Abstract

PURPOSE:To easily manufacture the subject grooved plate of uniformity and high accuracy by fabricating a male mold from a female mold having a configuration same as that of the grooved plate and molding the grooved plate using the male mold as a master mold. CONSTITUTION:An inorganic material such as a metal glass or the like is worked to fabricate a female mold 2 having a plurality of grooves 1 of the same configuration as those of the grooved plate. A metal film is formed at the side of the plate 2, forming grooves 1, and a metal such as Ni, Cu or the like is plated on the metal film to form a layer having an ample thickness. Thereafter, the thus laminated metal part is exfoliated from the female mold 2 to obtain a male mold. Then, by use of this male mold 3 as a master mold, extrusion molding, injection molding or the like is carried out using a moldable material such as an ABC resin, a polyester resin or the like thereby to obtain a grooved plate.
