Description
- Nematozide Alkoxzvinyldithiol-phosphonsäureester In der USA-Patentschrift Nr. . ... ... (Anmeldung 612.101 vom 27. Januar 1967) ist ein Verfahren zur Herstellung von Verbindungen der allgemeinen Formel in der Ra für eine niedere Alkylgruppe und R2 und R3 für eine Alkylgruppe mit 1 - 8 Kohlenstoffatomen für die Phenyl-, niedrige Alkylphenyl oder Chlorphenylgruppe stehen, wobei R2 und R3 gleich oder verschieden sein können, geoffenbart. Diese Verbindungen sind als gute Herbizide beschrieben.
- Es wurde nun gefunden, daß einige Verbindungen, die unter die angegebene Formel fallen, gute nematozide Aktivität besitzen.
- Überraschenderweise trifft dies jedoch nicht für alle Verbindungen der angegebenen Formel zu. Für den Fall, daß R1 für die Methyl-, n-Propyl-, Isopropyl- oder tert.-3utylgruppe steht, weisen die Verbindungen nematozide Aktivität auf, während für den Fall, daß R1 für die Äthyl-, n-Butyl-, Isobutyl- oder Isooctylgruppe steht, keine nematozide Aktivität gefunden wird.
- Falls man R1 durch die p-Chlorphenylgruppe ersetzt, kann ebenfalls keine nematozide Aktivität gefunden werden. Vorzugsweise stehen R2 und R3 fUr niedere Alkylgruppen, insbesondere für solche mit 1 - 4 Kohlenstoffatomen. Die bevorzugte Verbindung ist S,s-Diisopropyl-2-methoxywinyl-dithiolphosphonsäureester Es ist von Interesse, daß der S,S-Diisopropyl-2-isobutoxyvinyldithiolphosphonsäureester, welcher als das wirkungsvollste Herbizid bezeichnet wurde, trotz seiner Verwandtscbaft zum S,S-Diisopropyl-2-methoxy-vinyldithiolphosphonsäureester als Nematozid nicht wirkungsvoll ist.
- Wie in der oben angeführten Patentschrift ausgeführt ist, werden die erfindungsgemäßen Verbindungen der allgemeinen Formel I leicht durch Umsetzen von Alkylvinyläther mit Phosphorpentachlorid, vorzugsweise in Suspension in einem Lösungsmittel, wie Kohlenstofftetrachlorid, erhalten, wobei sich komplexes 2-Alkoxy-2-chloräthylphosphortetrachlorid bildet. Der Komplex wird mit 2 Mol Schwefeldioxid behandelt. Die Dehydrohalogenierung der in dieser Reaktion sich bildenden Zwischenverbindung geschieht gleichzeitig oder nach der Entfernung der Phosphoroxychlorid-thionyl-chloridlösung, wobei das Alkoxyvinylphospbonyldichlorid erhalten wird. Die Alkoxyvinyldithiolphosphonsäureester werden durch Veresterung des Alkoxyvinylphosphonyldichlorids mit einem Mercaptan in Gegenwart eines tertiären Amins, wie z. B. Triäthylamin, Tripropylamin, N,N-Dimethylanilin usw., erhalten.
- Als Alkyl-vinyläther-Ausgangsmaterialien können Methyl-vinyl -äther, Propyl-vinyl-äther, Isopropyl-vinyl-äther oder tert.-Butyl-vinyl-btber verwendet werden.
- Als Mercaptane können verwendet-werden: Methylmercaptan, Äthylmercaptan, Propylmercaptan, Isopropylmercaptan, Butylmercaptan, Isobutylercaptan, Hexylmercaptan, Octylmercaptan, Isooctylmercaptan,- 2-Äthylhexylmercaptan, Thiophenol, p-Methylthiophenol, 2-Chlorthiophenol, 2,4-Dichlorthiophenol oder 4-Butylthiophenol.
- Die als Nematozid bevorzugt verwendete Verbindung ist der S,S-Diisopropyl-2-methoxyvinyl-dithiol-phosphonsäureester.

