffe Verwendung finden.

Claims (1)

  1. Patentanspruch Verfahren zur herstellung von zweiteiligen Formen zum Gießen und Pressen von Kunststoffkörpern, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein erstes Formteil (3+5) mit den Iußen- oder Innenmaßen des herzustellenden Formkörpers angefertigt wird, daß eine Gegenformhälfte (4) von dieser abgenommen wird und daß anschließend das erste Formteil um die Wandstärke des herzustellenden Formkörpers abgearbeitet und als Formhälfte (3) verwendet wird.
