Description

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Palette, bestehend aus einer Kunststoffhohlplatte.
Gegenstand des Hauptpatents 15 56 565 ist eine Palette, bestehend aus einer Kunststoffhohlplatte mit den Merkmalen, daß die Hohlplatte an zwei gegenüberliegenden Rändern je eine durchgehende, mit der Hohlplatte einstückige, hohlrahmenartige Fußleiste aufweist, die von der unteren Hohlplattenwandung nach unten absteht.
Die vorli gende Erfindung geht von der Aufgabe aus, trotz Minderung des Gewichtes, die Festigkeit der Palette nach dem Hauptpatent zu erhöhen.
Zur Lösung dieser Aufgabe wird bei einer Palette, bestehend aus einer Kunststoffhohlplatte, die an zwei gegenüberliegenden Rändern je eine durchgehende, mit der Hohlplatte einstückige, hohlrahmenartige Fußleiste aufweist, die von der unteren Hohlplattenwandung nach unten absteht, erfindungsgemäß vorgeschlagen, daß die Palette an ihrer Unterseite im Bereich zwischen den Fußleisten Vertiefungen aufweist.
In weiterer erfindungsgemäßer Ausgestaltung sind die Vertiefungen napfförmig und in einem vergleichsweise dichten Abstand zueinander angeordnet, so daß /wischen den Vertiefungen formsteife Stege gebildet sind. Die Vertiefungen und entsprechend die formsteifen Stege können vielfache, geometrische Raumformen
aufweisen.
Die Lösung, an der Unterseite der Palette eine Vielzahl, in vergleichweise dichtem Abstand zueinander angeordnete, napfförmige Vertiefungen vorzusehen, führt bei geringem Materialverbrauch zu einer hohen Tragfestigkeit der Palette.
Bei der als Blaskörper ausgebildeten Palette wird vorgeschlagen, daß die Bodenwandungen der napfförmigen Vertiefungen mit der oberen Wandung der Palette durch Schweißung verbunden sind.
Die Gesamtfestigkeit der Palette läßt sich durch die weitere Maßgabe erhöhen, daß diese aus thermoplastischem Schaumkunststoff besteht

Die Palette 10 besteht aus Schaumkunststoff. Sie ist als Blaskörper ausgebildet, der seine Formgebung ausgehend von einem erhitzten Schlauch aus thermoplastischem Schaumkunststoff in einer Blasform erhalten hat oder der Schaumkunststoff wurde in eine Form eingespritzt, wobei besonders vorteilhaft die Blasform zugleich als Spritzgußform verwendet wird. Die Palette 10 hat an den beiden gegenüberliegenden Rändern 11 und 12 jeweils eine Verstärkung, die v.rhalten ist durch eine Verdickung, wie insbesondere aus F i g. 1 hervorgeht An der unteren Wandung der Palette sind in dem Bereich zwischen den Verdickungen 11 und 12 Vertiefungen 13 vorhanden, die im Querschnitt in F i g. 6 dargestellt sind. Diese mit der Formgebung der Palette erhaltenen Vertiefungen bilden formsteife Stege 14. Es sind eine Vielzahl solcher Vertiefungen vorhanden, die wie F i g. 4 in der Ansicht der Palette von unten zeigt, wahlweise verschiedenartige geometrische Raumformen haben können. So können sie rund, aber auch vieleckig sein. Der zweckmäßige Abstand runder Vertiefungen ist aus Fig.3 zu ersehen. Durch die Vertiefungen wird eine Versteifung der Fläche der Palette im Bereich zwischen den durch größere Dicke ausgebildeten Randverstärkungen 11 und 12 erreicht, und zwar erfolgt die Versteifung durch die Formgebung der Vertiefungen in Verbindung mit den dadurch gebildeten Stegen 14.
Sofern die Palette als Blaskörper aus Schaumkunststoff gebildet ist, wie aus F i g. 6 hervorgeht, dann wird die obere Wandung 115 mit der unteren Wandung 16 beim Blasen verschweißt, so daß dadurch eine weitere Erhöhung der Festigkeit erreicht wird. Das Verschweißen kann auch in Verbindung mit einem leichten Anquetschen erfolgen.
Die Palette nach F i g. 7 besteht aus Schaumkunststoff im Spritzgußverfahren oder dem Aufschäumen in einer Form, deren Konturen 17 im Schnitt in Fig. 5