- Die erfindungsgemäß verwendeten Verbindungen sind hochsiedende Flüssigkeiten.
- Falls nicht anders angegeben, sind die in den nachstehenden Beispielen angeführten eile bew.-Teile und Gew.-%.
- Beispiel 1: 29 g (0,5 Mole) Methylvinyläther wurden unter Rühren einer Suspension von 208 g (1 Mal) Phosphorpentachlorid in 8 - 10 Vol.-Teilen Xohlenstofftetrachlorid hinzugefügt. Während der Zugabe wurde die Reaktionsmischung auf 10 - 20°C gekühlt.
- Nachdem die Zugabe beendet war, wurde die Mischung auf Raumtemperatur (250C) gebracht und anschließend 12 - 24 Stunden gerührt.
- Mit großer Geschwindigkeit wurde anschließend gasförmiges Schwefeldioxid eingeleitet. Die Temperatur wurde auf 10 - 20 0C während der Zugabe gehalten. Der Abschluß der Reaktion zeigte sich durch Verschwinden der festen Phase und Ausbildung einer klaren Lösung an. Das 2-Methoxyvinyl-phosphonyl-dichlorid wurde durch direkte Destillation der Reaktionsmischung erhalten.
- Beispiel 2: Der Vorgang nach Beispiel 1 wurde wiederholt, wobei jedoch der Methyl-vinyläther durch 0,5 Mole Propyl-vinyläther ersetzt wurde, wobei man zu 2-Propoxyvinyl-phosphonyl-dichlorid gelange.
- Beispiel 3: Das Verfahren nach Beispiel 1 wurde wiederholt unter Ersatz des Methyl-vinyläthers durch 0,5 Mole Isopropyl-vinylather, wobei man 2-Isopropoxyvinyl-phosphonyl-dichlorid erhielt.
- Beispiel 4: Das Verfahren nach Beispiel 1 wurde wiederholt unter Ersatz des Methyl-vinyläthers durch 0,5 Mole tert.-Butyl-vinyläther, wobei man 2-tert.-Butoxyvinyl-phosphonyl-dichlorid erhielt.
- Beispiel 5: 17,5 g (0,1 Mol) 2-(Methoxy)-vinyl-phosphonyl-dichlorid wurden mit 10 Vol.-Teilen trockenem Benzol verdünnt. 12,5 g (0,2 Mol) Äthylmercaptan wurden dann hinzugefügt. 20,2 g (0,2 Mol) Tris äthylamin wurden der gerührten Lösung tropfenweise zugeführt, um die Temperatur der exothermen Reaktion halten. Nach vollendeter Zugabe wurde die Lösung weitergerührt bis Raumtemperatur (250C) erreicht wurde.
- Die Reaktionsmischung wurde anschließend mit kaltem Wasser gewaschen. (Falls das Waschwasser sauer war, wie es in einigen Fällen vorkam, wurde die Benzolschicht mit 5 Einem Natriumbicarbonatlösung extrahiert. Die Benzolschicht wurde dann solange gewaschen, bis das Waschwasser neutral reagierte.) Die Benzolschicht wurde anschließend über wasserfreiem Natriumsulfat getrocknet. Das Lösungsmittel wurde im Vakuum über einem Dampfbad abgezogen und das erhaltene Rohöl wurde destilliert, wobei man S,S-Diäthyl-2-methoxyvinyl-dithiolphosphonsäureester (Verbindung 7374) erhielt.
- Beispiel 6: 13,5 E (0,08 Mol) 2-Methoxy-vinyl-phosphonyl-dichlorid wurden mit 10 Vol.-Teilen trockenem Benzol verdünnt. 12,5 g (0,16 Mol) Isopropylmercaptan wurden hinzugefügt. Zu der gerührten Lösung wurden 15,2 g (0,15 Mol) Triäthylamin tropfenweise hinzugegeben, so daß die Temperatur der exothermen Reaktion auf 30 -350C gehalten wurde. Nachdem die Zugabe beendet war, wurde die Mischung bis zur Erreichung der Raumtemperatur (250C) gerührt.
- Die Reaktionsmischung wurde dann mit kaltem Wasser gewaschen.
