Description
KAISERLICHES
PATENTAMT.
Die Verbindung von drehbaren Schlauchverbindungsmuffen mit dem Schlauchstutzen
durch Sprengringe ist an sich bekannt. Während man diese Ringe aber seither hinten
unter der Verbindungsmuffe verdeckt anordnete, ist dieser Ring bei dem Erfindungsgegenstande
vorn, also sichtbar angebracht. Dadurch ist erreicht, daß der Sprengring leicht entfernt werden kann, und daß man
ίο ferner den Schaft des Schlauchstutzens bis
dicht an das Lager des Dichtungsringes zum Befestigen des Schlauches ausnutzen kann.
In Fig. ι ist die eine Hälfte einer gleichseitigen
Schlauchverbindung veranschaulicht.
Fig. 2 zeigt die Lage der Verbindungsmuffe während des Einbindens des Rohrstutzens in
den Schlauch. In Fig. 3 sind Teile der Fig. 1 und 2 in vergrößertem Maßstabe dargestellt.
Fig. 4 betrifft eine andere Ausführungsform.
Der Schlauchstutzen α (Fig. 1 und 2) hat
an seiner Mündung eine Auskehlung, in die der Gummiring b gelegt wird; dieser läßt
sich in die Auskehlung leicht einbringen. Er würde aber trotz seiner besonderen, der
Auskehlung entsprechenden äußeren Form beim Lösen der Verbindung unter Druck aus
seinem Lager gerissen werden können, wenn nicht Vorkehrungen getroffen wären, seine
Lage zu sichern. Die Sicherung besteht in dem Sprengringe, der den Gummiring in
sein Lager drückt. Diese Anordnung und Befestigung des Dichtungsringes ist jedoch
nicht neu und nicht Gegenstand des Patentes. Die Erfindung besteht vielmehr lediglich in der Anordnung des Sprengringes d
an der Stirnfläche der Verbindungsmuffe und des Schlauchstutzens, wodurch die eingangs
erwähnten Vorteile erzielt werden.
Claims (1)
- PateNT-ANSPRUcH :Schlauchverbindung mit Befestigung der Verbindungsmuffe auf dem Schlauchstutzen durch einen Sprengring, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Sprengring (d) vorn an der Stirnfläche der Verbindungsmuffe eingelassen ist, zum Zweck, ein bequemes Herausnehmen des Sprengringes zu gestatten.Hierzu 1 Blatt Zeichnungen.