dargestellt ist, jedoch zum Zwecke der vereinfachten Darstellung ohne die vorteilhaft auswechselbaren Einsätze zur Bildung wahlweise in der Raumform unterschiedlicher Vertiefungen 13,
Dem Schaumkunststoff können zur Versteifung der Palette anorganische Füllstoffe zugegeben sein, wie beispielsweise Schlackenwolle, Schlackenmehl, Bimsmehl oderdergl. Auch ist der Schaumkunststoff hart eingestellt oder es wird ein Schaumkunststoff verwendet, der zufolge seiner chemischen Zusammensetzung hart ist.
Die Oberseite der oberen Wandung 15 ist, wie aus F i g. 2 hervorgeht, uneben ausgebildet in der Weise, daß zahlreiche parallel zueinander verlaufende Rillen vorhanden sind, die sich, wie Fig.2 zeigt, in Felder unterteilen in der Weise, daß sich in verschiedenen Bereichen der Palette die Rillen in rechtwinklig oder in sonstiger Winkelstellung zueinander erstrecken. Dadurch wird erreicht, daß einander aufliegende Paletten zum Zwecke der Stapelung der Paletten nicht verrutschen. Durch die unebene Oberfläche wird jedoch auch erreicht, daß das auf der Palette aufgestapelte Gut nicht abrutscht
Auch die Unterseite der Palette ist im Bereich ihrer Auflagefläche mit der unebenen Ausbildung versehen, nach Fiig.3 ebenfalls in Gestalt längsverlaufender,dicht nebeneinander angeordneter Rillen.
Wie aus den Fig.2 und 3 hervorgeht, läßt die Ausbildung der Palette als Blaskörper oder Formkörper Beschriftungen oder dergl. Bezeichnungen zu, die entweder Werbemaßnahmen betreffen oder auf den Eigentümer der Palette hinweisen. Solche Hinweise sind durch die Felder 18 und 19 in den Fig.2 und 3 angegeben.
Fig.7 zeigt, daß die Füße 20 eine unten offene, vorzugsweise zylindrische Ausnehmung aufweisen, die mit einem Einsatz 21 versehen ist, die vorteilhaft zugleich mit der Formgebung der Palette befestigt ist. F i g. 2 zeigt, daß im Bereich der umlaufenden Ränder bzw. Kanten der Palette Verschlußelemente 22, 22a, 22b, 22c usw. vorhanden sind, die mit dem Blasen des Körpers angebracht sind oder vorbereitet sind, so daß mehrere Paletten zu einer Kiste zusammengefügt als Transportkiste dienen. Abweichend von der Darstellung in F i g. 2 genügt in vielen Fällen auch einer jeden Ecke zugeordnet nur ein Verschlußelemer.i Die Verschlußelemente können sich jedoch auch über anJere Bereiche des Randes erstrecken.

Claims (8)

  1. Patentansprüche;
    U Palette, bestehend aus einer Kunststoffhohlplatte, die an zwei gegenüberliegenden Rändern je eine durchgehende, mit der Hohlplatte einstückige, hohlrahmenartige Fußleiste aufweist, die von der unteren Hohlplattenwandung nach unten absteht, Zusatz zu Patent 1556565, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie an ihrer Unterseite im Bereich zwischen den Fußleisten (11, 12) Vertiefungen (13) aufweist.
  2. 2. Palette nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Vertiefungen (13) napfförmig sind.
  3. 3. Palette nach den Ansprüchen 1 und 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die napfförmigen Vertiefungen (13) in vergleichsweise dichtem Abstand zueinander angeordnet sind.
  4. 4. Palette nach den Ansprüchen 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Bedenwandungen (16) der napfförmigen Vertiefungen (13) mit der oberen Wandung (15) der Palette durch Schweißung verbunden sind.
  5. 5. Palette nach den Ansprüchen 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Fußleisten (11,12) mit einer von der Unterseite ausgehenden Ausnehmung, vorzugsweise zylindrischen Ausnehmung versehen ist.
  6. 6. Palette nach den Ansprüchen 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in die Ausnehmung der Fußleiste (11, 12) ein hohler Einsatz (21) eingesetzt ist
  7. 7. Palette nach Anspruch 1 und einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 2 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie aus thermoplastischem Schaumkunststoff besteht
  8. 8. Palette nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in dem Schaumkunststoff anorganische Füllstoffe vorhanden sind.