- (Falls das Waschwasser sauer war, was in einigen Fällen vorkam, wurde die Benzolschicht mit einer 5 %igen Natriumbicarbonatlösung extrahiert. Die Benzolschicht wurde solange gewaschen, bis alle Waschwässer neutral reagierten.) Die Benzolschicht wurde anschließend über wasserfreiem Natriumsulfat getrocknet. Das Lösungsmittel wurde im Vakuum über einem Dampfbad abgezogen; das erhaltene Rohöl wurde destilliert, und man erhielt S,S-Diisopropyl-2-methoxyvinyldithiol-pbosphonsOureester (Verbindung 7375).
- Beispiel 7: Das Verfahren nach Beispiel 5 wurde wiederholt unter Ersatz des Äthylmercaptans durch 0,2 Mol n-3utylmercaptan. Man erhielt S,S-Dibutyl-2-methoxyvinyl-dithiol-phosphonsäureester (Verbindung 7950).
- Beispiel 8: Das Verfahren des Beispiels 5 wurde wiederholt wobei anstelle von Äthylmercaptan 0,2 Mol n-Propylmercaptan verwendet wurden. Man erhielt S,S-Dipropyl-2-methoxyvil-dithiol-phosphonsäureester (Verbindung 8132).
- Beispiel 9: Das Verfahren nach Beispiel 5 w@rie wiederholt, wobei anstelle von 2-Mathoxyvinyl-phosphonyl-dichlorid 0,1 Mol 2-Propoxyvinyl-phosphonyl-dichlorid verwendet wurde. Man erhielt S,S-Diäthyl-2-propoxyvinyl-dithiol-phosphonsäureester (Verbindung 7938).
- Beispiel 10.
- Das Verfahren nach Beispiel 9 wurde wiederholt unter Verwendung von 0,2 Mol n-Propylmercaptan anstelle von Äthylmercaptan. Man erhielt S,S-Dipropyl-2-propoxyvinyl-dithiol-phosphonsäureester (Verbindung 7939), Beispiel 11: Das Verfahren des Beispiels 9 wurde wiederholt unter Verwendung von 0,2 Mol n-Butyliercaptan anstelle von Athylmercaptan.
- Man erhielt S,S-Dibutyl-2-propoxyvinyl-dithiol-phosphonsäureester (Verbindung 7940).
- Beispiel 12: Das Verfahren nach Beispiel 5 wurde wiederholt, wobei das 2-Methoxyvinyl-phosphonyl-dichlorid durch 0,1 Mol 2-Isopropoxyvinyl-phosphonyl-dichlorid ersetzt wurde. Man erhielt S,S-Diäthyl-2-isopropoxyvinyl-dithiol-phosphonsäureester (Verbindung 7954).
- Beispiel 13: Bei der Wiederholung des Verfahrens nach Beispiel 12 wurde das Äthyimercaptan durch 0,2 Mol Isopropylmercaptan ersetzt. Man erhielt S,S-Diisopropyl-2-isopropoxyvinyl-dithiol-phosphonsäureester (Verbindung 7955).
- Beispiel 14: Das Verfahren nach Beispiel 12 wurde wiederholt, wobei das Äthylmercaptan durch 0,2 Mol n-Butylmercaptan ersetzt wurde.
- Man erhielt S,S-Dibutyl-2-isopropoxyvinyl-dithiol-phosphonsäureester (Verbindung 7956).
- Beispiel 15: Das Verfahren nach Beispiel 5 wurde wiederholt, wobei anstelle von 2-Methoxyvinyl-phosphonyl-dichlorid 0,1 Mol 2-tert.-Butoxyvinyl-phosphonyl-dichlorid eingesetzt wurde.
- Man erhielt S,S-Diäthyl-2-tert.-butoxyvinyl-dithiol-phosphonsäureester (Verbindung 7957).
- Beispiel 16: Das Verfahren nach Beispiel 15 wurde wiederholt, wobei anstelle von Athylmercaptan 0,2 Mol Methylmercaptan verwendet wurde. Man erhielt S,S-Dimethyl-2-tert.-butoxy-vinyl-dithiolphosphonsäureester (Verbindung 8009).
- Beispiel 17: Das Verfahren nach Beispiel 15 wurde wiederholt, wobei das Äthylmercaptan durch 0,2 Mol n-Propylmercaptan ersetzt wurde.
- Man erhielt S,S-Dipropyl-2-tert.-butoxyvinyl-dithiol-phosphonsäureester (Verbindung 7959).
- Die Verbindungen wurden erfolgrdich gegen den parasitären Nematoden Meloidogyne spp. eingesetzt. Sie sind ebenso wirksame Nematozide gegen die saprophytischen Nematoden wie Panagrellus spp. und Rhabditis spp.
- Die nematoziden Mittel der vorliegenden Erfindung können sowohl allein als auch zusammen mit inerten Feststoffen in Form von Pulver verwendet werden, oder sie können auch in eine geeignete Flüssigkeit, z. B. in ein organisches Lösungsmittel oder in Wasser, eingebracht werden.
- Den flüssigen Formulierungen können auch oberflächenaktive Mittel oder Benetzungsmittel und/oder inerte Feststoffe zugefügt werden. In diesem Fall beträgt der Zusatz des Wirkstoffes 0,01 - 95 Gew.-%, bezogen auf die gesamte Komposition.
- Als organische Lösungsmittel können verwendet werden: Kohlenwasserstoffe, z. B. Benzol, Toluol, Xylol, Kerosin, Gasöl, Dieselöl und Erdöl-Naphtha, Ketone, wie z. B. Aceton, Methyläthylketon, Cyclohexanon, chlorierte Kohlenwasserstoffe, wie z. B. Kohlenstofftetrachlorid, Chloroform, Trichloräthylen und Perchloräthylen, Ester wie Äthylacetat, Amylacetat und Butylacetat, Äther, wie z. B. Äthylenglykolmonomethyläther und Diäthylenglykolmonomethyläther, Alkohole, wie z. B.
- Methanol, Äthanol, Isopropanol, Amylalkohol, Äthylenglykol, Propylenglykol,-Butylcarbitolacetat und Glycerin. Mischungen von Wasser und organischen Lösungsmitteln können entweder als Lösungen oder Emulsionen eingesetzt werden.
- Die neuen nematoziden Mittel können ebenso als Aerosole verwendet werden, z. B. indem man sie in Luft mittels eines komprimierten Gases wie Dichlordifluormethan oder Trichlorfluormethan oder anderen Freonen und Genetronen dispergiert.
- Die erfindungsgemäßen pestiziden Mittel können ebenso mit Hilfs- oder Trägerstoffen, wie z. B. Talk, Pyrophyllit, mit hochdisperser Kieselsäure, Attapulgit, Ton, Kieselgur, Kreide, Diatomeenerde, Kalk, Kalziumcarbonat, Bentonit, Füllererde, Baumwollsamenkapsel, Weizenmehl, Sojabohnenmehl, Bimsstein, Tripel, Holzmehl, Walnußschalenmehl, Sandelholzmehl und Lignin, versetzt werden.
- Wie bereits oben ausgeführt wurde, ist es häufig erwünscht, der erfindungsgemäßen pestiziden Komrosition ein oberflächenaktives Mittel einzuverleiben Solche oberflächenaktive Mittel- oder Netzmittel werden vorteilhaft sowohl den flüssig gen als auch den festen Kompositionen zugesetzt Das oberflächenaktive Mittel kann kationischen, anionischen oder nichtionischen Charakters sein.
- Typische Vertreter von oberflächenaktiven Mitteln schließen ein: Alkylsulfonate, Alkylarylsulfonate, Alkylaryl-polyätheralkohole, Fettsäureester von mehrwertigen Alkoholen und die Alkylenoxyd-Additionsprodukte solcher Ester und Additionsprodukte von langkettigen Mereaptanen und Alkylenoxiden. Typische Vertreter solcher oberflächenaktiven Mittel schließen die Natriumalkylbenzolsulfonate mit 10 O - 18 Kohlenstoffatomen in der Alkylgruppe ein, die Alkylpenol-äthylenoxid-Kondensationsprodukte, z. B. p-Isooetylphenol, kondensiert mit 10 Äthylenoxideinheiten, die Seifen, z. B. Natriumstearat und Kaliumoleat, das Natriumsalz der Propyl-naphthalin-sulfonsäure, den Di- (2-äthylhexyl)ester der triumsulfonbernsteinsäure, Natriumlaurylsulfat, Natriumdecansulfonat, das Natriumsalz des sulfonierten Monoglyceride der Kokosnußfettsäure, Sorbitan-Sesquioleat, Lauryl-trimethyl-ammonium-chlorid, Octadecyltrimethyl-ammonium-chlorid, Polyäthylenglykol-lauryläther, Polyäthylenglykol-ester von Fettsäuren und Harzsäuren, z. B.
- Ethofat 7 und 13, Natrium-N-methyl-N-oleyl-taurat, Türkischrot-öl, Natrium-dibutyl-naphthalin-sulfonat, Natrium-ligninsulfonat, Polyäthylenglykolstearat, Natriumdodecylbenzolsul -fonat, tert. -Dodecyl-Polyäthylenglykol-thioäther (nichtionisch 218), langkettige Äthylenoxid-Propylenoxid-Kondensationsprodukte, z. B. Pluronic 61 (N.G. 1000), Polyäthylenglykolester von Tallölsäuren, Natriumoetyl-phenoxy-äthoxyäthylsulfat, Tris-(polyoxyäthylen)sorbitanmonostearat (Tween 60) und Natrium-dihexylsulfo-succinat.
- Der Test mit den parasitären Nematoden wurde unter Verwendung von Meloidogyne spp. in einem 10 Tage Kontakt-Test in einem Wasser-Agar-Medium in Gegenwart von Tomatenwurzeln bei Zimmertemperatur ausgeführt.
- In der Tabelle I wird die gleicbe Einstufung verwendet, wobei 0 keine Beeinflussung (starke Knöllchenbildung) und 10 vollständige Beeinflussung bedeuten. Die eingesetzte Verbindung besaß die Formel wobei R2 und R3 gleich waren. Tabelle 1

Claims (7)
- Patentansprüche:1 Alkoxyvinyldithiol-phosphonsäureester der allgemeinen Formel worin R1 eine Methyl-, Fropyl-, Isopropyl- oder tert.-Butylgruppe und R2 und R3 Alkylgruppen mit 1 - 8 Kohlenstoffatomen, Phenyl-, niedere Alkylphenyl- oder Chlorphenylgruppen bedeuten.
- 2) Alkoxyvinyldithiol-phosphonsäureester nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß R2 und R3 für Alkyl stehen.
- 3) Alkoxyvinyldithiol-phosphonsäureester nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß R1, R2 und R3 für Alkylgruppon mit 1 - 4 Kohlenstoffatomen stehen.
- 4> Alkoxyvinyldithiol-phosphonsäureester nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß R2 und R3 für Isopropylgruppen stehen.
- 5) S,S-Diisopropyl-2-isobutoxyvinyl-dithiol-phosphonsäureester.
- 6) Nematozides Mittel, gekennzeichnet durch einen Gehalt eines Wirkstoffes der allgemeinen Formel worin R1 eine Methyl-, Propyl-, Isopropyl- oder tert.- Butylgruppe und R2 und R3 Alkylgruppen mit 1 - 8 Kohlenstoffatomen, Phenyl-, niedere Alkylphenyl- oder Chlorphenylgruppen bedeuten.
- 7) Verfahren zur Bekämpfung von Nematoden, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß man eine nematozid wirkende Verbindung der allgemeinen Formel worin R1 eine Methyl-, Propyl-, Isopropyl- oder tert.-Butylgruppe und R2 und R2 Alkylgruppen mit 1 - 8 Kohlenstoffatomen, Phenyl-, niedere Alkylphenyl- oder Chlorphenylgruppen bedeuten, auf die Nematoden oder ihren Lebensraum einwirken läßt.
